Same chicken marination coated in 3 different fillings.. I have used chilled kunafa here as its easy to coat the chicken ..In the second coating coconut is used which gives a extra crunch and taste.

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with ingredients under Marination for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat an egg with salt and pepper and keep aside.
  3. Dip the marinated chicken in egg and coat with below coatings.
Kunafa coated chicken
  1. coat the egg dipped chicken in shredded kunafa and fry till crisp
Crumb Coated Chicken
  1. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs and fry till crisp.
Coconut crusted chicken
  1. Mix together 1/4 cup grated coconut,1/4 cup breadcrumbs,redchilli powder,chopped coriander leaves and coat the chicken and fry till crisp.

Rich creamy ,soft caramel pudding with banana flavour topped with caramel sauce and a slice of banana.

The classic caramel custard is favourite in our house especially in ramadan so for a change tried with banana flavour it was really yum… just added the fresh sweet ripe banana into the custaed and steamed …Also A slice of banana is placed on top of caramel syrup..

    1. Brush the ramekins with butter and keep aside
    2. In a pan add sugar and water and caramelise it and pour onto the ramekins ,Then add the half of the sliced banana on top of it and keep aside.
    3. In a mixie jar blend together eggs,milk,sugar,condensed milk,vanilla essence., half of banana.
    4. Pour over the caramel and cover with foil and steam for 30 -35 minutes
    5. Once cool down ,refrigerate it for 2 hours
    6. Run a spatula around the edges of ramekins,invert to the plate and serve..

    This financiers comes in Different shapes usually its in Rectangle bar shaped Resembling a gold bar..I had this cake in a cafe (Shakespere )… It really tasted yum and asked them whats its .Then i came home and searched for the recipe and finally ended up with this recipe..Its my family favourite ,it just finishes in minutes…

    Financiers (French Tea cake)
    Financiers is a mini French Tea cake made with almond flour and Flavoured with Brown butter ...Light Moist and crisp on outside.

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Pre heat the oven to 180 c for 10 minutes
    2. Melt the butter in a sauce pan until its browned .strain them and keep aside to cool
    3. If you dont have almonf flour you can use Whole Almond ,grind them to fine powder and toast them in oven for 10 minutes,cool and use,
    4. Seive together Almond flour,flour,sugar
    5. Whisk the Egg white and add to the Above flour , mix well then add the cooled brown butter and mix again
    6. Pour into the greased mould and bake @180 c for 15 - 20 minutes until top is slightly browned and tooth pick inserted comes out clean.

    1. Prepare saffron milk by dissolving 2 tbsp milk with saffron and keep aside.
    2. In a bowl mix together melted butter ,egg,milk,egg,sugar,vanilla essence ,flour,baking powder,pinch of salt..
    3. Divide the batter into two bowls...To one bowl add 1 tbsp saffron milk mix well and microwave it for 90 sec to 1 minute
    4. To another bowl add pistachio powder and mix well and microwave it..
    To prepare Milk mixture
    1. Pistachio milk mixture mix together condensed milk,evaporated milk, saffron milk .Prick the cake with tooth pick and add the milk mixture.

    This russian Tiramisu is a slight variation from normal italian classic tiramisu ,instead of ladyfinger biscuit sponge cake or Biskvit is used..layered with smooth mascarpone cheese,coffee cream layer..this recipe just melts in mouth..

    i Love Tiramisu so like to give it a try in different form .This recipe would be alternative to tiramisu recipe using ladyfinger… The sponge cake used is super soft ,fluffy and light and uses just 4 ingredient to prepare this cake… This recipe is adapted from Natashaskitchen with my own variation.

    Russian Tiramisu

    Cream Layer
    Coffee Syrup to drizzle
    Instructions
    1. pre heat the oven @180 c for 10 minutes
    2. Butter a 6" square pan and line with parchment paper and keep aside.
    3. Beat the eggs and sugar till light ,fluffy and double in size. Add in vanilla essence and flour mix well ..Donot over mix.pour into the baking tin and bake @ 180 c for 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    4. Allow it to cool and cut them into 3 layers and keep aside.
    5. In another bowl beat the mascarpone cheese till creamy then add in sugar and coffee syrup finally fold in whipped cream. Add 1/2 cup sugar if you are using unsweetened whipped cream.
    To Assemble
    1. In a square pan layered with cling flim Add the first layer of cake slic ,drizzle with coffee syrup then layer with cream mixture then again layer with cake and do as same...Finally a layer of cream and dusted with coffee powder
    2. Chill it for 2 hours,slice and serve.

    Crispy fried potato slices on sticks… Here thin sliced potato slices coated with spiced flour and stacked on stick/toothpick and fried .

    My kids love any snack with potato, They like to have spiral potatoes that we get outside here but I know that its not healthy to have it.I tried to cut the potatoes spirally but in vein finally ended with this method..Its so handy with this tooth pick…and my kids just loved it.

    4. Stack them on tooth pick and fry till done
    5. You can serve by drizzling ketchup or any spice powder sprinkled on them...

    1. In a bowl Add curd/yoghurt ,powdered sugar,Baking powder,baking soda,mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes until it forms bubble.
    2. When its formed bubble ,add in oil and beat well until incorporated ,then add in vanilla essence and mix well.
    3. Add in flour and mix in batches .
    4. In a bowl add in tutti frutti and mix with 1 tbsp flour and add to the batter and mix well.
    5. Add to the greased baking pan and bake @180 c for 45-50 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean..
    6. Allow it cool and slice and enjoy with a cup of tea.

    A Tasy ,spicy wheat rava biriyani/upma made with mutton,a variation from normal rice biriyani.

    Its 10th of month and time for our Muslim food blogger challenge .its long time I have participated in this challenge This time challenge is “Cooking from your mothers food” Moms food are always special and tasty..this time my mom has come here for a week stay with us so I have asked her to prepare my favourite recipe…Talking about this recipe Mutton Rava upma ,its so tasty and yummy especially when my mom cooks..even i couldnot make it as perfectly as my mom cooks,perfectly cooked correct consistency and yummy tasty..main trick of this biriyani correct consistency of rava being cooked ..I always love my moms rava upma with mutton.

    1. In a cooker add oil ,cardomom,clove,cinnamon, onion sliced ,greenchilli cook till onion is soft then add in tomato saute well.
    2. Then add in ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves mix well.then add in meat masala ,redchilli powder ,water and saute for 2 minutes.
    3. Then add in mutton ,salt water and cook till done.
    4. After mutton is cooked strain it and keep aside.
    5. In another pan add ghee ,clove,cardomom,,curryleaves,onion ,ginger garlic paste saute well.
    6. Then add in water (stock + water),coconut ,cooked mutton and boil it then add the rava and give a good mix and cook until water is dried.Mix it between
    7. In a small pan Add ghee and fry cashew and raisins and add to the rava.mix well and keep it closed for 10 minutes before serving.

    A Middle Eastern delicacy Chicken Shawarma in the form of a Burger. Chicken marinated, roasted ,shredded and mixed with garlic sauce ,loaded with french fries and stacked as a Burger.

    Here i have prepared shawarma burger in 2 form,normal one and cheesy shawarma burger.Classic shawarma in burger form. Shawarma is my families favourites. I usually make them at home with pita bread ..This time tried in burger form and it was hit my home,so sharing with you all. Here I have used Airfryer for grilling the chicken and french fries…

    4. Take a burger bun slice into half and toast it,then spread the garlic paste ,Top with Lettuce ,chicken mix ,pickled vegetables,french fries and top with bun..
    5. If preparing cheesy shawarma , top with cheese slice on top of chicken mix and melt in microwave it for 30 sec .
