Rancho Cucamonga’s Sour Cellars is celebrating its first anniversary today (December 30).

The brewery, which deals exclusively in barrel-aged sour beers, will be releasing a new beer, No Return Ticket, described as a blend of “1 year spontaneously fermented beer and 2 year mixed culture beer re-fermented with fresh Marionberries and spent Kotata blackberries.”

In addition to No Return Ticket — which will be available on tap and in bottles — the brewery will be releasing a few other brews early from the cellar and some others from the vault.

In addition, the brewery is offering memberships in its Curios Club.

For $275 plus tax and CRV, members will get 12 750mL bottles (in a minimum of six flavors, all exclusive to the club), a shirt, glass, bottle tote bag and 10% off tasting room purchases.

For the exclusive flavors, the brewery is planning to use fruits that are significantly more expensive or labor intensive than what has been used previously.

Payment must be made in person or via the brewery’s website before the end of the year.

Hours today are noon to 10 p.m. and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday (December 31).

Sour Cellars is at 9495 Ninth St., Unit B.

Hangar 24 Craft Brewery isn’t the only Redlands brewery celebrating the holidays with barrel-aged brews.

Ritual Brewing Co. is in the midst of counting down the “12 Barrels of Christmas.”

Here’s what’s on tap for the remaining days before Christmas:

  • Today (December 20): High West Manhattan Fat Hog
  • Thursday (December 21): J. Riley Bourbon Extra Red
  • Friday (December 22): Yippee Ki-Yay Hog
  • Saturday (December 23): Manhattan Big Deluxe w/Tart Cherry
  • Sunday (December 24): Scotch Hog

In addition, Ritual has released this year’s Java Deluxe, the coffee-infused version of its Big Deluxe Imperial Oat Stout.

Java Deluxe is made using coffee from Redlands coffee roaster Augie’s, this year using a Guatemalan coffee from one of Augie’s favorite growers, El Diamante.

Ritual Brewing Co. is at 1315 Research Drive.

On the first day of Puga, my true love gave to me…a Pugachev’s Cobra Brandy on draft.

Redlands’ Hangar 24 Craft Brewery has begun celebrating the “12 Days of Puga,” with Puga referring to the brewery’s signature Barrel Roll beer, Pugachev’s Cobra, a barrel-aged Russian imperial stout.

Fans of the barrel-aged brew will want to stop by the brewery over the next twelve days.

Friends of those fans will want to stop by the brewery to pick up the perfect Christmas present.

The 12-day event will feature everything from Pugachev’s Cobra variants, to bottle specials, archive releases, and merchandise will culminate in a limited bottle release of 2015 Pugachev Royale, the coveted variant aged in bourbon and brandy barrels.

In addition, there will be variants served through a flavor-infusing Randall.

Here’s a look at the schedule:

  • Tuesday, December 12: Pugachev’s Cobra Brandy on draft
  • Wednesday, December 13: 2016 Pugachev’s Cobra bottles on sale
  • Thursday, December 14: Caramel/Cocoa on Randall
