I have been so lucky to be able to document this beautiful mama for all three of her pregnancies. This time she is expecting her first little girl, and I could not be more excited to meet her. Maternity sessions are one of my favorite things to photograph, and I especially love when toddlers are involved to make it even more special.
I love coming into families homes and getting a little taste of their daily lives. It was such an honor to capture sweet London at such a fun stage of babyhood. Those toes and inquisitive eyes were so sweet to capture. We even go to take some photos in front of their beautiful apple trees.
Where to even begin with these two. They stole my heart the moment we met over drinks to discuss their wedding. The joy that they bring into each other’s life is contagious and undeniably clear. Their wedding day was focused on the love that they share, with the dramatic backdrop of the majestic Columbia River Gorge. They had an intimate gathering at their home afterwards, filled with homemade cake, blackberry cheesecake made with berries from their yard, and pizza also lovingly made by their friend (http://hogansgoatpizza.com/pies.html). I am happy that they have naturally transitioned from amazing clients to dear friends in a short amount of time.
14 years ago (!?!?) I went to study in the UK – having barely ever taken a photo, let alone considered a career in photography – and met Adele. This summer I returned to capture her incredible wedding on the wild, beautiful coastline of Cornwall. It’s amazing how so much in our lives has changed since 2004, and, when it comes to our friendship, how little hasn’t. Connections that withstand the test of not only time, but also distance, are one of life’s greatest treasures. This wedding was full of beautiful words and songs to celebrate the love between Adele and Jamie, and I hope these photos show the love I carry for them as well.
This was my first photo session with a family of six! Four kids was so much fun, and this family made surprisingly it easy. I also did their maternity photos, and was so delighted to meet such a sweet and fun family. I always love to come back for the newborn photos, it is so magical that now there is another new member that fits right into place. Gemma is so lucky to have three older siblings who love her. And now I want more families with four kids, please!
