Made in Nature Snacks
I am excited to share one of my favorite snack brands with you! Made in Nature has some super tasty products that are made with mostly dried fruit, nuts and even vegetables. My favorites are the Figgy Pops that are filled with nut butter. When I tried the jelly and nut butter flavor a couple of years ago, I thought it was one of the best snacks that I had tried.

Healthy Deviled Eggs are super easy to make and loaded with flavor from dill pickles and mustard and use healthier ingredients for a lightened up deviled egg!

My favorite holiday in the world is almost here: Easter! With Easter comes lots of hard-boiled eggs so I wanted to share my healthy deviled eggs recipe with you. Deviled eggs are a treat in my family because for some reason, we rarely make them. We pretty much only remember to make them for holidays like Thanksgiving and sometimes for Easter even though we love them so much.Whenever I make them, I try to share a few with my parents because we all enjoy them. I hope you enjoy this healthy deviled eggs recipe.

Dyper eco-friendly diapers review, Atlas Protein Bars review and a review of RightRice, a bean based rice!

Dyper Diapers
I've changed a lot of diapers in the last 4 1/2 years between the two kiddos and with another on the way, I have a lot more diaper changing in my future. I recently heard about Dyper which is a brand that makes biodegradable bamboo diapers and I knew I needed to try them. I am totally not one of those cloth diapering moms but would like to be able to help the planet more. Typical diapers do not break down and I have always felt guilty about that so it is amazing that these ones do. Dyper diapers contain no chlorine, latex, alcohol, perfumes, PVX, lotions, TBT or Phthalates.

Carrot Cake Oatmeal Muffins are gluten-free, filling, quite dense, perfect for breakfast or snack and totally healthy! Filled with shredded carrots and raisins and topped with a Greek yogurt, cream cheese frosting.

Easter is my very favorite holiday because of all of the family traditions we have! Adalyn and I made these Carrot Cake Oat Muffins in anticipation of our favorite day. They are gluten-free, filling, quite dense, perfect for breakfast or snack and totally healthy! I made a double batch of these muffins like I usually do because my kids eat them so quickly.

As a consumer, I know that it can be hard to sort through nutrition information and to know what is correct and what is incorrect. Even as a dietitian, it can be difficult. For example, some people say that carbs are bad, some say that they are okay. Some people say that a high-fat diet is the way to go, some think that sticking to a moderate fat diet is best. Knowing what is correct can be very difficult and as someone interested in health, I always want to know the truth about what is right.

Michigan measles outbreak: symptoms of measles, complications of measles, how to get vaccinated against measles and what to do if you've come into contact with someone with measles.
I'm not sure about where you live but where I live in Michigan, we are having a measles outbreak. As of March 26, 2019, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services had 22 confirmed measles cases in the state. According to news articles that I've been reading, that number is actually higher now. As of that day, 21 cases were in Oakland County, MI and 1 case in Wayne County, MI.
