So when you are about to sign up your Home Business Prospects, always remember to NEVER decide for them. What do I mean? Read below

When I was attending Ray and Jessica Higdon's Prospecting and Recruiting Summit 2017, I came to know a very interesting phenomenon. It was really surprising to me.

There are many people who join the industry but they were not told that there are multiple levels for them to join the opportunity. This happens because the person who is introducing them to this opportunity has a mindset issue.

What do you mean Aman?

Well, what I mean is that it is not necessary that the level which you think as expensive to join and your prospects may not be able to join depending on your analysis of your prospect's spending capability can be totally wrong. Your job is to keep in front of your prospects the different levels to join your business opportunity and tell benefits of different levels. But do not decide for them! Let them decide!

So today I am going to share what to do with your DELAYING prospects.

First of all, some of the most asked questions to be answered here. You will still get value and everything will make sense.

How To Get Good Leads For Network-Marketing?

In my opinion, the best way to get good leads for network marketing is through learning attraction marketing. The whole concept regarding attraction marketing is that you are attracting and repelling people at the same time. Also, if your marketing is hypey, you will usually attract low-quality leads who will quit sooner or later. However, if you market effectively by raising curiosity and lowering the resistance, you will usually attract good quality people to you.

The people who raise their hand to get more info regarding your marketing are people who have liked you through your FB lives, Blogs, YouTube Videos, etc. That is the whole concept of attraction marketing. That is to create value in the marketplace to generate leads. Is There Anything Known As Generating Best Network Marketing Leads?

Well, it depends on your marketing expertise. If you are good at marketing, you will typically generate good quality leads. By the way, marketing has two sides to it- Organic and Paid. With the Organic Marketing, you will get leads who at least have an idea who you are. But with the paid marketing, you will have to work on educating them about yourself FIRST so that they can consider looking at your offer. With the paid marketing, I have generally seen that one can generate good quality leads ONLY if it is very targeted. Otherwise one wastes their money. My opinion would be to either learn how to do paid ads yourself or think like a business owner and hire an expert and let them do it.

So Aman, NOW tell me what to do with my MLM prospects who do not join right away?

Like I have mentioned above, there are two ways of generating good quality leads- Organic and Paid. In both scenarios, the one thing which differentiates one from the other is that because paid has a very targeted audience, the leads generated will be good quality. So when you seek conversations, you can find out if they are a fit for your business or not. If they are not, you can still build that relationship.

Now, if the prospect is bad quality, they will be mostly tire-kickers, nasty people who are good for nothing. My suggestion would be for you to never ever follow-up with them EVER!

But does that mean that people who are good quality, they will join right away?

Well, that is certainly not the case.

Do you struggle with NOT able to make your team attend network marketing events?

No worries, this one trick may change the mindset of your team members and you can have more of your team on network marketing conventions. Check this out.

I understand getting your team to network marketing team is a challenge. But I also know that it is possible.

In your team, particularly people who are not producing results at all, you gotta bring them to these events. But, I know some(not all) of your team members may say that they do not have the results right now, so why should they be attending the event. You should definitely not get sold on that idea and tell your team member that is the exact reason that you gotta be there.

There might also be some of your team members who think they are too smart for the events anyway so why bother? These team members may spoil the culture of your team if you see in the long run and you gotta get rid of them. Just let them go.

So HOW should I bring my Team to Network Marketing Events now that you have told me what all to consider Aman?

However, like I have always mentioned in many of my blog posts, do not be addicted to the outcome. The right people are going to attend the events whether you tell them to or not. I understand it can get frustrating sometimes. I have been there. It is only after I started learning from Lisa Grossmann about Team Building that things changed for me. I am excited to learn again from her in February 2018 at Ray and Jessica Higdon's Top Earner Academy LIVE event.

However, what I am sharing today is what I learned from Simon Chan‘s session at Ray and Jessica Higdon's Prospecting and Recruiting Summit 2017.

So, Aman, you have mentioned about SORTING in your Blog Title? What do you mean to say?

This is straight from Simon. Simon mentioned that when you are prospecting, there is one thing which you should absolutely keep in mind. And that is to KEEP SORTING!

What is sorting?

Sorting is You Looking For People Who Are Open And Want To Know More About Your Opportunity/Product. If you get a No or a Yes, you gotta keep sorting. This can also be easily understood by the term “Fast Disqualification”. I learned this from Go For No Authors.

So if you ask them whether they are open for a side project and if they say NO, you move to the next! If they say, Yes you move ahead! It is that simple!

And What About MLM Team Building Aman?

Yes, when it comes to knowing how to build a large network marketing organization, it is CRITICAL to Keep Sorting here too. But here it is different from sorting prospects. The criteria here is that you gotta see who is producing. There may be people who are working in your organisation irrespective of any upline support. You gotta support these people and help them. And for the rest of the people, you keep sorting and reach the person who keeps producing.

The best way to reach out to these individuals is by saying “Hey! I see you brought in 4 customers/4 reps. Atta Boy/Girl! Way To Go! Hey, Is there anything I can help you with? Just let me know!”

You will see how these network marketing team building strategies of sorting is going to blow your business up!

How To Do Prospecting In Network Marketing?

Like any other sales, prospecting in network marketing is similar. It is all about finding out who is OPEN to have a look at what we have and then taking them to a process of why they want our product or the opportunity and ultimately closing them on it.

What kind of activities to be conducted in your Team?

Activities and not results goals should be the focus of every network marketer. This is because as human beings, we don't have the power over everything. Unless you are Magneto who has the ability to generate and control magnetic fields. LOL. I am Kidding!

As human beings(and not mutants), we can only control things which are under our control and we should not worry about things which aren't under our control. We can only control what we can do, and those are our activities. On the other hand, results are based on various factors which are not directly under our control. Hope this is making sense to you.

The best network marketing team building activities to be conducted are for you to Run Contests in your team. When you run various contests, you keep the momentum of your team's performance on a very high note and this is a win-win situation for everyone in your team. How To Build A Large Network Marketing Organization?

To build a large network marketing team, everything boils down to having simple duplicable systems that everyone in your team can follow. If you can just focus on the K.I.S.S. method and have a system, you will grow a team to thousands or may be even more.

The best way that I have learned from my mentor Ray Higdon is whenever someone new joins the team, they should be welcomed in the team. After that, they should be given a thorough orientation about your system so that they can use it easily and whenever they want. And if they have a concern/doubt that they want a clarification on, the best way to answer that is by making videos on the same so that they can be pointed to that video the next time they have the same doubt. Also, this is how duplication in your team will work like crazy. If you get someone to ask you a question, you will direct them to the right resource(if not, make one) in your training archive and further encourage them to redirect their team members to this training in case they also have the same doubt.

This is taking Duplication Off the Charts!

So what Network Marketing Team Building Strategies are the best?

Depending upon the duplication, having systems and keeping it simple and silly, what also matters is to not mother hen your team members too much. If you are logging into the back offices of your team members, that is too much. And more over, just consider this “Is it Duplicable?” I am sure you said, “NO, It Aint!” And you are right!! You will be doing them more harm than good by doing this because they won't be able to duplicate the same with their team members. (I am considering brand new team members here)

The best strategies for team building in network markering are for you to schedule a fortnightly training webinar for your whole team and also putting your whole focus on the system and encouraging everyone to follow it.

There are many things which you can be careful about. BUT, I think not caring about this one thing will make you walk away from a sale. I know many new comers make this mistake out of excitement. They are told to share the opportunity and always sound excited. Well, that is the worst thing that you can do. Because it is actually you saying, go out and become ignorance on fire. The energy of that thing does not last very long. IF you really want to help someone in your team, make them do this one thing which you can find in the video below. It is a short video but IF you will learn it, it may change your invitation process altogether.

In today's blog post, I share the 3 ways to boost sales of your MLM team. These are pretty basic but most people are missing some or the other part. Here are the 3 ways:

  1. Prospecting: This is the basic of any MLM business. If you prospect more people for your business, obviously you are going to have a higher chance of closing them for your business. And don't just focus on recruiting only. If you keep doing that it won't be good for your company. FTC is always hunting MLMs which are just recruiting based without any products being sold to any customer. Having customers is as important as having business builders for your MLM team. So, your job as a network marketer is only to get eyeballs to your company's presentation.If you are successfully doing this, you will build a large team. And if your processes are easy and simple, they will get duplicated.   2. Training and Support: With a great training and support system, your team will be equipped to perform at a higher level. A good training and support system will be very beneficial for people at all levels and a network marketer without a training and support system will fade away in the ashes.
