This is a straightforward, simple, fast and easy raw vegan recipe for the holidays. Here I’ve made it fit in with a Halloween theme, but the flavors will knock your socks off year-round.
Make a big batch of this for yourself to keep you powered up for work, school, social events and daily family life. Healthy fruit-based carbohydrates balanced perfectly with just the right amount of spice. This milkshake tastes best fresh, but you can make it a few hours in advance and store it in glass jars with plastic lids to keep it as fresh as possible. (The links to Amazon in my posts go through my little Amazon store, so yes, if you buy through my links you are helping to support running this website. Thank you!)
Or if you want to be really festive, get the amazing glass skull mason jars here or here. I love these, and kids do, too! The more fun you have with raw foods, the more family-friendly the lifestyle becomes.
This raw vegan pumpkin spice milkshake tastes like dessert, but it’s a complete meal! In fact, this was my dinner tonight. I love raw vegan fast food. The most nutritiously delicious way to live. And forget about being ruled by an out-of-control sweet tooth. With raw foods, you will finally be getting all the deliciously sweet ripe fruit the body craves, and the sweet tooth, over time, will finally stop asking you for unhealthy sweets. What freedom! I just wish someone had taught me this lifestyle twenty years ago. But, the best lessons can be some of the most difficult ones. So I’m here to share my mistakes and wisdom, saving you time and trouble.
Enjoy this milkshake immensely! I certainly did. And subscribe today, then shoot me a message to let me know what you thought of the recipe. I love hearing from all of you and supporting you on your journey to raw foods!
