Hey guys, Toy Paul Official here, I was having a think about the first time i saw a Visionaries action figure the other day and I thought I would share it with you all.
It was not in a toy store, nor a catalogue, and it was not a carded box or vehicle. It was in fact at a fun fair, on a shooting range game. Among all the stuffed animals and balloons was a line of bagged up Acton Figures, and their was Arzon, he was the prize i was after. I remember thinking that he looked so awesome with an hologram, something I had only seen before in Supernaturals of which I had only one of, Lionheart.
Lucky for me the I managed to win this prize and I was happy as ever, unknown to me he was missing his helmet and staff, something which that same week i would find out once my friend got involved in the discovery.
So a few days later with my new favourite toy I visited my friends home to show off this colourful and totally awesome new figure that had an eagle on his chest. My friend shot me down straight away, claiming he had already seen this type of figure, and even had one. So off to his toy box we went and he produced a Skyclaw and Mordred, he then asked his mother if she could get the box down from a cupboard and there it was, this was the first time I saw the amazing box art and I instantly feel in love with it. I had to have them all, so after a quick journey to the local toy store that week end, I had a few more in the collection. (never got them all, still searching to this day)
The thing that has always bugged me is how did the fun fair get their hands on visionaries figures? and why were they bagged up ready to win. Something I will never know but I think that adds to the magic.
Can you remember a toy you saw for the first time? let me know below.
I hope you enjoyed that story, and thanks for reading You can find me @ToyPaulOfficial on Twitter & Instagram, or @Toyscavenger on Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram.

This is a very exciting time for us as we head into the new year and we are looking forward to bringing you some great vintage toys to buy, or just look at, no matter what you visit us for, we appreciate it.
Can we take a minute to appreciate how good the Zords are from The Mighty Morphing Power Rangers from the 90s. This toy line has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is still very sort after. So here is a few images from items we have had in stock this past year.
Hey guys, Toy Paul Official here, recently I have stumbled across a bag of Thundercats. The exciting thing about these are the fact that they are near complete, and still have their weapons intact, especially Panthro's weapon, as the chain is always broken,
Lion-o's Eyes still light up and he is complete with Sword of Omens and Glove. In pretty standard condition with working action, Lion-o always goes down well at toy shows. The next was Tygra, again with his weapon in one piece, i'm still on the look out for a young Tygra so i wasn't as excited as i could of been with that find. Still a great figure, unfortunately the action no longer works and there is a lot of play wear on him, but he still looks great for his age.
The two main finds other than the weapons are Bengali and Jaga. Bengali is in perfect condition for his age with working action and weapon included. he is a great addition to the squad and looks amazing for a vintage figure, Im not surprised why his price point is quite high. The second figure Jaga is still a rare one but he is missing his helmet, which lets the find down as it could of been a home run in terms of finds. But again for his age hes in great condition with working action and power Sword.
All these item will be for sale in our store in the next coming weeks.
Thanks for reading and i will keep you up to date with any more amazing finds as soon as i can. You can find me @ToyPaulOfficial on Twitter & Instagram, or @Toyscavenger on Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram.
Here is the Cheapest Mint in Sealed Box you will find In the collection and is a must have. A Euro Dynamo from the split second racing series. Its a great starter and quite easy to find if you look in the right places.
The main reason it is easy to find and quite cheap is a simple one............Over flooding of the Vintage Market by one seller.
You see about 4-5 years ago loads of Undiscovered shippers flooded eBay and Forums. (Along with Euro Adventure packs). The reason was that a warehouse was found with shippers opened and unopened in Austria. Along with WWF Hasbros, Captain Planets, and many other lines this flooding of the market actually brought the price right down as they soon started to appear online, and the vintage toy market has only just recovered from the price crash.
Lucky for collectors you can now still pick these up pretty cheap compared to other items from the line.
So If you have a ware house full of old toys, don't release them all at once, drip feed as you may crash the price market. Did you buy anything from that period? what is your thoughts on flooding the market or drip feeding it? Let us know Below
Hey everyone, this Christmas was a very slow one in terms of gifts and presents from anybody due to keeping a tight budget on funds within the family. But despite this one awesome gift that was produced was a vintage Whack Attack by Peter Pan. I had one of these as a kid and totally forgot how much fun it was.
Whack Attack is a family action game that has 5 colourful heads that pop up one at a time, this requires you to smash them back down again with a plastic mallet in a race against time. At the end of the time the score you have collected is counted up and the person that has hit the most in the allotted time wins!
I've got to say that this was a massive hit on Christmas day, as its nice and simple to play, with a personal best of 53 we found ourselves taking turns through out the day, no need to sit and play for long periods this is the perfect 'have a go' then do something else for a while game, and was lots of fun.
The box itself is nice and bright, and the kids in the image look in absolute shock of how fun it is, the little catchphrase on the side really sets a tone with the game, and is quite funny if you have a dirty mind, the family had a good chuckle over it, "Warning -once you've had a whack attack you'll never want to stop".
Overall this is a great game that i am glad got brought back to my attention, it has stood the test of time, is enjoyable, and the colours of the pop ups really are a great 90's throw back. I would recommend it for anyone. Go out and grab one, and whack away your troubles!
