Vito loves the book What's for Lunch?!  He loves learning all about the food groups, on what food will help him have stronger bones and teeth, foods that will give him energy, and basically foods that will keep him healthy.  I love that he developed this interest early on.  I find it important to educate little ones all about healthy foods because right now, he's super conscious of what he eats,
