2019 Evaluation day will be Saturday, 1/5/19, at Pleasant Hill Middle School Field ONE (next to the tennis courts).

Times are noted below. If rain is in the forecast we will email everyone prior to the evaluations to notify you of a new location.

This evaluation is MANDATORY for ALL NEW to PHBA players playing in our Pioneer and older divisions. This includes all players who did not play in PHBA last year but may have done so before then.

New players younger than our Pioneer division who will be playing in our Instructional and Intermediate leagues DO NOT need to be evaluated.

Attendance is also mandatory for any player who wants to play out of his or her natural age group (either older or younger) and into our Pioneer or older divisions.

Returning players who want to play within their natural age group DO NOT need to be evaluated.

Players attending the evaluation should be dressed and ready for a baseball/softball work out. They should bring their mitts, athletic cup (for boys), cleats, bats, etc. We will have extra equipment for anyone who needs it.

Please be 15 minutes early to your child's time for check in.

The evaluation times are:
  • 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM – Boys & Girls Pioneer
  • 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Boys & Girls American
  • 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Boys & Girls National and Western

Please reach out to your specific league commissioner if you have questions or concerns.
