Yoga has been an integral part of Indian culture, and possibly one of those precious universal factors that tie the world to us in more ways than one. Hundreds of people from the West visit our country every year to gain in-depth knowledge about the discipline from the masters themselves.
Now, with the International Yoga Day just hours away, the kind of activity and excitement around Yoga is palpable across the country. What with the government making special arrangements to encourage more and more people to join and participate in the movement that really does promise a healthier future.
In keeping with the country's enthusiasm ahead of the International Yoga Day, ANI reported that the Sunrise Command of Indian Navy has been organizing additional yoga camps onboard their Naval units over the past one week and the sights are worth revelling on. Imagine these warriors of the seas practising yoga atop their mighty vessels!
Aerial shots capturing Navy personnel onboard ships and submarines practising yoga has surfaced on social media and the sight is absolutely thrilling, to say the least.
International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21 June every year since its inception in 2015. An International Day for yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly and has seen enthusiastic international participation since.
Are you going to be a part of the International Yoga Day this year?
There's no magic pill to grow a thicker beard overnight, but there's one truth you must accept before you begin growing a luxurious beard. Patience is the key.
From Ranveer Singh to Shahid Kapoor, most of the B-town celebs have shown what a beard can do to your overall look by being an asset that transforms the whole ball game.
Instead of heading for a trimmer every now and then, check out the following ways to grow a thicker beard within 6 steps that are totally worth the revival you were hoping to achieve. It's so damn easy!
Just like your body demands detox, your face needs cleansing. Hair follicles, if not cleaned on time, tend to accumulate grime and thereby prevent the growth of your beard. A skincare routine ensures you never fall in a rut.
Follow exfoliation once a week to steer clear of any dead cells. Healthy skin is the foundation that leads to thicker beard over time, guaranteed!
Let's burst a bubble for you - shaving too much to grow a thicker beard is a myth. For it to look fuller, you need to wait for about 3 months before you touch the razor. 90 days may seem like a whole year, but when your beard grows out well, you will thank us!
Good beard oil helps keep your beard moisturised and when you get into the habit of keeping it in your arsenal since day one, you will definitely reap its benefits. Oils tend to eliminate itching and dandruff that tag along in this journey. You don't want that, right?
Your hair follicles need nourishment and at least 8 glasses of water per day can do that. Drinking enough water flushes out all the toxins from the body, letting your skin stay hydrated. With this, you will be one step closer to growing a thicker beard, believe us.
When we say shampoo, we don't mean you reach out for your hair shampoo. Instead, use beard shampoo and a conditioner to grow a thicker beard every alternate day. Apply conditioner post your shampoo sesh and keep it on for a few minutes. If your fingers glide smoothly through your beard, it's time to wash it off.
The more protein-rich food you consume, your beard stands more chances of growing thicker. Eat green veggies and include eggs and nuts in your diet plan. These food items help in testosterone production and let you grow a lustrous-looking beard.
Diljit Dosanjh, Kriti Sanon, and Varun Sharma's 'Arjun Patiala' has everything that makes a movie an entertainer. It has drama, action, comedy, romance and villains. What else does a movie need to attract viewers to the theatres?
The makers have unveiled the trailer of 'Arjun Patiala' and it will surely tickle your funny bone. So, we are presenting you the 145th 'policewali picture' of India and here, we don't have a muscular hero, instead, he is 'cute'.
We have a heroine (Kriti Sanon) who is 'super-hot', then you have Varun Sharma who is 'hero ka dost'.
The trailer of 'Arjun Patiala' is a hilarious take on a quintessential Bollywood movie. From inserting a mandatory item number to taking a dig at the idea of “wholesale mein dher saare villain”, it's sort of a spoof and it is bound to leave you rolling on the floor laughing.
The concept is different and netizens are appreciating the trailer on Twitter.
One of the users wrote, “#ArjunPatialaTrailer looks hilarious! Super intrigued! this trailer full of insanely siyaappe Show us the movie already! @varunsharma90 Onida Singh @RonitBoseRoy @itsBhushanKumar @diljitdosanjh @kritisanon.”
Directed by Rohit Jugraj, 'Arjun Patiala' is expected to be a laugh riot and it marks the first-ever collaboration of Diljit and Kriti. Earlier, in an interview with IANS, Kriti called 'Arjun Patiala' a "spoofy kind of a comedy". She said, "I feel it's a completely different kind of a comedy. It's a slightly spoofy kind of a comedy. I don't think that kind of a take on comedy has been done before."
There are kids who are scoring 99% in exams like it's no big deal, there are kids who are disappointed despite scoring 499 out of 500 in class 12th CBSE board exams, and then there is Stuti Khandwala who has once again proved that there is something mysterious about this generation. They clearly hold some special powers that we are not aware about. I don't see any other way I can justify their achievements.
In the age of tough competition, where cracking even entrance exam is nothing short of a miracle for most of us; Stuti, in a rare but brilliant feat, has cracked not one or two but multiple competitive entrance exams in India. Stuti who hails from Surat, scored 98.7% in class 12 and has now cracked NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), JIMPER (Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research), AIIMS, MBBS Entrance Exam and JEE (Main). Seriously, how can this be normal?
What's more, Stuti has also secured a place in the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), US and she has decided to go there.
Stuti, in fact, recently revealed her success mantra and that is watching Tom & Jerry and cooking videos on YouTube, abandoning her hobbies and TV, sticking only to her school textbooks and studying 12 to 13 hours a day.
From watching Tom & Jerry and cooking shows on YouTube to studying 13 hours a day, watch Stuti Khandwala share how she cracked #JEEMain, #NEET, and #AIIMS with excellent scores!
Well, we are proud of Stuti and her achievements, but Twitter clearly cannot handle this unbelievable feat. So they wished her in their own hilarious and savage way.

The unfortunate news of Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan being ruled out of the ICC World Cup 2019 due to a fractured left thumb has left a huge hole at the top of the Indian batting lineup.
Although, in the match against Pakistan, we did see KL Rahul step up to the occasion and form a great 100-run plus opening partnership, the void of the veteran lefty batsman is definitely going to be the most difficult to fill.
Dhawan went down with the injury like a warrior. Having the base of his left thumb cracked, thanks to a deadly bouncer by Pat Cummins early on in the match between India and Australia at The Oval in London, the left-handed batsman went on to play a massive innings worth 117 runs, that not only made him the 'Man of the Match' but also led Team India to win one of the more challenging games of the ongoing tournament.

The exit of the southpaw from the world championship got the team selectors in a bit of a fix, as they had to choose between an experienced and sturdy batsman in Ambati Rayudu and zealous and explosive Rishabh Pant. The management decided to go with the latter with the hopes of providing a fresh boost to the middle order.
It is well documented that the only problem with Team India, is the weak and struggling middle order. Before the World Cup began, it was still being managed by former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni but even the Ranchi-born seems to have lost his form off-late.
Whenever India have tasted success while batting in either of the innings, it only comes if the batting partnership in the initial stages of the match is formed. Rohit Sharma and Dhawan have been doing it for years and on Sunday, Sharma and Rahul did it as well.

However with some good games against teams with brilliant bowlers like England and West Indies still ahead of them, we can't be certain of a solid opening partnership, especially due to the lack of experience of Sharma and Rahul playing together at number one and two spots, which, by the way, was also evident during their previous fleet against Sarfaraz Ahmed's men.
Under such conditions, Rishabh Pant, who would most probably take the crease as the fourth batsman after Virat Kohli, will be expected to take the lead and put up big numbers on the scoreboard for his side.
An extremely skilled and talented batsman who is a natural hitter, Pant played his last ODI match against Australia on 13th March during which he found himself to be cheaply dismissed (16 runs) at the hands of Nathan Lyon in a losing effort.
The 21-year-old has been put under the microscope and criticised for his inability to stick to the crease for long and play a 50-over innings.
So, when Pant is being brought in to play on the biggest platform there is in international cricket with such little experience, the amount of pressure on his young shoulders has to be immense.

But this is the situation that makes or breaks a player and whenever it is that the Roorkee-born will play for India, be it against Afghanistan on 22nd June or the Windies on 27th June, it will only be his determination and the sheer will to be great, that will guide his performance on the ground.
Here's hoping all the success that Pant deserves and should get this World Cup.
It's summer and Peter Parker has decided to go on vacation, telling us that the Marvel Cinematic Universe is definitely far from being over.
The social media embargo on reviews of 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' has been lifted and the feedback is as bright as a positive ray of light. Disney is definitely confident about what about the film director, Jon Watts has made and the reactions talk about its humour, action and a few major twists. Although the movie is set to release on July 5, the press screenings have started and we can't wait to catch the new Spidey flick.
Marvel and Disney have always made it a point to lift embargos on movies way before their release to get a positive word of mouth in advance and this time was no different.
According to the trailer, this one has Peter Parker aka Spider-Man taking a vacation in Europe with his classmates. However, he runs into Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) or rather he's hunted down by Fury and the mysterious Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) aka Quentin Beck to help defeat some apolyptic 'Elemental' monster!
Some are calling the film a perfect 'Avengers: Endgame' epilogue where the MCU goes on an emotionally fulfilling ride, while some say it's the best Spidey movie yet. Let's see what the critics have to say about 'Spider-Man: Far From Home'
FAR FROM HOME has dethroned Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 2 & is now favorite Spider-Man film.
What's insane is that I can't even tell u why I'm so in love with this film because it would be a spoiler.
I didn't expect to laugh so hard at a movie that deals with the emotional and global fallout of Avengers: Endgame. I really, really enjoyed #SpiderManFarFromeHome (liked it a smidge more than Homecoming), and thought it absolutely succeeded when it dealt with human-scale stories. pic.twitter.com/Cy985w2NeV
#SpiderManFarFromHome isn't quite as wonderful as Homecoming, but it's a really strong, endearing sequel that delivers some excellent moments in its second half in particular. It commendably furthers Peter's story while laying groundwork for what's next in a notably deft way.
#SpiderMan#FarFromHome is an absolute home run. It's SO much fun. It's huge in itself and for the future of the MCU in the most surprising ways. Tom Holland, Jake Gyllenhaal, just a lethal, awesome combo!!
Absolutely loved SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME. I'm a huge Mysterio fan and Gyllenhaal nails him. Also the movie is very clever (and funny) how it handles the fallout post ENDGAME in explaining how this world works now.
Didn't LOVE #SpiderManFarFromHome as much as Homecoming but it's still a rad take on bearing the weight of great expectations and a fun ode to teen romance. Tom Holland continues to be amazing, Zendaya's MJ is just as cool as Shuri and Jake G's an inspired choice for Mysterio. pic.twitter.com/nnu7BPjcFO
#FarFromHome non spoiler thoughts: most comic booky movie marvel has put out. Second and third acts are outstanding. The two post credit sequences are going to stick in my brain for a L O N G time. I cannot wait to see this movie at least three more times.
#Spiderman#FarFromHome is SUCH a good movie! Jake Gyllenhaal suits up & completely embraces his role in its entirety & he's clearly having a blast. This is such a refreshing film after the heaviness of #EndGame. The post-credit scenes are a MUST WATCH & will blow your dang mind! pic.twitter.com/wcTh9iHaYq
Spider-Man: Far from Home is an extremely fun, cleverly executed, and frequently hilarious culmination of the MCU's wall-crawler's journey so far. Some very sweet moments, sly commentary and deft action set-pieces throughout #SpiderManFarFromHomepic.twitter.com/5sAmxh4E3p
#SpiderManFarFromHome had the difficult task of following two epic Avengers movies AND Spider-Verse and succeeds by telling a smaller, classical story about Peter Parker caught between what he wants and what responsibility demands. Pure cat(spider)nip for Spidey fans like me. pic.twitter.com/G2a4p6YhAr
#SpiderManFarFromHome is the coda we needed after Endgame, a glimpse of how the world looks now that the dust has settled. Could maybe have gone a bit harder on P's emotional arc, but bursting with warmth and humor and awkward teen romance. 💕 Also: Jake G = perfect casting.
#SpiderManFarFromHome: B-/C+. If you loved the teen-centric stuff in Homecoming, there's more where that came from. Some of the comedy falls flat, but this film has A LOT going on – ultimately beneficial because it mostly distracts from stuff that doesn't land quite as well. pic.twitter.com/1wVMyT5bv9
'Spider-Man: Far From Home' is a refreshingly light-hearted adventure after the somber intensity of Avengers: Endgame, delivering exactly the kind of wise-cracking antics we've come to expect from Tom Holland's Peter Parker. - @jacobkleinmanpic.twitter.com/EWik8F9VUr
A lot of critics praised the film, saying it didn't disappoint them at all, as you can see above from the reactions. They all concurred that MCU has the most amazing ways to surprise their fans. There were also praises for how the film carved it's story post 'Avengers: Endgame' ending, and how the characters react to Iron Man aka Tony Starks death.
There's a lot of mention of that towards the film's climactic action scene and several critics have mentioned that one may want to watch it over and over, just for that remarkable twist, towards the end.

The film will conclude the third phase of the MCU, post which new characters will be introduced into the series, in all probability. So, get your Spidey game on and get ready to witness an excellent movie (as told by the critics) on July 5.
After a certain point, the match become so one-sided that it was almost hilarious. Credit to the fans of Pakistani cricket, who took this loss in good stride and did not shy away from comically criticising their own players for the debacle of a match that they had just played.
On the other hand, after the kind of domination the Indian cricket team displayed against Sarfaraz Ahmed's side, the fans of the Men in Blue did not hesitate in complementing their prowess in both batting and bowling as well as Virat Kohli's brilliance as the leader of a powerful team.
However, after the match was over, Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh shared a one of a kind video that perfectly depicted what every fan of the Bleed Blue army was feeling after defeating their cricketing rivals for the seventh straight time on the World Cup platform.
Uploaded by a fan with a Twitter handle '@malick_priyesh', the video has the faces of Team India's playing XI morphed upon the faces of the dancers of the song 'Malhari' from the movie 'Bajirao Mastani' with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh's face being replaced with that of Virat Kohli.
What makes the video exceptionally interesting and hilarious is the expressions of players like Kedar Jadhav and KL Rahul in the background as Kohli celebrates defeating the opponent by dancing in the centre.
Ever since Harbhajan Singh retweeted this video, Twitter can't stop talking about it:
Apple has been known for adding tools that benefit a user's health ever since the company launched the Health App with iOS 8. The company has doubled down on the same ethos with the introduction of the Apple Watch. The smartwatch has some nifty features that have been responsible for saving countless lives in the past. Now with iOS 13, Apple is introducing a new feature in the health app that lets users track the headphone volume. It works with Bluetooth headsets (MFi) and the health app will let users know if the volume of the music is too high.
This feature was not showcased at WWDC 2019 however we got a small preview of the upcoming feature. The health app on iOS devices will now be able to track volume levels and suggest users if the volume is too high and might damage their ears. Apple will use the prescribed WHO levels to determine if the volume levels are loud or not. According to WHO, sounds above the level of 85db is harmful to the ear which is also the same parameter set by Apple in the 'Health' app. Any volume levels lower than 85db is usually ok however previous research has suggested that prolonged exposure to sound levels below 85db can also be harmful to the human ear.
From what we saw from the demo, the new feature doesn't entirely work as expected. Even though you can track your volume levels from a previous listening session in the Health app, there is no provision for listeners when they are actually listening to audio at high volume levels. The 'Health' app as of now does not notify users about potential ear damage when they are listening to loud music. You will have to manually check levels each time by going into the 'Health' app which can be a bit tedious if you really care about protecting your ears.
It would have been useful if the 'Health' app would notify you if you are listening to music louder than the recommenced volume level when you're actually doing it rather than later. For example, if a user is listening to music louder than 85db for more than 30 minutes, the Health app could simply notify users with a warning. Of course, many audiophiles would find this notification annoying if it keeps coming up every 15 or 30 minutes, which is why Apple should also provide the option of turning this specific notification off or give the ability to mute it for an hour. Personally, I would like to get a warning while I'm listening to loud music, not after the damage is already done.
Gaming as an industry is one of the fastest growing markets and it seems like big tech giants like Apple are also part of the phenomenon. Gaming companies like Sony and Microsoft have generally been known as the two giants in gaming, thanks to their consoles and exclusive games. However, Apple is also now amongst the top five publicly traded gaming entities.
According to a report by Newzoo, Apple is amongst the top five companies that contribute to the gaming industry. Apple may not cater to hardcore gamers like Sony and Microsoft, however, the company has amassed a firm position thanks to casual gamers on iPhones. Apple is just behind Tencent, Sony, Microsoft and Activision Blizzard. The report adds that the top 35 public gaming companies have generated almost $114 billion in 2018 as the top five have generated 43% of the collective revenue.
Apple has managed to rake in $2.09 billion just from gaming in the first quarter of 2018 and the number is expected to rise this year thanks to its upcoming Apple Arcade service. Newzoo estimates Apple earned $9.453 billion from games during 2018. Previously, Apple has relied on microtransactions from games to generate a high income; however the company is now moving forward with a subscription service that will offer exclusive games in order to depend less on the microtransactions business model.
Even though Anthony Russo said that he isn't focussing on beating 'Avatar' to become the highest grossing movie ever just yesterday, looks like he didn't get his story with Kevin Feige straight.
The Marvel boss made a pretty big announcement about 'Avengers: Endgame'. The much-anticipated movie came out on April 26th and earned over $2.4 billion but that's not enough. The movie is getting re-released next week with a post-credit scene and some deleted scenes, according to Kevin Feige.
Talking to Screen Rant, he said, “Not an extended cut, but there will be a version going into theatres with a bit of a marketing push with a few new things at the end of the movie. If you stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there'll be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises. Which will be next weekend.”
Is the tribute for Tony Stark? Could be. Probably.
While it's still not clear if it's getting released in India again, but it will be great if it does. We can watch it again just before the release of 'Spiderman: Far From Home' and then mourn Tony along with Peter Parker all over again.
Also, James Cameron should start working on his post when 'Endgame' finally beats 'Avatar' since this re-release will probably give the Marvel movie the push it needs to race to the finish line.
