Wedding Photographer Michael and assistant Amanda had such a great time capturing the wedding of Nichole and Ricardo at Holy Family Catholic Church and their wedding reception at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando! Along with videographers from Eivan’s Photo Inc., Michael began the day at Nichole’s beautiful bridal suite for the bridal preparations! When we arrived, Nichole and her bridal party were finishing up with their hair and makeup by Karmel Design Team! While we waited, we took the opportunity to capture some great shots of her dress and all her bridal accessories! Once she was ready, Michael captured Nichole and her bridesmaids as they were helping her get into her wedding dress; then it was time to head out for their wedding ceremony!

Their church ceremony was held at the Holy Family Catholic Church which was officiated by Father Raul Gaga!  As their friends and family watched, Nichole and Ricardo couple exchanged their vows, rings, and their I-Do’s!  After the ceremony, we captured family portraits at the church, but then we headed back to Rosen Shingle Creek for their wedding reception!  Once we arrived at the reception venue, we captured the bridal party photos and finished the session with Nichole and Ricardo’s bridal portraits!

Before we knew it was time to PARTY! Their wedding reception was held at the Butler ballroom which was beautifully decorated by the floral designs of Lee Forrest Design! Nichole and Ricardo made their grand entrance into the ballroom to begin their first dance!  The couple blew everyone away as they danced in basically a cloud which was created by the amazing Blast Productions team!  After all first dances, it was time to enjoy the great meal and drinks that were provided by the catering team at Rosen Shingle Creek! Once everyone was done with their meals, it was time to start dancing! Blast Productions provided the awesome music that kept the crowd moving and the photo booths that made the evening so much fun! After all the formalities, the Pleneros De La Central  played live Latin music that had everyone packed on the dance floor! We took this opportunity to take the couple upstairs for additional portraits before they had their last dance in the clouds! Afterwards, it was time to say farewell to Nichole and Ricardo as they proceeded through an awesome sparkler send-off!  As always, we wish a special thanks to Nicole and her amazing wedding team at Nicole Squared Events for helping with wedding planning and coordination, they are always so great to work with!  It was such an amazing day, and we wish them SO MUCH happiness in their future together! Thank you for letting us share this amazing wedding day with you!

This past February marked the Audubon Park Garden District’s inaugural Bourbon and Buskers event on Corrine Drive! We had the pleasure of capturing this amazing event location right in our own neighborhood, within multiple businesses located on Corrine and the two main plazas! The check-in for this event started at The Lovely Boutique Market, then continued around the Garden District’s shops including Park Ave CDs, Sprinkles Jewelry & Gifts, The Owl’s Attic, Stardust, and East End Market!  Guests also enjoyed multiple local musicians and artists playing outside around the district and experience a Bourbon Tasting Stroll where they could sample unique bourbons, whiskey, and craft cocktails!  Of course there were plenty of other beer and wine options for those who preferred other libations, but this event was such a great opportunity to show what Orlando can offer!!  We cannot wait for the next Bourbon & Buskers!

Family Portraits Photographer Steven recently captured the fun Bernitz family at the Encore Resort at Reunion, FL! Florida is known for its rainy days and today was one of those days! Even though the family had arrived from different parts of New York and London for this vacation they would not let the rain dampen their session! We began the session at the resort lobby where we got some great shots, but as the rain cleared up, we worked our way outside! Once outside we found an area with great cover to capture some additional pictures of the family and got to work getting individual families and a variety of groups! The Bernitz family was so much fun, the kids were hilarious, and we had a blast taking their pictures!  We hope you enjoy your sneak peek and hope you loved your family annual vacation here in Orlando!

We recently had an amazing volunteering opportunity with our friends at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club, in Kissimmee, Florida!!  Their catering manager Lani let us know about their new wedding venue location called Butterfly Lake!!  This venue looks out on a beautiful lake just behind the golf club, tucked away in a natural woodland just a short drive from the parking lot!  We worked up a great idea with them about making this lake a true ‘butterfly’ lake, by planting and promoting native, pollinator-friendly plants all around the ceremony location!!  Falcon’s Fire traveled to an amazing native nursery called Green Isle Gardens in Groveland, FL, who specialize in pesticide free, 100% Florida Native plants, which is incredibly beneficial for the environment and its wildlife community!!  Falcon’s Fire did a great job picking plants, including native milkweed (host plant for the endangered Monarch butterfly!), Porterweed, Spiderwort, Blazing Star, and more!!  The best part, crucial pollinators and butterflies flock to these plants for food, shelter, and safe places to host their caterpillars.

Our team jumped on board immediately to bring our tools and help establish and plant these native plants and flowers!  We even recruited one of our wedding couples who care just as much about the planet as we do!  We all arrived and spent a few hours digging, planting, and watering to make sure they were good to go!  Once these plants grow and establish, we’re sure brides and couples will be surrounded by butterflies during their wedding ceremonies, and helping the environment isn’t a bad benefit either! :)  We admire Falcon’s Fire so much for their dedication in protecting the environment and caring so much about our local wildlife!!  Thank you guys so much for letting us help out such a great cause!!

If you’re looking for Florida Native plants, definitely make sure to visit Green Isle Gardens, they are extremely knowledgeable and carry so much in stock!  In the spirit of Earth Day, we also provide a free native Florida tree or Milkweed plant to every couple who books with us!  It’s our way of giving back to the planet and protecting  our pollinators!!  Let us know how you help the Earth!!

Wedding Photographer Michael and his assistant Alice had the pleasure of capturing Stephanie and Jon’s wedding day at St James Cathedral Catholic Church and Historic Dubsdread Ballroom, some of our favorite wedding venues here in Orlando! Michael began the day capturing the bridal preparation of Stephanie and her bridal party as they got their hair and make-up done at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Orlando! Once Stephanie and her girls were ready, we headed over to the ceremony location in Downtown!

The ceremony was held at the St. James Cathedral Catholic Church which was officiated by Fr, Matthew Hawkins!  The couple exchanged their vows, wedding rings then said their I Do’s! After the ceremony, we captured the family portraits along with bridal party shots and finished the session with Stephanie and Jon’s bridal portraits around the church!

When we arrived at Historic Dubsdread Ballroom for the reception, we had some time to get additional shots before the formal introductions into the party!  We got some great shots of the groom and his groomsmen doing a homage to Happy Gilmore; be sure to look for those!  Then we captured a toast shot to the newlyweds of the whole party with the couple’s favorite drink “White Claw”! Afterward, we captured some additional portraits of the newlyweds around the golf course! Before we knew it, it was time for Stephanie and Jon to make their grand entrance!  The ballroom at Historic Dubsdread looked amazing with all the floral decorations by Lee Forest Design!  DJ Les with Soundwave Entertainment did a fantastic job playing tunes that kept the dance floor full all night long!  Dubsdread Catering provided all the amazing food and catering! The delicious wedding cake was made by Publix Bakery which looked beautiful and sweet among all the decorations and flowers! After the cake cutting and some serious dancing on the dance floor, it was time to say farewell to our couple as they walked through their bubble exit!  It was such a fun day, and we wish them SO MUCH happiness in their future together! Thank you for letting us share it with you!

Once Grace and the bridal party were ready we headed out to their ceremony location at the Lake Mary Events Center to get Grace into her wedding gown and last-minute touch-ups! Once she was ready, Grace requested to have a first look with her father under the pergola!  This was such a sweet moment, but before she headed down the aisle, we took some great bridal portraits of Grace and her bridal party holding their beautiful bouquets from Country Club Flower Shop!  While Michael was finishing up with Grace, Nelson was capturing Ryan and his groomsmen getting ready!

Orlando Wedding Photographer Michael had THE best time capturing the intimate wedding ceremony for Robin and Mike at Episcopal Church of the Resurrection and the reception at Café Murano!  Michael began the day by capturing some pictures of Robin getting ready at the Church, and before we knew it, it was time for their wedding ceremony! After they exchanged their I-Do’s at the altar, we took some family portraits outside and then just a few of the newly married couple before we headed to the restaurant for the reception!  Once we arrived at Café Murano for the dinner reception, Robin gave a blessing which then followed by everyone mingling with friends and family before they all sat down for dinner!  Robin and Mike are such a cute couple, we could seriously just feel the love between them when taking their photos!  Congratulations and we wish you both the very best!

Orlando Wedding Photographer Michael had a great time capturing the sweet wedding of Alaina and Bryan at Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, Florida! Michael began the day at Bok Tower Gardens getting shots of Bryan and his best man as they were getting ready, then visited Alaina in her bridal suite getting into her gorgeous wedding gown! Once she was ready, we all headed to the ceremony location at the Tower Lawn!

Their outdoor wedding ceremony was officiated by Sandy at Marry You I Do, who had Alaina and Bryan read their vows and exchange their I Do’s in front of their friends and family!  Once the ceremony was over, we quickly began to gather the family for portraits and some bridal party shots before we headed out to Pinewood Estates to get additional shots of Alaina and Bryan with the Historic Mansion as their background!  Before we proceeded to Pinewood, though, Alaina and Bryan requested a champagne fountain, so we helped line up the glasses into a tower and let the champagne flow from top to bottom courtesy of Bartini Orlando!

Once we were done, we took a drive to Bartow, FL for the reception at their private residence! At the reception,  Florida Wedding DJs did a fantastic job playing the tunes for the first dance and parent dance! The decorations were provided by Wedding & Party Decorations by Selina!  The great food was catered by 4Rivers and the yummy cake was designed by Sugar & Slice! Before we said farewell to the happy couple, we captured some additional family group shots in front of the pool and some of Alaina and Bryan throughout the home before they ran through their fun sparkler exit!  This was such a sweet, intimate wedding, and we wish you both SO MUCH happiness!  Thank you for sharing this amazing wedding day with us!!

Photographer Steven Miller had such a great time meeting and photographing Shadae and Patrick during their engagement session!  These two love being outdoors, so Dickson Azalea Park, near Downtown Orlando, was a perfect place for their session!  We explored this park, walked around searching for blooming spring plants, and hopped over to Carl T Langford Park as well for that infamous wooden bridge!!  In a typical Downtown Orlando fashion, we ran into so many beautiful oak trees along the way!  We had such a great time getting to know these two, and hope to see them again for their wedding day soon!!

We began our day at the Jeanine’s bridal suite for the bridal preparations with her girls!  When we arrived, Jeanine was getting her hair and makeup done by Kristy’s Artistry Design Team! While at the bridal suite Steven took the opportunity to capture some great shots of her dress and all of her bridal accessories! Once she was ready, we photographed some portraits of her right before we headed outside to meet Eric for the first look!  Hyatt Regency Orlando has some great secret spots that are ideal for privacy and lighting!!  It was so amazing to capture this sweet moment between the couple out in front of the property, just the two of them!! From there we captured some personal portraits of them both, then bridal party photos, and even family portraits, before the ceremony!  It takes a very organized couple and family to make that happen, and they did not disappoint!  Once we were all set we headed to Hyatt’s terrace for their outdoor wedding ceremony!

Their ceremony was held at the Orchid Garden Terrace at the Hyatt Regency Orlando! It was officiated by Pastor Levi Stewart, who also included a personal communion for the couple and a sand ceremony!
