While I would argue that sunglasses are a 365-days-a-year essential (after all, the sun doesn't just disappear when bikini bikini season, ends!), it's a particular must-have, come Summer. But, with so many frames to choose from, how's a girl to know which one is perfect for her? In fact, there isa best frame shape for every face. Just like you wouldn't buy a pair of too-tight pants or dress that's so large you're swimming in it, it's important to keep your particular shape and silhouette into account when shopping for sunglasses.

So, as we jump head-first into the Summer season, dreaming of all the ways we're ready to update our wardrobes, there's nothing quite as easy as a pair of new sunglasses to amp up that seasonal look. Ahead, find the best sunglasses for every face shape - and some favorites I'm currently shopping for days of fun in the sun.

I took an actual pause when I noticed Kate Hudson's latest dreamy dress during her family getaway in Italy. The 40-year-old actress already convinced me to look at plane ticket prices for a Capri vacation of my own, but when I saw her stunning sheer Valentino gown, I fully stopped in my tracks.

Kate's stylish selection comes from the Italian designer's Fall/Winter 2019 runway line. Every piece of the stunning black dress is a joy to look at, from the ruffled collar and its artistic cape, to the sexy side cutouts. Kate paired the gorgeous gown with Bvlgari jewelry, Jimmy Choo shoes, and a bright red clutch, complimenting the colors of her detailed cape design. Keep reading to see more of her fashion forward look - it's absolutely captivating from all angles.

Fashion worshipper I may be, but I do love a uniform - very much so. Sure, the pull-out-all-the-stops runway-inspired look might be fun from time to time, but I'm constantly on the hunt for that outfit formula of sorts. It is that unicorn of a composition of separates that can be mixed and matched by color, print, or material, but always works out as a no-brainer sum of its parts, pulling you together in no time at all. While daytime generally calls for a bodysuit, jeans, and cashmere sweater when it comes to my personal wardrobe, a nod to the early-aughts has officially given me the gift of a more dressed-up, though equally effortless, counterpart: the silk camisole.

Perhaps once referred to as some form of the "going out top," I no longer have to be going much of anywhere to find myself reaching for the silky camisole that gives my look just the right amount of oomph without going over-the-top or looking fussy. With a classic silk camisole, I feel equal parts boudoir-inspired and youthful; sultry and fun; yet also classic and timeless. Whether I'm dressing down the essential with a pair of Levi's 501 cutoffs or tucking it casually into a head-turning skirt for a cocktail party as the sun begins to set; keeping warm with a chunky knit over my shoulders for Winter, or baring as much skin as possible in the thick of a Summer heatwave; the silk camisole rose to the top of my closet's MVP stack from the first time I slipped one over my head.

And now, come Summer, it's your turn. Shop my favorites ahead and I dare you to find a look that doesn't become better with one of them.

For Fall and Winter months, the world has become well versed in Victorian high necks, floral jacquards and brocades, and heavy velvet weaves in rich tones of purple and navy blue. But for Summer? The trend seems a little more difficult to master in the heat. That is, of course, until I met the modern-day interpretation of what I imagine Queen Elizabeth might have worn to bed. Meet the bright white Victorian babydoll dress. Sure, the mid-1800s might not have been mini-dress friendly, but that doesn't mean I can't take all their best sartorial direction and chop off a few feet of length, right?

When it comes to Victorian babydoll dresses, ease is key. With a voluminous silhouette, these are the ultimate in throw-on-and-go which is much-needed, come Summer. There is a slightly higher neckline than you might be used to, lace insets, crisp cotton materials, and more vintage nods. It's time to consider this seasonal trend less of a passing phase and more of a go-to. Shop my personal favorites of the season ahead.

Rio-based swimwear brand Haight is coming out with its second collaboration for Fila. If you're wondering why you haven't seen the first collection, it's because it was only available in Brazil the first time around. This will be the first time the collab will be available internationally, meaning we finally can get in on the action. How great is that?

The collection includes 24 styles for women and men in swim and leisurewear. Haight's designer, Marcella Franklin, was inspired by Fila's retro pieces from the archives and wanted to put her own spin on it. The collection also draws from the swimwear brand's knit crop top and suits from the brand's past collections. It includes everything from a chic white one-piece with a low scoop back to a sporty brown two-piece that instantly takes us back to the '90s.

My personal favorite has to be the white bikini top that has the Fila logo on it and the high-waisted brown bottoms that have a high-leg silhouette. Wondering where exactly you can get your hands on the stunning collection? It is available now at FortyFiveTen NYC, FortyFiveTen Dallas, Goop, and Maison Jolie. Keep reading to see all of the gorgeous campaign images.
