Happy Tuesday babes! I hope you all are having a great week so far! This weekend it’s Todd and my 3-year anniversary and I can’t believe it has already been 3 years! I am so excited to spend the weekend with just us two, to be able to spend some quality time together. Isn’t that the best?!

For today’s post, I wanted to share my favorite morning workout routine that I have recently started doing again. I have had such a hard time feeling motivated lately with working out, so this is the perfect, quick morning routine that will get your day started out right. You can choose to go through the routine once or you can do it two or three times depending on what you like and what level of workout you want.

You can also add in a quick cardio workout before or even later in the evening if you are wanting both. This workout is easy to change depending on your current fitness level and it really is super quick. I think you will love it just as much as I do!

So who is going to join with me on this morning workout routine? I want to know who is joining me and how it’s working for you! Be sure to let me know!

I hope you all have the best week! xo

Blue Eyelet Top // White Denim (similar here) // Favorite Wedges Here

Happy Thursday babes! Can you believe we already halfway through May?! That is so crazy to me! I do love this time of year though, with summer just around the corner. Last night, Todd and I went up the canyon for dinner and then did some softball hitting practice. I love those kind of nights!

I wanted to share a top with you all that is perfect for spring! Nothing beats a light blue top and white denim this time of year. It’s an outfit that always looks classic and feminine and it’s so easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion.

This eyelet top is from Fifth and Ivy. If you are new around here, Fifth and Ivy is my online clothing brand where I sell women’s clothing. This top is hands down one of my favorites and it’s under $35! Definitely a must-have for spring!

I hope you babes have an amazing Thursday! Only one more day until the weekend!!! xo

Light Fixture // Cabinet Pull // Cabinet Knob // Towel Ring

Happy Monday babes! I hope you all had the best weekend! The weather was so beautiful this weekend, so we spent most of our time outdoors and getting some yard work done around our house. It was the best! Spring is definitely a favorite time of the year for me.

Ok you guys, the day has FINALLY arrived that I can share our bathroom makeover reveal with you!!! To say I am excited to share this with you is a total understatement!

When we first looked at our little fixer upper home, I absolutely loved it and saw so much potential in it. But one of the things I really wanted to focus on right away was the bathroom. It is very small and it needed a LOT of work!

You can see the before photos above to help give you an idea of what it was like: mint green walls, a poorly painted vanity sink (yes the sink was painted) and vanity, outdated and broken floor vinyl tiles, an old light fixture, poorly textured walls and ceiling, etc.

As soon as we moved in, we got to work on the bathroom. Todd re-textured all of the walls and ceiling and then I painted everything (for the ceiling I used Behr flat white and for the walls I chose Behr Silver drop at 90%). I also repainted the vanity cabinet to a dark forest green color. Remember when I had a poll going for what color to pick? Well, we decided on Benjamin Moore Salamander and I am SO glad we did because we absolutely love it and get so many compliments! We also added a brand new vanity top to help complete the modern look.

Next up, we removed the cracked, old flooring and Todd installed these stunning hexagon vinyl tiles.

Finally, and what I am most excited about in the bathroom: new hardware and a brand new light fixture from build.com! I am completely obsessed! This new light fixture and the matching gold hardware (cabinet pull, cabinet knob, and towel ring) totally set this bathroom apart and give it a top of the line look. They completely transform it and give it such a beautiful, modern look!

The color gold is a gorgeous warm gold that does not appear brassy at all and it has a subtle brushed texture.

Every time someone walks into the bathroom, they mention something about the light fixture. Everyone loves it just as much as we do!

If you are in the process of renovating your home or building a new home, you definitely need to head over to build.com! Their prices are affordable and they offer a vast variety of options.

Thank you build.com for sponsoring this post, as always opinions are 100% my own.

Nathan James Media Console Table

Happy Tuesday babes! I hope you all had a fantastic Monday and weekend! We had a very relaxing couple days, which was seriously sooo nice. Do you guys ever have those kind of weekends? They are my favorite!

Today, I have partnered up with Nathan James and I’m featuring one of their AMAZING furniture pieces. Most of you already know that Todd and I recently purchased our very first home and we completely renovated the entire place.

A new home obviously means that we have been on the lookout for great furniture pieces that fit our style and most of all, our budget.

That is my favorite aspect of Nathan James pieces. All of their furniture is totally affordable and very high quality! The item we chose from Nathan James is their Scandinavian TV Console Table, and you guys, it is under $130 on Amazon!!! Such a great price!

I chose to add a minimal gallery wall above the console table since that wall is quite spacious and empty and I am totally in love with how it turned out! The size of the console table is the perfect size to add a gallery wall floating above it. It is not overwhelming and still gives off that minimal, clean feel.

If you are on the lookout for some new furniture pieces for your home and even looking to replace some old pieces in your home, I definitely recommend checking out Nathan James. All of their listings are available on Amazon!

Thank you Nathan James for sponsoring this post. As always, opinions are 100% my own.

Camo Utility Jacket (under $25!) // Black Distressed Denim // Black Booties // Sunglasses

Happy Friday babes! I hope you all had the best Valentine’s Day!! I always love that Valentine’s Day helps remind us to show those we love just how much we really care about them. Even if it is in a small way. Todd and I don’t do much on Valentine’s Day, other than spend time together, which is the best and most important thing. At least for us:)

Anyyywho, how cute is this camo utility jacket from Mckie Rae?! I am seriously dying over it! This is such a great piece to have in your wardrobe. It’s so easy to add to any outfit!

I’m excited to wear it when the weather gets a little warmer out so I can pair it with some cut off shorts and sneakers! So cute right?! Camo really is the perfect neutral!!

I hope you guys have the best weekend! Stay warm though, the weather is supposed to be kind of icky, at least for us. Thanks for following along babes! Xo

Thank you Mckie Rae for sponsoring this post. As always opinions are 100% my own.

Turtleneck Sweater // Stripe Mini Skirt

Happy Tuesday, everyone! Can you guys believe it is already the last week in January?! I already have total spring fever! This weekend we will be heading down to St. George where it’s a little warmer, for my annual birthday trip weekend because Saturday is my birthday! Woohoo! Actually, I’m not totally sure how I feel about turning 29 haha.

One of my favorite outfits for transitioning into spring is a skirt or shorts paired with a sweater and boots. It’s an easy way to stay warm, but you don’t have to keep wearing those drab ‘ole jeans. Because let’s be honest, by the time January/ February rolls around we are all sick of wearing pants. Right?!

Time to get the ball rolling on that spring wardrobe! If you are looking for some new spring pieces, head over to Fifth and Ivy for our online warehouse sale! Ends tomorrow!!

Have a great week babes! xo

Top: Benjamin Moore Salamander // Bottom: Sherwin Williams Cyberspace
Photo Cred: Pinterest

Happy Thursday babes!! Ok, so if you follow me on Instastories you saw last night that my husband and I bought our very first house and we are COMPLETELY renovating the entire home! Woohoo!! We started working on it a couple weeks ago, the day we closed, and we have been working hard every night and weekend since. For the most part, we have had ease of making decisions on what we like, what we want to keep or tear down, etc., but I have been having the hardest time choosing what paint color I want to use for the bathroom vanity.

Initially, this will be the main bathroom, but once we build out the the master bedroom add-on in the spring, this will be a secondary/guest bathroom. So, because it will be a guest bath in a few months I want to do something a bit more fun and bold. I have been debating on 2 different colors: Benjamin Moore Salamander or Sherwin Williams Cyberspace.

The Salamander is a dark forest green/emerald color and the Cyberspace is a dark navy/charcoal color. Both are absolutely stunning and will look beautiful with our gold lighting and hardware from build.com. But I can’t seem to decide for sure what I want to do! #facepalm

I need your help, let me know what you think in the comments. So far, the poll on Instastories is leaning slightly more towards the Cyberspace color. But personally, I am leaning a little more towards the Salamander color because I think it will make more of a statement.

I want to know what you think though! Leave your opinion in the comments.

I hope you all have a great Thursday and tomorrow is Friday, so yay to the almost weekend!! xo
