Step #10: Hasta Padasana (Hand to foot pose)-
Get your left leg forward as you exhale in this position bend down try and touch your toes .Place your palms on the floor and stretch as you can.
Step #11: Hastauttanasana (Raised arms pose)-
Inhale raise your hand up stretch to the back .
Step #12: Pranamasana (Prayer pose)-
Exhale join your palms together so that was half a round of surya namaskar which we did on our right side. we will continue doing it on the left as you exhale joing your palms together.

1.कपालभाती प्राणायाम (Kapalbhati Prayanam in Hindi) :- कपालभाती करने की विधि :-
इस प्राणायाम को करने की लिए एक स्वच्छ ,शान्त और खुले वातावरण का चयन करे | इस प्राणायाम को सुबह खाली पेट करे | अब सुखासन (सामन्य मुद्रा ) की स्थिति मे बैठ जाये | अब अपने दोनों हाथों को दोनों पैरो के घुटनों पर ध्यान मुद्रा मे रखे | अपनी कमर को सीधा कर ले और अपनी दोनों आंखे बंद कर ले | अब श्वांस छोड़ें और पेट को अन्दर करे | आपका पेट श्वांस छोड़ने की वजह से अन्दर जाना चाहिए | फिर से इस क्रिया को दोहराना है | हमे सिर्फ श्वांस को छोडना है श्वांस अन्दर नहीं लेनी है | श्वांस स्वत ही अन्दर जाती है | इस प्रकार शुरू मे इस प्राणायाम को 2 minute करना है और निरंतर अभ्यास करते हुये समय को 15 minute तक ले जाना है|

कपालभाती प्राणायाम करने के लाभ :-
पेट की extra चर्बी को तुरन्त कम करता है | शरीर का वजन कम होता है | कब्ज़ ,पेट दर्द,एसिडिटी ,खट्टी डकार और अन्य प्रकार की सभी पेट के रोग कपालभाती करने से हमेशा के लिए खत्म हो जाती है |
कुछ जरुरी सावधानिया :-
A. कपालभाती प्राणायाम हमेशा खाली पेट सुबह के समय करना चाहिए
B. गर्भवती महिलाओं ओर अल्सर से पीडित लोगों को कपालभाती प्राणायाम नहीं करना चाहिए |
C. HIGH और LOW BP की समस्या वालो को डॉक्टर की सलाह के बाद ही इस प्राणायाम को करना चाहिए |
2.सूर्य-नमस्कार (Surya Namaskar Asana in Hindi):-

सूर्य-नमस्कार करते समय कुछ सावधानियां बरतनी चाहिए :-
A. HIGH & LOW BP ,हर्निया , हृदय रोग और BACK pain रोगी को इस आसन को नहीं करना चाहिए |
B. महिलाओं को मासिक धर्म (PERIOD) और गर्भावस्था के 4 महीने बाद तक सूर्य-नमस्कार नहीं.करना चाहिए |
3. त्रिकोणासन (TRIANGLE POSE IN HINDI):-
इस आसन मे शरीर को त्रिभुज की तरह त्रिकोण आकृति मे बनाया जाता है इसलिए इस आसन को ‘त्रिकोणासन’ कहा जाता है | इस आसन को करने के लिए सर्व प्रथम सीधे खड़े हो जाए और अपने पैरों की बीच 2 से 3 फ़ीट का फासला बना ले | अब श्वांस छोड़ते हुए कमर को आगे की तरफ झुकाते हुए दायें हाथ को बायें पैर से छुए और बायें हाथ को सीधा ऊपर की तरफ ले जाए और इसी स्थिति मे ऊपर की तरफ बायें हाथ के समानान्तर देखे 5 सेकंड तक HOLD करे और श्वांस लेते हुए पुनः सीधे खड़े हो जाये | अब फिर से श्वांस छोड़ते हुए कमर को आगे की तरफ झुकाते हुए बायें हाथ को दायें पैर से छुए और दायें हाथ को सीधा ऊपर की तरफ ले जाए और इसी स्थिति मे ऊपर की तरफ दायें हाथ के समानान्तर देखे 5 सेकंड तक HOLD करे और श्वांस लेते हुए पुनः सीधे खड़े हो | इस प्रकार इस प्रक्रिया को 10 बार करे |Image source :www.beyogi.com

त्रिकोणासन के लाभ :-
A. वजन और चर्बी कम करने के लिए सबसे उपुक्त आसन है |

त्रिकोणासन करते समय निम्न सावधानियां रखनी चाहिए :-
A. स्लिप डिस्क और माइग्रेन से पीड़ित को त्रिकोणासन नहीं करना चाहिए |
B. गर्दन और पीठ मे दर्द होने पर इस आसन को नहीं करना चाहिए |
