What is energy?  “the movement from possibility to actuality.”               Dr. Dan Siegal

Potential for using Feldenkrais’ process

Interview 2018 during Feldenkrais week with Dr. Dan Siegal, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Donna Ray, Feldenkrais Practitioner/Trainer  about mind, consciousness, energy, awareness.  Dr. Dan Siegal suggests “dropping into the subjective experience of knowing, all new options arise.”

Donna Ray talks about the Feldenkrais process for learning asks participants to lie on the floor, be with yourself, & sense evenness of muscular tonus.  This evenness of muscular tonus to Dr. Norman Doidge “potentiates the system for all new neuronal firing patterns to arise and create new states of being”.

“Our breathing reflects every emotional or physical effort and every disturbance”– Moshe Feldenkrais, D.Sc

Feldenkrais colleague writes:  Breathing is Life, Life is Breathing. Tyler James Wall describes how even though breathing is something we do everyday, HOW we breath is reflected in our everyday habits.

Moshe Feldenkrais liked to disrupt habitual actions and habitual breathing patterns are central to how we LIVE.

Experience the process used in the Feldenkrais Method®and how TOUCH TO INFORM Seminars help illuminate the process and enhance what one already knows!!  Breathing !! Explore new possibilities, enhance your awareness, discover parts unknown!

“you simply can’t change what you don’t know”.

‘mindful Touch’ talks about a study that demonstrates brain activity in participants when one touches with clear attention and intention and when does not.  The study suggests that there is more activity on the part of the recipient with clearer intention.  TOUCH TO INFORM Seminars are designed to support participants to have clearer intention in order to support brain engagement with the experience of being touched.

We also like to help you sense how ‘mindful touch’, coupled with mindful movement can ‘touch’ deeper places in a way other systems might not.  You enhance what you already know with a new thought – a new approach.
