1. Actizio Sweat Activated Shirts I love trying out different kinds of workout clothing and when Actizio reached out to me, I thought it would be fun to try their workout clothes that have a message that is activated when you sweat. What a neat idea! I chose a few different shirts to try for my family members because I found sayings that were so perfect for them!

I chose the "Run Now, Wine Later" shirt for my sister who loves, well, running and wine. My dad started exercising every single day since he had an injury in February 2017 so I chose the "What's my secret? I workout 24/7/365" shirt because I am very proud an inspired about his dedication to working out. For my science teacher husband, I chose the shirt that has the formula for protein when you sweat.

What I chose for myself that I am really loving is the triangle mesh leggings. They are super soft and very fitted. I love their glove-like fit. This brand has so many different designs that there is something for everyone!

Healthier Fudgy Brownies are dense and rich, naturally gluten-free, grain-free and are made with pumpkin for a comforting and delicious treat!

Sometimes, you just need a comforting treat. I like to eat healthy but I also like desserts and other indulgent foods. Whenever I make homemade desserts at home, I always try to make them a little bit healthier but still delicious! At a restaurant or if someone else makes a dessert, I don't really care what is in it and enjoy the treat as is. Over the years, I have learned some substitutions to make to make foods healthier when I cook them but still taste incredible.

Whole-Grain Peaches and Cream Pancakes are dairy-free, whole-grain and full of delicious juicy peaches and cream. They make the perfect breakfast and a great for meal prep!
My husband and kids are home for the summer which means having family breakfast together each morning! It is the best. Sometimes, we keep it simple with yogurt with chia seeds and granola or cereal and other mornings, we get fancy and make Whole-Grain Peaches and Cream Pancakes or a vegetable hash with fried eggs. Depends on our mood!

We just got back from the best trip where new memories were made and we reflected on many previous times when we used to live in Fennville, MI. Troy and I moved to Fennville when we were married for 8 months and we had all of our hopes and dreams ahead of us.

Troy hadn’t finished his Bachelor’s degree yet and now he is a successful teacher with a Master’s degree. We knew we wanted kids but didn’t know when- we now have two amazing kids. We dreamed of owning a home and now own our own. I wanted to be a dietitian and hadn’t done my internship yet- I am now a full-time dietitian blogger living my dream of working and being home with the kids. Life has come a long way since our dreams that we discussed on long walks on the beach in Fennville and we love reminiscing about our two years spent in Fennville.

What better trip than to take the kids on and show them our old stomping grounds. It was a trip filled with laughter, good food, beaches, pools, blueberries and more. I am so excited to share my recommendations with you for visiting the Fennville area.

Infused water in 4 different flavors for a super refreshing, no-sugar added drink- lemon cucumber, peach basil, blueberry mint and cherry lime!

I pretty much can drink room temperature water 9 months out of the year but the second that it gets hot, I'm craving ice water and different flavors of infused water. At my old job, they would make all different flavors of infused water to keep in the lobby for visitors when they came.

Since I am a dietitian, my office was located within the kitchen so I always got to see the different flavors of infused water that they came up with. I learned lots of different flavor combinations that I could make at home.

1. Cento productsI'm loving these products from Cento which are all items we use a ton of. Artichokes are amazing in a salad or for making Spinach Artichoke Chicken. All summer long, we are using a ton of balsamic vinegar, mostly for tomato type salads but really for anything. This Cento balsamic vinegar is super tasty. The olive oil is super tasty and I love the tomato products. We love keeping a large stock on hand of diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes for all kinds of recipes. These are authentic Italian products that will enhance any meal.

You know that summer is really here when you can visit your local farmer's market and is it bursting with fresh fruits and vegetables. Shopping at Eastern Market in Detroit is in my top 5 list of favorite things to do each summer (and fall) and I look forward to it all year-round. I am totally a morning person and getting up early on a weekend day, gathering my family and buying fresh produce is the absolute best. Just writing about it makes me super happy!

1. Boca Java Coffee
I've been a fan of Boca Java coffee for many years now! I was sent some light and medium roasts which I've been enjoying as iced coffee for a summer pick-me-up. My favorite is the medium Cool Breeze Columbian which has a full flavor and is perfect with some ice and a little milk.

Food and drink ideas to pack for a day out or for a road trip that are nutritious and help save you money compared to eating out!
My husband recently had his last day of work until September and we are living the summer life and loving it! Everyone who knows us knows that we are constantly out on different adventures all around the state (and sometimes out of the state). We love taking many day trips all summer long and are taking a few road trips too. Food out is typically unhealthy and expensive so we limit our meals out for those reasons.

Easy Tart Cherry Gummies taste like sour candy, only require 3 ingredients, have no-added sugar, are ready in just 15 minutes, require no-cooking and are a better for you option when it comes to gummies!

This post is sponsored by ©Knudsen and Sons, Inc., all opinions are my own.

I've seen people making homemade gummies around the web and wanted to get in on the action! I tried to think about what flavor sounded the best to me and the answer was easy: tart cherry. I am a Michigan girl and we are known for our tart cherries. Many restaurants serve a Michigan Cherry Salad which is a favorite and I love throwing tart cherries in different baked recipes.
