APPLE CAKE...yes you are right.it is an apple cake.i tried this first time.it was superb,so soft n tasty,,it just melting in the mouth.when i thought to try this one i afraid little bit.if fails how??but no chance to say that word.iam succeed.i know you guys will love this..try this n share you feelings..here is the recipe complete list.
Ingredients
maida/all purpose flour-1cup
sugar-3/4cup
butter-100gms
grated apple-2cups
chopped apple pieces-1/2cup(optional)
egg-1
vanilla-1tsp
baking powder-2tsps
baking soda1/2tsp
raisins-1/2cup
any nuts-1/2cup(optional)
Preparation
1.preheat the oven to 180c.prepare a cake tin by applying butter and dust it with flour.
2.in a mixing bowl beat eggs,with sugar, butter and vanilla till fluffy..
3.sift in the flour,baking powder and soda in the mixture and fold well.
4.now add raisins,grated apple,apple pieces(i didn`t added)any nuts and mix together.
5.pour this in the prepared tin and bake it for 30-40mints till the cake is turns light golden on top..
6.allow the cake to cool for 10-15min and remove from the tin.cut into slices and serve.

This is the easy chocolate cake which I have baked quite a long time but somehow postponing every time because of missing step by step pictures. Though the recipe is simple but the frosting recipe is innovative and new which is delicious too.  Don`t overbake the cake otherwise you won`t get the fudgy texture. Adding hot water makes the cake soft too.
Also, buttercream should be thick while frosting or refrigerate for some time to make it firm. If you like can add 1/2 cup of cream cheese in the frosting recipe for rich taste but it`s optional. Try this simple cake and let me know how ti turned out for you.

HOW TO BAKE
In a mixing bowl take eggs, add oil, sugar and beat until sugar dissolves.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Place the tin in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until cake is done. 
Check it out with a toothpick whether the cake is done or not. If the cake is baked perfectly turn off the oven rest the cake at room temperature.

5 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup strong brewed Nestle coffee
Pinch salt

Method
Beat butter and sugar in a bowl, with an electric hand mixer until creamy.
Then add cocoa, coffee, salt and beat for 2 minutes. When the buttercream is creamy and soft fill in a piping bag with a nozzle and decorates the cake.

Microwave cooking is easy at the same time, time-saving too. This is one of the easy and tasty recipes which I have tried using ricotta cheese. You can use fresh homemade paneer and careful while microwaving. Later after trying this, I thought can cook on stove-top the same recipe so the shelf line will be longer compared to microwave cooking.
If you try microwave method, refrigerate the ladoo. I tried this recipe as an experiment and it worked out perfectly. Give a try once hope you also likes the ladoos.

WHAT YOU NEED
Ricotta cheese/Store bought paneer-250 grams
Sugar-1/2 cup+1/2 cup
Dark chocolate-100 grams (see the below collage picture)
Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon
ghee or butter-2 tablespoons
HOW TO COOK
Cut the 250 grams of paneer into two parts. Grind one part paneer into a fine powder or mixture...Add in sugar, grind once again and take it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes and stir well. Add cardamom powder and microwave for 2-3 minutes again. If the mixture looks too dry or burning add 1 tablespoon milk. Then turn off and let the mixture cool. Then take a lemon size mixture and start rolling into a round shaped ball and serve.

HOW TO MAKE

  • In medium bowl, beat butter first for few seconds,mix
  • powdered sugar..Beat using electric mixer on low speed.Stir in vanilla and 1 tablespoon of the milk.

Gradually beat in just enough remaining milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable. If frosting is too thick, beat in more milk, a few drops at a time. If frosting becomes too thin, beat in a small amount of powdered sugar. Frosts 13x9-inch cake generously, or fills and frosts an 8- or 9-inch two-layer cake.

I usually cook mutton curries and gravies and very rarely makes stir-fry dishes with meat. I used green chillies for the spicy taste instead of red chilli powder and the cooking method is a little bit longer but the dish tastes good and spicy.
Use boneless mutton if you want to cook it quickly. If you like meat dishes for a change try this next time and serve hot with chapati or rice.

green cardamom-1
bay leaf-1
star anise-1
onions-1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
coriander powder- 1/2 teaspoon
cumin powder- 1/2 teaspoon
garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
a little bit salt 
kasuri methi- 1 teaspoon
finely chopped mint+coriander leaves -few
HOW TO COOK
Wash lamb meat 2 times and keep aside. Finely chop onions, green chillies. Make a fine paste with green chillies.
Heat a pressure cooker with oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Add mutton, stir well, cook for 5 minutes in high flame. Add green chilli paste, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix well. add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 30 minutes in high flame and turn off.
Now heat a non-stick pan with oil, add whole garam masala ingredients, saute well. Add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 minutes. add cooked mutton, then coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, a little bit salt and mix well. cook for 2 minutes and add Kasuri methi, finely chopped mint+coriander leaves and mix gently. Cook for 5 minutes and turn off. Serve hot.
