Once a month, I link up with Ashley and Erika (who host this fun little blog link up), and you blog about anything and everything.
In January, I blogged about HOW I’M USING ESSENTIAL OILS NOW
In February, I decided to blog about…THE FAMILY VALENTINE’S DANCE In March, I encouraged women to share their businesses so we could SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER In April, we talked about snacking!
This week, I am spending time with my very favorite people in my very favorite place. Andrew and I are so excited to share Nantucket with the kids! I’m sure I’ll be posting pics on Instagram this week, so check that out…and I’m also going to be showing up here every day this week too! Make sure you come on back to see what’s going on here in blog world!!
It’s Monday…and I’m on vacation!!! I’m going to be eating #allthelobster this week while I’m gone, but for those of you who need to make something in your own kitchen, I have a Meal Planning Monday for ya! I hope you have the BEST week!!!
Looking for a little meatless Monday? My Spinach Enchiladas fit the bill! Not interested in a meatless dish? This recipe has a tweak for chicken too.
Friends, it’s one of my favorite days of the year!! It’s my annual ANNIVERSARY SALE ROUND UP AND GIVEAWAY!!!
For those of you who are new, let me explain! Every year, Nordstrom has their HUGE anniversary sale where they mark down NEW FALL STUFF! Friends, I do an Anniversary Sale post and giveaway EVERY year because this stuff is AMAZING! (And when you’re asking me in November where I got my booties, I’m going to say “the Anniversary Sale” and then you’re going to be sad you have to pay full price.)
So, I typically don’t post “what I bought” until the sale goes live to everyone (and not just card holders), buuuuuut things sell out so quickly, that I decided to do it today when it launched to card holders because it just seems to make the most sense.
Today is also the last day of our Second Annual Road Trip! This morning, we’re packing things up and heading home. Another great adventure in the books!!
Over the last few months, I’ve been posting our family’s different ROUTINES. First, I shared with you our MORNING ROUTINE and then, I shared with you our BEDTIME ROUTINE, so today, I’m sharing our THERAPY ROUTINES!
Once a month, Erika and I host a link up where we “look” at little aspects of our lives. If you’re a blogger, make sure you blog and link up!
Here’s what we’ve been “looking” at so far this year… In January, we looked at the coziest spots in our house In February, we looked at our favorite reads In March, we looked at the people in our family!
Ah! Well, ’tis that time of year to share one of my VERY favorite days in McKinney with you!!
Every year, my family LOVES spending July 4th here in McKinney. From the parade in the morning to the fireworks at night, it’s just a fun-filled day from start to finish. Here are some pics from our July 4th…
We arrived!! I love McKinney for so many reasons, but one of the biggest is that it’s (in my opinion) the perfect combination of big city and small town all wrapped into one.
What? What? Today, Erika and I are heading out on ROAD TRIP #2!
If you have no idea what I’m talking about, let me explain. Last year, Erika and I decided to start taking all eight kiddos on an annual road trip. The two of us moms rent a 12 passenger van, load up all the kids and head out for an adventure. You can read all about our first road trip HERE.
But it’s not just any old Monday…it’s ROAD TRIP MONDAY! Erika and I left today to take the kiddos on our second annual road trip, so even though I don’t need a meal plan for the week, I thought you might. Five simple suppers perfect for your summer coming right up! xo
Pizza Burgers for dinner this week. Pepperoni, tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil on a burger…yum. Your kids will be all about this dinner!
This red, white and blue holiday is always so special in our family for two very big reasons. First, 17 years ago today, I met Andrew Shull. I was staying at my aunt and uncle’s house with my two teenage cousins (as their parents and my parents were out of town) when my parents’ neighbor called to say that their dog had gotten out of the yard and that someone needed to come get her and take her back.
