I know I’ve said I will no longer be doing toy reviews on Joy to the World because the kids prefer it to be on their toy reviews YouTube channel, I couldn’t resist posting this one. I’M A GIRLY are a new range of luxury dolls that challenge the status quo. These dolls have come into the market and taken a surprisingly vacant space. My eldest CeCe is almost 10 and for the first time since she was born, I’m struggling with gift ideas for her. She’s too young for a phone, has far too much clothes and has lost interest in toys. I was truly stuck. However, when I heard about I’M A GIRLY I was intrigued. Further research into the brand and I immediately knew she’d love it. They are the perfect toy for adolescents owing to the fact that they are designed by 9-13 year old. Each doll represents a strong role models and inspires kids to live out their individual ideas and fantasies. With a no waste policy, I’M A GIRLY dolls are has a reusable packaging which can be used to store the dolls, or turned into a wardrobe for a teeny tiny clothes. A review […]

Halloween is near and the people behind Death’s Door gin are combining the worlds of spirits (get it?), with a gin and ghost tour of London. Teaming up with paranormal expert, Jennifer Melmore, they’ve created a ghostly gin cocktail tour of London. For five nights only, attendees will be guided on a spooky tour of London’s notoriously ghostly spots, whilst holding a delicious cocktail! Some of the cocktails on offer include the ever so tasty Corpse Reviver No.2, made with some Lillet Blanc, Orange liqueur, a dash of absinthe and of course some Death’s Door Gin. However, if that doesn’t tickle your fancy then, the frighteningly delicious Death’s Door Rough may be for you. The mixture of gin, pomegranate liqueur and dash of orange juice sound incredibly tasty. You can even pretend you’re drinking blood thanks to the red tint of the cocktail!
