Are you wondering what the price of installing the air conditioning depends on? In that case, you could not find a better place. Mounting air conditioning requires a lot of practice and knowledge of the topic. For this reason, it is a task that should be entrusted to specialists in this field.

An employee who has the appropriate authorization to assemble refrigeration equipment should be able to prove his qualifications in the form of a green card. The installation should be carried out properly, due to the fact that the air-conditioners use agents and substances that should not, and even can not, get into the natural environment.

The price of the air-conditioning installation and the factors on which it depends.
The price of installing the air conditioner in a home, flat or office is directly dependent on two factors:

1. Distance between the indoor unit and the external unit.
2. The level of advancement and the difficulty of the assembly itself.

The first of these factors has a significant impact on financial issues. This is due to the fact that the greater the distance between individual units, the longer pipe installation must be used, and this is made of expensive copper. It also affects the length of the electrical installation.

The longer the installation, the higher the costs associated with the purchase of materials. All this results in a longer working time for the fitters themselves and can raise the price.

Contact us. We are ready for all needs related to air conditioning, from preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to new recommendations and system installation.

Air conditioning is one of those modern solutions that effectively helps us to survive even the greatest heat, bringing immediate relief in the privacy of your home. But is the cool air from the air conditioning that is ideal for adults, it also serves small households well? Is it possible to use air conditioning with a small child, so as not to expose him to various types of infections dangerous to his health?

Both overheating and too much cooling of the child’s body can lead to unpleasant health consequences. The air conditioning system must therefore be used sensibly under certain basic operating principles. Remember to keep the right humidity and temperature in the living rooms.

According to experts, the temperature difference outside and inside the room should not exceed 5-6 ° C. So if there is 30oC of heat outside, inside the house or flat, the optimal temperature should be around 24oC, and the air humidity within 40-70 percent. If the temperature difference is too high, the child will definitely catch a cold.

The temperature in the home should primarily be dictated by the child’s age. Newborns due to physiological structure (low weight affects the lower ability to retain heat in the body) and a specific lifestyle (frequent rewinding and feeding even at night) must be provided with more heat. The optimal temperature in a flat for a newborn should not be less than 24oC around the clock.

Slightly older children should be provided with a temperature of 20oC during the day and around 18-19oC at night. If the air conditioning is to be turned on all night, it should be remembered that after a few hours of operation of the device in the rooms it can be quite chilly.

It should also be remembered that too high temperature promotes the formation of harmful mites and other dangerous microorganisms. In children, mite allergy can occur at any age, leading to symptoms of atopic dermatitis or even bronchial asthma.

During the operation of air conditioning, water may form on some parts of the device, in which fungi, molds and bacteria develop. They are harmful to our child and can cause infections with symptoms similar to flu or pneumonia. If an air conditioning system is installed in your home or apartment, care should be taken to ensure that this type of equipment is properly maintained. Each air-conditioning user is obliged to regularly service air-conditioning devices at least twice a year.

Installations of air conditioners in residential buildings are slowly ceasing to be a luxury only for selected ones. Suppliers and assembly companies offer a range of solutions tailored to the individual needs of recipients. Among them are portable air conditioners, split and multisplit. What are the differences between these devices?

Increasingly hotter years, the availability of air conditioners and affordable investment costs mean that every year more and more people are considering the possibility of installing an air conditioner at home.

Portable air conditioners

This is certainly the cheapest solution that will help us survive the worst heat. The popularity of these devices is primarily influenced by their easy availability. Models from various price levels in the season can be found in almost all DIY stores. However, not many people realize that portable air conditioners require constant access to outside air, for example an open window. It is through them that a warm air will be discharged outside using a flexible tube.

The problem is that we let warm air back in again. This dependence can translate into device performance, but also our home budget. The monoblock air conditioner needs a lot of energy to deal with the heat and cool the air in a given room. In the summer you have to prepare yourself for up to twice as high electricity bills.

The greatest advantage of this type of devices is their mobility – depending on the needs we can set them anywhere in the home. Remember that the air conditioner must have some space around it to work . These devices do not work silently, so it will be difficult to fall asleep.

Split air conditioners (two-piece)

They consist of an internal and external unit, so-called evaporator and condenser. In the middle are usually mounted on the wall or just under the ceiling, but we can also meet floor type or coffered air conditioners. The outer part with the condenser is mounted on the facade, roof, balcony or chimney, which allows you to get rid of noise from the interior of the house.

Both units must be connected with each other by a suitable cooling installation, and this to some extent limits us in choosing the place for assembly. Split devices are permanently installed – we use them to cool down the selected part of the house, kitchen or living room. If we decide to install in a block, we will first have to get permission from the manager, community or cooperative to mount the outdoor unit.

Installation work does not require major modifications of the installation at home. Modern design and colors of devices will allow us to fit the device neatly into the interior of the apartment, which is undoubtedly one of the advantages of this solution.

Multisplit air conditioners

It is a central air conditioning system, which gives the greatest opportunities for conditioning the whole apartment or house. The system itself does not differ from the split air conditioner practically nothing. The multisplit system, as the name suggests, is a multitude of splits, which gives the possibility of using one aggregate / outdoor unit with several internal devices „evaporators” that can handle several rooms at the same time.

The decision to install the multisplit should be made at the stage of designing or building a house to avoid later, costly alterations. It is worth remembering that the cooling system must be routed to the outdoor unit from each air conditioner. When it comes to housing, it is the most expensive, and at the same time the least – chosen option.

Which air conditioner should I choose? This question is asking more and more people, because the last heat in cities can be really tiring. In the heated apartments, high temperature can persist not only during the day, but also in the evening or at night, making rest and sleep more difficult. In heat, we are looking for different methods for cooling. Cooling drinks, fans, fans – these are only half measures. If we want to achieve a more lasting effect of lowering the temperature, we should invest in the appropriate equipment – air conditioner.

Air conditioners can be divided into several types. There are:

  • compact portable air conditioners,
  • split mobile air conditioners,
  • various types of stationary air conditioners,

which are the best solution for larger homes. We will not deal with these last ones, because they are devices that should be taken into account during the construction or thorough renovation of a house / flat, and not only to realize the ad hoc need to cool down in hot weather. In addition, they are usually the most expensive.

The air conditioner works in such a way that the cooling agent evaporated in a closed circulation in the evaporator causes a significant cooling of the evaporator. The air driven by the built-in fan is cooled during the passage through the evaporator and then leaves the device to cool the room. As the refrigerant circuit in the air conditioner is closed, this refrigerant must be condensed again after evaporation.

However, you must remember a fairly important thing. In the air conditioner, the air not only cools, but also heats up. The condensation of the refrigerant causes the temperature to rise.

Air conditioning in the workplace is at this point the standard in most companies, offices and service outlets, regardless of their size or business profile. Thanks to the lowering of the temperature, the employer creates comfortable conditions, thanks to which the employees are more productive and assess their workplace better. The optimal conditions that should be provided to office employees are 24 degrees in summer and around 22 degrees in winter. Air humidity should remain in the range of 40-60%. The installation of air conditioning not only provides it, but also allows you to correct it on a regular basis depending on your needs.

A wide range allows to choose the most suitable solutions tailored to the specifics of a given company and room characteristics. The basic division of air conditioners distinguishes them from the point of installation:

• Wall air conditioners

• Floor – ceiling air conditioners

• Cassette and duct air conditioners (used for suspended ceilings)

• Portable air conditioners (not intended for permanent installation)

An additional category are split air conditioners and multisplit. They consist of two elements, one of which is mounted outside the building. Their basic feature is the ability to operate several indoor air conditioners by only one unit placed outside. In order to take full advantage of the advantages of office air-conditioning, you need to select the equipment and use the services of professional companies that also provide the air-conditioning service.

HOW TO CLEAN AIR CONDITIONER UNIT?

The air conditioners operate unattended, so we should remember that over time, dirt appears on the surface of their heat exchangers, fan blades and drip trays – coming from the dust, dust, fungi and bacteria in the air. Most of these impurities hold back the filter. Therefore, we must remember about a regular air conditioning service carried out by professionals who clean the filters and components inside the air conditioner.

Dirt and sediment on the filter of the air conditioner settles depending on how often your air conditioner works. If you use an air conditioner with moderate intensity, it is advisable to regularly clean it by service technicians twice a year – once in the spring and once in the autumn. If there are filters that hold small particles in the air conditioner, they should be replaced with new ones during the review.

Performing service work should be carried out by trained service technicians as part of the air conditioning service inspections. If you try to tinker yourself with the air conditioner, it may end up not only with the loss of the warranty, but also with damage to the device. During the review, experts remove the device’s housing and disassemble some of its components. It is necessary to use special tools to get rid of mushrooms and aggressive substances, so do not try to carry out the inspection yourself. A special place inside the cabinet, which professionals must thoroughly clean, is a condensate collecting tray, because it is here that pathogenic micro-organisms develop.

The air conditioner, just like any device, requires proper maintenance and cleaning. Manufacturers recommend that the air-conditioning system should be reviewed twice a year. Thanks to this, we are sure that the air from the air conditioner is free from fungi and pathogenic microorganisms.
