When it comes to picking your dream Dalaman Turkey holidays Fethiye and Hillside Beach Club will leave you in awe. This is my third time to Dalaman region and I think I have found a piece of a paradise between hills of Fethiye at the Hillside beach club. What I truly admired about Dalaman turkey holidays this and past trips is the variety of things to do. The Hillside Beach Club is located in Fethiye and provides a perfect oasis to base yourself regardless of whether you are looking for a quiet holiday or fun time with your family. I felt it be ageless with an abundance of things to do regardless of your age. Things to do I would, however, recommend going May/June to avoid massive crowds on the beach as the resort gets pretty booked up throughout the season. Three beaches are surrounding the club and each offers fun, serenity and beautiful views nestled amongst nature. Endless views of the Mediterranean, coves and pebbled beaches will make the Hillside resort to the top of your Dalaman turkey holidays list. The Silent beach provides a perfect setup for a morning yoga session and meditation which will, without doubt, elevate […]

Father’s Day is upon us and I wanted to share my favourite thing to do with Dad leading up to this special occasion. I think it’s so lovely that we have a day to celebrate our Fathers and treat them to a gift and some quality time. Sadly, as I travel so much and I’m all over the world, I don’t get to spend a lot of time with my parents. However, on special occasions like this, I always make sure my Dad receives a treat from me. When it comes to my favourite thing to do with Dad, most of the time I opt for a good old traditional pub lunch, a card and a gift. I’m sure every Dad is content with spending good quality time alone with their kids but nothing feels as good as treating them on this special occasion. Catching up and sharing my adventures over lunch always ends up being so fun and it fills my soul with joy and happiness. I love gifting my family and treating them to nice experiences as it’s such a great bonding time especially when it gets so busy in everyday life. Haig Club has been my go-to […]

Nothing beats a little mid-month city break and this week I wanted to share with your my 48hrs Toulouse holiday. I was so lucky to be taken out with the tourism board of Toulouse to explore the city and learn all about its history and obviously I had to share. Toulouse is known as a city of knowledge and its home to European aeronautics. I’ve covered a little bit more about it later in this post. Apart from this, Toulouse is also called the pink city because of its beautiful sunsets and clay bricks. Unfortunately, during my Toulouse holiday, the weather wasn’t on my side and I didn’t get to experience beautiful sunsets. Worry not I have made it up in wine and cheese as we really visited some of the most amazing restaurants in Toulouse but a little bit more about it further down this post. Stay We stayed at Hôtel Innès located In the heart of downtown Toulouse and a 10-minute walk from Place du Capitole. The hotel was so comfortable and service great especially after 6 pm where in the lobby they offer the best wines of the region will be offered, accompanied by a selection of […]

Seville is one of those towns with mixed cultures evident in most of its architecture. It’s genuinely one of the most beautiful cities in Spain and in this blog post I wanted to share the best places in Seville to visit as first timer. Seville in itself is not overly big, you can walk most of the time and if you get tired, hop on the bus or hail one of their white cabs. Taxis are cheap making it so much easier to get around. This visit is my second time in Seville and first time as a blogger. I went to the same places both times, and I believe they should be seen if you are looking to get to know the city better and learn all about its fascinating culture. Plaza de España I had to include Plaza de España in my best places in Seville to visit recommendations as truly its one of the kind. I wish more landmarks looked like it. The beautiful garden that leads up to the main Plaza, the boats you can rent to go around a canal Even the star wars are filmed here and the plaza is so picturesque that you […]

I was amazed by the abundance of places to eat in Seville so I wanted to share my three favourite restaurants in this Seville Food Guide. The most amazing thing about eating out in Seville is that food is cheap, and the service is excellent. Most restaurants are walking distance, and the atmosphere is lively, not to mention cheap wine and sangria. What else would you want from a good old city break in Spain? Now I know that I can be little overwhelming to pick where to eat and trust me we tried and tested quite a few locations, but these three spots ended up being my favourite. Hence e including them into my Seville Food Guide. I can promise that you will enjoy the food and wine and if you do happen to go there after reading this guide, please let me know how it went in the comments below or on my TripAdvisor page. Let’s start guys! Filo Seville I wanted to include Filo Seville as the first recommendation in my Seville Food Guide since we went there for lunch. Filo is super instagrammable, so I couldn’t help but capture a few photos. They have amazing breakfast […]

With exercising feeling more like a chore, a lot of us give up our January resolutions as soon as January is over. Joining a club like Virgin Active takes the chore element away and makes fitness much more fun to incorporate into your lifestyle as it provides a boutique studio environment with a large number of classes to choose from. I had a love Vrgin Active spa day and wanted to share it with you. Based on a recent study by Virgin Active, people in Britain aren’t getting enough downtime including sleep. If you live in London, I believe this is intensified and getting that 7 hours of sleep seems like an impossible mission. Including more balance into your life and creating a lifestyle around this has been a goal of mine this year. The goal is to fund an encouraging environment that keeps us motivated to do enough for ourselves and our bodies. As the winter months are nearing to an end, I’m inspired to increase my workout activity from a bare minimum to at least four sessions a week. However, there is no point in setting up high or hard to meet goals but instead, take a balanced […]

Cotton House Barcelona I have to admit right from the start is one of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in quite a few during my career so far. In this post, I wanted to share my review and hopefully, encourage you to visit here even if it’s just for a day. It was indeed a wonderful experience and one that I will probably be repeating soon. Location Cotton House Barcelona is located on Gran Via and in a very central location that’s easily accessible to other areas of Barcelona. I went for a girls weekend away, and since the weather was beautiful, it was so easy to walk to areas such as Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella Park which were less than 10 minutes away. You can even walk to the beach in 25 minutes, and in my opinion, Barcelona is one of those cities that is best explored on foot. I love the Gothic Quarter, and we went out around here on most evenings. It’s nice to know that your hotel is a short walk away. Rooms Our room was bright and airy with a balcony overlooking the cities Eixample district and […]
