My name is Michael and I'm the creator of Super Millennial. Follow the journey of a digital nomad & get inspired to make $ unconventially & find your passion. Money dominates all aspects of our lives. It decides if you can go on vacations, order an extra appetizer at dinner, pay off debt or retire early. If you don’t understand your finances you won’t live the best life possible.
If not the rule is simple but the has the potential to change any aspect of your life.
The 5-Second Rule was accidentally created by Mel Robbins. It’s simple.
Humans hesitate, get scared, and make decisions within five seconds. In that 5-second decision, you have a choice to make.
If you constantly procrastinate or skip things you know you need to do your life will reflect it. The 5-Second rule is a starting ritual to help you get moving and take action.
The next time you feel yourself hesitating use the 5-second rule by counting backward 5-4-3-2-1 and start moving.
Maybe you’re avoiding a call, email at work or hitting the snooze button when you should be working out.
While the rule is simple it is incredibly effective. In Mel Robbins best-seller, “The 5-Second Rule” she outlines how people have used it to change their lives. Some even have used the rule before taking their own life.
Mel Robbins used it to turn her life around in every facet. From improving her marriage, going to the gym, and finding a career she loved. She is now a best-selling author, top booked speaker, and helping millions of people better themselves.
There are so many Mel Robbins quotes in the book I could almost just post the whole thing. Read the book if you want to make some serious change in your life!
Here are some Mel Robbins quotes to increase your confidence and start taking action in your life.
“Confidence in yourself is built through acts of everyday courage.” — Mel Robbins
“Pushing yourself to take simple action creates a chain reaction in your confidence and your productivity.”
“Forget motivation. It’s a myth. I don’t know when we all bought into the idea that in order to change you must ‘feel’ eager or ‘feel’ motivated to act. It’s complete garbage.”
“Confidence is a skill I’ve built over the years by practicing acts of everyday courage.”
“That moment of hesitation is a killer. Hesitation sends a stress signal to your brain. It’s a red flag that signals something’s wrong — and your brain goes into protection mode. This is how we are wired to fail.”
“Confidence is created by the small things you do every single day that build trust in yourself.” — Mel Robbins
“There is only one YOU. And there will never be another one. That’s your power.”
“Start before you’re ready. Don’t prepare, begin.”
“Procrastination is not a form of laziness at all. It’s a coping mechanism for stress.”
“Confidence is a skill you build through action.”
“Either the day runs you or you run the day.”
“Managing distractions is like following through on health goals. you’re never going to feel like it; you just have to make yourself do it.”
“Stop thinking how you feel. Your feelings don’t matter. The only thing that matters is what you DO.” — Mel Robbins
“Every time you smash your excuses and 5-4-3-2-1 it you honor the greatness inside of you. It wants to be heard. That’s how confidence grows — one small, courageous move at a time.”
“You can change your ‘default mental settings and your habits one five-second decision at a time. Those small decisions add up to major changes in who you are, what you feel, and how you live.”
“Starting rituals interrupt your bad default patterns and trigger new, positive patterns.”
“If you have the courage to start, you have the courage to succeed.” — Mel Robbins
“Change your decisions and you’ll change your life. And what will change your decisions more than anything? Courage.”
“The moment you check email, read the news or surf social media someone else’s priority jump in front of yours. Do you think that Bill Gates and Oprah are lying in bed scrolling through social feeds?”
What do you think about these Mel Robbins quotes? Have you read her book, the 5-Second Rule?
2017 was the year I went all in and invested heavily in myself and encourage you to do the same in 2018.
Because the more you focus on your inner world the more it will reflect in your outer world.
After attending Tony Robbins, “Unleash the Power Within” it became clear how important it is to invest in yourself and never stop learning.
Here are the 16 things I learned after walking on fire with Tony Robbins.
Training Never Stops
Why is it that when most people graduate they stop learning?
My guess is that we are taught to dread education and learning. We are forced to learn a lot of pointless subjects that will have zero real-world use. The problem is that it creates a habit where people don’t like learning.
Physiology — Do you feel better when you are walking with your chin up and chest out or slumped down in your chair? Obviously the first, your feelings are directly related to your movement. Next time you find yourself in a bad mood realize what your body is doing and change it! Focus on taking deep breaths, go for a walk, or force yourself to smile.
Language — Your brain is always listening to what you say, both internally and to others. Choose your words wisely and be aware of the questions you are asking yourself.
Focus — As Tony said, “Focus goes where energy flows.” Don’t focus on problems only the solutions.
Little Adjustments = BIG Changes
Tony gave a golfing example that most people can easily relate, even if you’re not Tiger Woods. If the club hits the ball even 2 millimeters off it can go 10–30 yards offline. The same goes for your life.
One small adjustment can make all the difference in any area of life. If you’re a writer one tweak to your headlines and you might have an article go viral. If you’re trying to lose weight one new fitness routine could help you finally create lasting change.
Master Your Mornings
Morning routines are one of the easiest ways to make lasting change and drastically improve your life.
If you win the morning you win the day” — Brian Sharma
Everyone will have a different routine — it’s important to find what works for you. Here is a quick morning routine Tony refers to as “priming.” As he said,
“If you don’t have 10 minutes for yourself you don’t have a life.”
Focus on 3 things you are grateful for (1 minute each)
Think about 3 things you want to create. Envision your goals as already complete. (1 min each)
Practice “Breath of Fire” — 3 sets of 30 seconds each. Once you change your breathing you will change your physiology and give yourself energy for the day.
The 80/20 Of Success
If you’re unfamiliar with the 80/20 rule (known as the Pareto Principle) it basically says that for many events roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
80% of your income is earned from 20% of the work that you complete.
The same goes for success.
As Tony said, “Success in life is 80% psychology and only 20% mechanics.”
Playing Small Doesn’t Make People Bigger
Have you ever found yourself in a great mood until you run into someone in your life where you feel like you have to take it down a notch? I know I have and it sucks.
Don’t let anyone dictate your mood. Don’t sink to their level to make them feel better. Create the rule in your life that you will never change your mood to match someone else’s unless you are going up.
Success Leaves Clues
Chances are, whatever you want to achieve someone has already done it in some capacity or another. Model these people to accelerate your own success. There is no need to reinvent the wheel.
If you want to create an epic website, reach out to people you admire and ask what they did. Buy their course, watch their videos, and find ways to get them to mentor you.
If you want to lose 30 pounds find someone who has already done it. Figure out what they ate, how often they exercised, and if they had a trainer.
Find a coach or mentor to help speed things up!
Don’t Forget the Law of Familiarity
Everyone has been guilty of this at some point in their lives. The Law of Familiarity states that “Things that form patterns that are familiar or meaningful are likely to be grounded together.”
Don’t take things you love in your life for granted. Your spouse, dog, parents, car, health, etc. Practice gratitude every single day, tell people you love them, buy your dog the biggest treat you can find.
Spoil the people you love — never take them for granted just because you see them on a consistent basis.
Progress = Happiness
Whether you are $30,000 in debt or worth a $1 million dollars, people want to feel like they are progressing in life. Think about the last time you were frustrated or upset with where your life was…you probably felt “stuck” right?
That is totally natural, human beings want to make progress, regardless of where you are in life. Try to do something every single day that helps you progress towards your goals.
Don’t let your happiness depend on others, instead strive to make progress on yourself and your goals. This will allow you to be better at work, with relationships, friends, and increase your overall happiness.
Suffering Breeds Suffering
Have you ever complained, whined or moped around and a situation magically got better? I’m guessing no…
Don’t stay in a state of suffering, it will only bring more into your life. Life isn’t perfect…people will let you down, accidents will happen, and you will make mistakes. The next time something happens to make you sad, mad, fearful or angry give yourself 60–90 seconds. Understand why it made you mad and focus on how you can fix it.
Change your physiology by going for a short walk, taking some deep breaths and focus on something you are grateful for in your life. You can’t be grateful & suffer at the same time — its impossible.
“When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.” — Tony Robbins
Your Past Doesn’t Equal Your Future
You’re not one moment in your past. You will never create a successful future if you’re always dwelling on the past.
If you made a mistake and you are still alive you can fix it. Some of the most successful people in the world had the hardest, most extremely difficult pasts ever.
Guard Your Inner Circle
Your life is a direct reflection of your peer group in almost any area.
As T. Harv Eker said in “The Millionaire Mind”, “Most people earn within 20 percent of the average income of their closest friends.”
Your network is your net worth.” — Jim Rohn
If you surround yourself with positive, ambitious, and wealthy people you will become one of them. On the other hand, if you hang out with broke, pessimistic and negative people you will become one of them.
Surround yourself with people who lift you up — your happiness, attitude and bank account will thank you.
Be Your Own Biggest Fan
When’s the last time you patted yourself on the back or clapped for something awesome you did or accomplished? Tony had us do this during the seminar and found it extremely powerful.
The next time you reach a goal, kick ass in a meeting or nail a speech applaud, clap, and love yourself. You have to become your own biggest fan! This reaction will affirm to your mind that you are on the right track and will want to replicate these feelings in the future.
Only Compare Yourself to Yourself
It’s so easy to compare yourself to other people you work with, went to school with, or lifelong friends. While it might inspire you occasionally, constant comparison with others will lead to an unfulfilling life.
The only person you should ever compare yourself to is your former self.
Focus on Fulfillment
“Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.” — Tony Robbins
Tony gave a chilling speech about success vs. fulfillment in regards to Robin Williams suicide. You can watch it here as well.
It’s possible to be successful and miserable, it happens to people all the time. Don’t get so caught up in being successful that you forget to focus on what fulfills you as well.
Grow to Give
Tony is a huge giver as someone once fed his family as a kid which changed his life forever. He now feeds millions of people each year through his foundations and other charitable efforts.
The reason you should focus on growth is that once you grow you give. The biggest philanthropists in the world are also the richest. Not only can you help contribute money but other resources and connections to help change more lives.

These are the top 10 best motivational speeches to help motivate and inspire you!
Every day our motivational levels will waiver but if you can figure out how to stay motivated you will set yourself for an incredible amount of success in life.
Tony Robbins talks about this as push vs. pull motivation. Push motivation is usually where you have to push yourself to do something and often times includes a lot of willpower. Pull motivation is much easier, more natural, and flows easily as you want to do the specific event.
In this Psychology Today article it says that “Pull-based motivation is about tapping the desire to achieve something. It’s about establishing a quest and taking action not to remove a current pain, but to bring yourself closer to a deeply desired end. Maybe it’s completing a marathon or learning to play guitar.”
Ultimately you want to find activities in life that have you being pulled to do them. That usually happens when you begin to align your life with your goals, values, and daily routines.
Motivation will determine how great your life ends up being. In the past year, I’ve roamed the depths of Youtube to find the best motivational speeches.

The secret to real happiness is progress.” — Tony Robbins
Sometimes though, big goals might sound so audacious to other people you feel that you need to keep them internal. I did this for so long myself. My goals were so far from my current reality that it seemed dumb to even share them with others (more on that soon).
But that’s the point with big goals, you can’t accomplish them as your current self. Big goals force you to become someone new that can make those dreams come to life.
Here’s why you need to share your goals with the world
Your Subconscious Mind
Why you should you externalize your goals? Your subconscious mind.
If it continually hears you downplaying your goals and desires or flat out lying to others it will begin to notice.
The brain wants to help you achieve great things and you get what you focus on. But, if you constantly affirm the opposite of your goal you will never achieve it.
For example, my goal is to become a PGA tour golfer which requires you to be ranked in the top 125 players in the world. I made this decision a year ago, as a 29-year old amateur golfer.
But this goal was so far from my current situation it felt ridiculous telling it to other people. I assumed people would say things like:
“You’re too old to start professional golf.”
“You aren’t even close to being that good.”
“Why even try?”
“Isn’t is expensive?”
So when people saw me playing in tournaments or posting about golf on social media they would ask, “Are you trying to go pro?” I would say reply with, “Yeah we’ll see where it goes” or “I’m not sure yet, just trying to get really good.”
This was me deflecting from my ultimate goal, thus affirming to my brain it wasn’t actually that important of a goal. If it was important I would be telling everyone I could to leverage new people, learn new skills, and advance my game.
Announce Your Goals
Start changing your behavior and let others know about your goals. Tell your friends, family, share on social media or add them to your website.
This will feel scary. You will most likely get told you can’t achieve your specific goal. Ignore these people, they are merely projecting their doubt and lack of self-belief onto you.
If no one laughs at your goals or thinks you are crazy then you aren’t setting them high enough.
If people are not laughing at your goals, your goals are too small.” — Robin Sharma
Once you create them it is SO important to share your goals with others. The more people you share with, the more likely you will meet someone who can help you achieve your goal faster.
Friends, family or strangers might have access to resources or connections that can help you in accomplishing that goal.
Success Leaves Clues
Do you have a goal that might sound outrageous to your current reality but has already been accomplished by someone else?
Maybe you want to write a best-selling book, travel to every country in the world or start an epic business you are passionate about. These are all awesome goals but have already been accomplished by others and that’s a good thing!
Because, as Tony Robbins said, “Success leaves clues.”
Follow in their footsteps, read their book, DM them on Twitter, read their website or listen to their interviews. With the internet, it’s almost impossible to not be able to learn more about people who have accomplished your current goals.
Never Doubt Yourself
Your brain wants to protect you from bad situations. Everyone wants to avoid failing, being embarrassed or other situations that might scare you.
But it’s important to never doubt yourself and fully commit to attaining whatever your goal might be.
With a will, unbelievable work ethic, and vision people have accomplished incredible feats.
Has this happened to you before? You might be psyched and excited for a new goal only to forget about it a week later? I know I have.
Keep your goals top of mind by affirming them every day, preferably several times. The best time to review your goals are morning and night when your subconscious brain is most active.
As part of your morning routine spend 5-10 minutes doing one or several of these exercises:
Journal Your Goals
Write your biggest goals in a journal to remind your brain how important this is in your life. Ask yourself questions about how you can achieve these goals with new partnerships, ideas or how you can mix up your routine.
Visualize Your Goals
Use a vision board, slideshow or video with images that show your goal as complete. Jack Canfield calls this “Act as if.”
Act as if your goals are already complete.
Imagine yourself driving your new dream car, starting that charity, opening a business or hitting the best selling list. Jack used this method to bring his book, Chicken Soup for the Soul to become a best-seller despite being turned down by 136 publishers.
Affirm Your Goals
Write your goals down on 3×5 cards and repeat them over and over through the use of autosuggestion. As described by Napoleon Hill (Author of Think and Grow Rich), “Your ability to use the principle of autosuggestion will depend, very largely, upon your capacity to concentrate upon a given desire until that desire becomes a burning obsession.”
By constantly affirming and thinking about your goals your brain will take notice and help turn it into an obsession. Affirm your goals each morning and night. Spend 5 minutes focused on your goals and imagine them as being complete when you drift off to sleep.
Don’t End Up With Regret
Life is fickle, you never know if you will live to be 50 or 100 years old.
It’s better to have tried and failed than to live life wondering what would’ve happened if I had tried.” — Alfred Lord Tennyson
Don’t end up being in that statistic. Instead, set a goal that motivates and inspires you. Announce it to the world once you have a plan to accomplish the goal. Work hard and have tunnel vision until you succeed.
You will be amazed at how much your life will change once you are fully aligned and working toward your life’s dream.
Never be afraid to share your goals with the world. If they laugh or think you’re crazy….then you’re on the right path to success!
Are you scared of your goals? Do you share your goals with friends and family?

Have you heard of the one “rule” that can potentially change your life? If it sounds too good to be true I understand, but the 5-second rule is the real thing.
Already the 5-second rule has helped people quit smoking, improve their careers, and even stop themselves from committing suicide.
I realize that the last sentence is a bit drastic but that is the power of the 5-Second Rule.
The 5-Second Rule was developed by Mel Robbins as she used it to change every aspect of her life, gain confidence, and make lasting change.
The History of the 5-Second Rule
The creator, Mel Robbins, didn’t set out to create this rule it basically found her. At 45 years old she was in a tough place.
Her marriage was crumbling, she was drinking too much, and had switched professions so much she was out of a job. Things were so bad with her husband’s business that there was a lien on the house and unknowingly had used every cent of the kid’s college tuition.
It was at rock bottom that Mel stumbled upon the 5-Second Rule when she was watching TV. She said she knew what she was supposed to do to change her life but couldn’t get the motivation to make it happen. As she was watching TV she saw a commercial of a NASA spaceship taking off.
That was her moment, the countdown. If you’ve watched Armageddon or Apollo 13 you know the epicness of a spaceship countdown.
She decided to use this 5-4-3-2-1 countdown in her life the very next morning. She knew needed to get up early to start making calls on jobs but kept sleeping in.
But the next morning Mel woke up and instead of hitting snooze as she always did she counted backward 5-4-3-2-1 and got out of bed. She couldn’t believe it, she finally got out of bed when her alarm clock went off and started to change her life.
The 5 Second Rule to Change Your Life with Mel Robbins and Lewis Howes - YouTube
The Science of the 5-Second Rule
After extensive research for her book she learned that when you count backward, you mentally shift the gears in your mind. You interrupt your way of thinking!
As Mel said, “The counting distracts you from your excuses and focused your mind on moving in a new direction. When you physically move instead of stopping to think, your physiology change and your mind falls in line.”
This is known as a starting ritual and helps you begin to change your behavior.
Does It Actually Work?
You might be thinking, that is corny as hell…don’t worry, Mel Robbins agrees.
She knows the premise of the idea is basic but she has used reach new levels of success she had never imagined. After discovering the 5-second rule Mel has gone on to become a best-selling author of “The 5-Second Rule” and most sought out speakers in the world.
I was able to meet her in person at Success Live seminar and absolutely love her passion, energy, and belief. She truly wants to help others improve their lives, no matter how good or bad they are this book and her work can help.
How to Use the 5-Second Rule
While I highly recommend reading the book from cover to cover (several times maybe) I want to show you how to start using this rule immediately.
Remember, you are only five seconds away from changing your life forever. The 5-Second Rule has the potential to help you change any area of your life.
The reason she started using it is that she couldn’t get herself to do things she knew she needed to do. Does this sound familiar?
How many times do you find yourself knowing what you need to do but can’t get yourself to do it? Things like…
Cleaning the house
Going to the gym
Sending that email or making that call
Setting up a retirement fund
Eating less food (or drinking less alcohol)
and so many other things that you constantly procrastinate in your life.
What Should You Use The 5-Second Rule For?
The 5-second rule will help you start doing the little things that will eventually help you become successful. But it can also help when you are having a negative thought, stop worrying and help you do whatever is scaring you.
The next time you find yourself saying “I should” but don’t end up doing it count backward 5-4-3-2-1 and take action. Start moving, change your physiology!
You will never feel motivated to go to the gym if you haven’t gone in a year. Or cleaning up your resume to find a job you actually like going to.
But if you keep programming your mind away from acting you will create a habit of not following through. This will teach your brain that it really isn’t that important and can affect other areas of your life.
Do you want to learn how to make lasting change in 2018?
Or are you one of those people who creates resolutions or has you totally given up on even making them?
I understand both sides of this equation as I was a chronic resolutioner until 2015. Finally, I realized I never stuck with them and figured why the hell even bother?
Then I discovered an amazing video from Tony Robbins that changed my thoughts on resolutions and how to make lasting change.
Most people use the new year to start a major change but we all know most resolutions fail. In fact, 92% of all resolutions fail!
Instead of making resolutions watch this video in full or read below to start making lasting change in 2018:

Focus On Making Progress In Every Area
The secret to real happiness is progress. Progress equals happiness.” — Tony Robbins
Tony says that human beings need to grow in order to achieve real and lasting happiness. Human beings are conditioned to always wanting to achieve more. Reaching a goal is great but if you stay there eventually you will want to set a new goal and reach new heights.
Whatever your goals are for 2018 makes sure you strive for progress more than anything. Even if it is a big goal that seems “impossible” try to get a little better each day.
Make sure to celebrate your victories as well. Whenever you make huge strides you need to reward yourself to keep the motivation alive.
The easiest way to keep making progress on a consistent basis is to stay in a “peak state.”
Get Into a Peak State
Do you think you will set better goals if you are energetic, optimistic and motivated or if you’re sitting on the couch watching TV?
Tony refers to this as being in “Peak State.”
Being in peak state is when you are in control and feel alive instead of simply getting by. When you are in a peak state you handle tough situations better, feel gratitude at higher levels, and find answers much quicker than normal.
Unfortunately, most people aren’t living in a peak state. Most people are living in a hyper-caffeinated, overstimulated environment where they never actually focus on one single task.
As much as I love social media (and caffeine) it is really easy to get caught in a vicious cycle of always being on the go. This can lead to some bad decisions, responding to situations poorly and overall a lower quality of life.
Getting into a peak state is something you have to make a conscious effort to do every single day, usually with a great morning routine.
Here are some ways to jumpstart your morning so you start each day in a peak state:
Wake up early
Spend a few minutes being grateful for three things in your life
Write down your goals (both for the day and longer term)
The best part is that it doesn’t take a ton of time. Tony’s morning “priming” routine only takes roughly 10 minutes!
Remember, if you win the morning you will always win the day.
Review Your Goals Daily
How often do you set goals and tuck the note away or never seen the document on Google drive? I know I am super guilty, my Google drive used to be littered with all my goals.
I’ve never had a problem setting goals, but often times the goals were written down and never reviewed again.
Fix this by spending five minutes each day reviewing your goals. Do one thing each day to get you closer to any goal you might be working towards in 2018.
As Tony Robbins said, “Lasting change is different than a goal. You don’t always get your goals, but you always get your standards.”
You always get your “musts” but don’t always get your “should’s.”
Wants don’t get met consistently but your standards always do.
Tony uses a great fitness example in the video. He mentions that everyone has the same 24 hours in a day yet some people always stay in shape not matter what. They have raised their standard to always be fit and healthy.
These people don’t have more time than everyone else but exercise and nutrition is just a must for them.
Create a Vision & Rituals
Do you have a vision of how you want your life to be? Are you working towards that vision every single day?
Successful people always have a vision of who they want to become and what they want to do in their lives. Their vision is their blueprint. In the video Tony uses Tiger Woods as an example — his vision is to be the greatest golfer of all time. His vision is clear, tangible, and can be achieved (with a ton of hard work).
While creating a vision is important, creating rituals to back it up are even more important.
In reference to Tiger Woods he talks about changing his swing when he was the #1 player in the world, he knew he needed to get better to be the best of all time. He also introduced lifting weights into the sport, these rituals are the reason he is as successful as he has become!
This is the reason so many people set resolutions that fail by February. Most people don’t set a compelling vision instead they create a weak goal that doesn’t really matter.
Typical resolutions look like this: “I want to lose 10 pounds.”
It’s not a bad goal but it doesn’t have much substance or reason to keep people working toward their goal on a regular basis.
Instead, a better goal is, “I want to lose 10 pounds so I have more energy every day. I want to feel good about myself, be strong, and confident.”
How to Make Lasting Change in 2018
So how do you apply this amazing video to your life to make 2018 your best year ever? Start with these four steps and learn how I lost (and kept off) 14 pounds in 2017.
Step 1: Find an area of your life that you want to change in 2018.
It could be personal, relationship, financial, career or any area you want to change. Write down and describe to yourself the area you want to improve — be as specific as possible.
Real Life Example: Here’s how I used this video for 2017 and ended up losing 13 pounds from January 1st, 2017 to January 1st, 2018. While I went to the gym often I still ate too many calories, drank too many beers on weekdays, and never changed workouts or eating plans. I was the definition of insane — doing the same thing expecting different results!
Step 2: Write down the rituals that have gotten you to this point. Be truthful to yourself like I was last year.
Example: I listed off most of them above but also never did cardio, I was 100% weights because I hated running or any form of cardio.
Step 3: What do you want! Be ultra-specific and create your vision for the future.
Example: I wanted to lose weight to gain confidence, play better golf, reduce the risk of injury and have more energy every day. My goal was 175 pounds and roughly 9% body fat.
Step 4: Write down the rituals that will get you your compelling vision. What would you need to do differently each day to get what you want in the new year!?
Example: I revamped my diet and exercise 100% in 2017. First off was diet, I tried different eating plans for 30-day experiments (low carb, keto, and fasted plans). Some worked, some didn’t, and others left me hangry. Eating low carb worked so well I wrote a book about it!
I also changed my workout rituals by doing interval sprints almost daily. Once I started to see results it inspired me to complete my first ever triathlon in October! I also added yoga, circuit training, and stretching to my routine.
To see results in any area of life you have to change your small, daily rituals.
Resolutions fail but changing your rituals or habits can change your life forever. While I don’t see any value in resolutions I do see a ton of value in the momentum that a new year brings.
Capitalize on that momentum by starting one of these 18 changes or completing this full exercise to change a specific area of your life in 2018. Habits take roughly 21 days to form so stick with in January to make it a ritual.
Do you make resolutions? Instead of resolutions are you finally trying to make lasting change in the new year?
