New Hope is dedicated to helping animals on death row & animals with medical needs. We aim to help as many animals as we can, given their circumstances and in particular, animals that have been turned away elsewhere. We often take in animals in immediate danger to save them from death & then place them into other rescues once a space is available.

Hello everyone and a very big thank you to everyone who has shared and donated to our 'Land Appeal' so far.
I know what we are asking for seems like a massive ask and that we have a very long way to go but please remember that we will be funding over 2/3rds of this ourselves, selling our house and continuing the mortgage and Steph and I will both continue working to make this happen.
We can't manage the final 3rd of the cost of the sort of land we need, but it is so desperately needed to be able to help the amount of animals we are capable of and desperately need to help.
Those that follow us know we stretch ourselves to the limits. We operate from a London home and a rented block of kennels and the difficulties of continuing the way we are, are leaving us with very few options. Moving and doing as much as we can is obviously the preferred option by far, but without the move I honestly don't know where New Hope will be this time next year.
Stress, strain and lack of sleep are all part of the emotional rollercoaster of animal rescue and something that we can take on the chin but we have to be able to operate suitably and set up a future for the rescue and the continuation of its work.

Like most years we have taken in the surplus from a living egg school project to avoid these birds being slaughtered. As soon as the school found out the fate of the birds they sought rescue space but most get sent back for an uncertain future..... And for what? Education? Do we want to teach our children that life is so disposable? Animals born into a frightening environment, without a mother and then killed. Please if you work at a school that does this STOP❗️
We have taken in six ducklings, (one disabled), who will go on to live out their lives in the way deserved, but just think how many don't make it out.
We are trying to raise funds for a NHAR van without taking any funds away from the pot that goes direct to the animals. Please look at http://www.gofundme.com/m3l9b4, share and donate if you can. Thank you for your support.
