Planetary cycles affect your life before you were even born into the world. While many modern astrologers do not use pre-natal charts, (charts that begin at conception) they are as relevant now as they were in the past and much can be gained in terms of family connections, appearance, and traits and characteristics that will come to life once a baby is born.

Astrologers often specifically look at the Pre-natal eclipse, or the last solar eclipse that took place before your birth, and it has a strong influence throughout your life. Some believe this eclipse propels your soul into its existence, but whether you believe this or not the pre-natal eclipse has a significant effect throughout your life, as a solar eclipse typically repeats itself every 19 years. As solar eclipses occur in series called Metronic returns (which means they re-occur every 19 years), sometimes they end or change cycles. In this case, there would be a New Moon at or around the same degree as the eclipse that would have the same significance. The pre-natal eclipse always leaves an imprint on how we approach decisions, interact with others and approach our life. What it specifically affects depends on where it falls in your personal chart.

The first return of the pre-natal eclipse is 19 years later. At this time there is typically a dramatic change in lifestyle as one typically begins adulthood. You could marry, leave home, start college or begin a job. 19 is a powerful turning point for most people.

Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de Lafayette turned the tide of the US Revolutionary War at 19. Upon joining the Continental Army, Lafayette befriended General George Washington. However, the young aristocrat's most important contribution didn't occur on the field of battle. He helped convince the French monarch King Louis XVI to intercede on behalf of the American rebels.

Drew Barrymore, Olivia Wilde, Princess Diana, Melanie Griffith, Ava Gardner, and Leeann Rimes, Eleanor Roosevelt and Barbra Bush are all famous people who married or were engaged at age 19.

The next return of the pre-natal eclipse is at age 39. Liu Chuanzhi founded Lenovo at 39, Gordon Moore founded Intel at 39, Amancio Ortega founded Zara at 39. Anna Nichole Smith died at 39, as did Martin Luther King, Jr, Stonewall Jackson, and Amelia Earhart disappeared at that age. Their work on Earth was done.

At age 58, At 58, Sony chairman Akio Morita introduced the Sony Walkman, an idea no one seemed to like at the time. Charles Dickens died at 58 as did Andy Warhol, and President William McKinley as assassinated at that age.

At 77, we experience the 4th return of the pre-natal eclipse, and again at age 96. Betty White was still famous and working at age 96, as was Bob Hope and George Burns.

What significant events stand out at these ages in your life or others you know at these 19 year intervals? Can you identify these events? To find out where your pre-natal solar eclipse occurred click here.

Eclipses are like wildcards, and one of the ways we learn how and what we need to change and evolve. Often eclipses are dramatic, or reveal important information if it aspects a significant point in your own astrological chart.  An eclipse often brings news pertaining to life's biggest events. The energy of an eclipse can go for months and in some cases years.
With an eclipse we have both endings and beginnings. A solar eclipse is known for new beginnings, and it is always a new moon. A lunar eclipse can being more news of endings and it is associated with a full moon. During July we have both a solar and lunar eclipse.
Unexpected information can come to light or something may be eclipsed completely out of your life, or into your life. Eclipses can bring positive or negative events depending on what it aspects in your personal chart.
An eclipse can clear away the emotional baggage and re-set your emotional life and typically brings some type of surprise event.
On July 12, a solar eclipse occurs at 20 degrees of Cancer, which peaks at 10:48 PM, EDT in the US. Most of this eclipse occurs over the Pacific and Indian oceans so it will not be visible in the US.
Cancer rule the home and emotional life, and it opposes Pluto in Capricorn which rules business, work and priorities. During this eclipse we could feel pushed and pulled between these two polarities. People will be focused more on home or property matters, family members, children or those considered extended family members.
During this eclipse the Sun and Moon will oppose Pluto and this can bring up heavy emotional baggage. This can represent an emotional turning point with a partner, family member, or some other individual, or it could be a turning point in your life, depending on what it aspects in your own chart. A personal crisis can set off events leading to change. Pluto aspects can create drama and obsessive feelings or we could be dealing with someone who is trying to convince us of something or push their weight around, as Pluto rules bullies. With Pluto involved, skeletons can come out of the closet, self-destructive tendencies buried deep in our subconscious mind can come to light, or we can see this occur in other individuals, some of whom may play a close role in our lives. This eclipse will bring change and transformation on many levels and is important to be self-aware at this time and in the days leading up to this eclipse.
Pluto rules the dark undercurrent, things that are secret and hidden, sex, death and regeneration, power struggles, decay. Powerful forces are at play involving the subconscious mind, personal and collective power, abuse, and ultimate change, all of which may not be completely within our control. It could intensify deep seated fears and issues within the subconscious and obsessions over personal situations, or even fear based types of subconscious reactions to things may occur. There will be a deep desire to let go of that which is no longer beneficial. Pluto is the ultimate harbinger of change, sometimes that which is is out of personal control or comes through other people.
Watch for violent or volatile outbursts in the world and those who would push their opinions and views on others in the collective as well as our personal lives. As an opposition to Pluto is involved, this frequently plays out as an complete change, or issues come to light through or as a result of other individuals. Some situations will end on an eclipse like this, and it is important to remember if this occurs, endings are followed by new beginnings, and the energy of this eclipse can ultimately show a silver lining in what is to come.
There are two grand trines in this eclipse which can be the bright side if this occurs, and a grand trine is a pleasant aspect that gives us the opportunity to find a new solution or opportunity to do something different and find a new path.
Venus (love, money, values) trines Saturn (structure) which trines Uranus (new situations, unexpected events).
There is also a grand trine in Water signs. The Sun/Moon (ego, emotional life) trines Neptune (compassion, creativity, intuition) which trines Jupiter (gain, expansion, money, generosity).
Pluto urges transformation of the negative, destructive parts of our lives and transformation to a higher and better realm of living. The grand trine and Uranus show potential outlets for new opportunities but not without work and effort on our part.
Those affected to a greater degree will be born under the signs of Cancer, Capricorn, Libra and Aries. You will see personal change to a greater degree if you were born July 9-15, January 8-14, April 7-13, or October 11-17.
This is a powerful eclipse for change and it is urging us to let go of things, people and situations that no longer serve our best interest, find a new path forward and regenerate parts of our lives that need change.
Here is where the eclipse will affect you based on your Sun sign. If you know your rising sign use that.
Aries- Home, work, family and priorities
Taurus-Immediate family members, neighborhoods, co-workers, legal medical situations, education and travel.
Gemini-Money, possessions, other people's money, debt, investments, change and transformation
Cancer-Partners, courts, legal situations, emotional life
Leo- Hidden matters, the subconscious mind, endings, work and health.
Virgo-Friends, hopes and wishes, groups children.
Libra-Work, business and priorities, home, family life
Scorpio-Travel, education, legal matters, immediate family, neighbors, co-workers.
Sagittarius-Joint finances, debt, insurance, endings, lawsuits, surgeries, investments and insurance, money and possessions.
Capricorn-Partners and legal situations.
Aquarius-Work and health, hidden matters, the subconscious mind, endings.
Pisces-Entertainment, friends and children, hopes and wishes, groups.

The first solar eclipse of the summer falls on July 12, at 20 degrees in Cancer.
Cancer rules home, family, the foundation and the emotional life. With this eclipse the Moon will oppose Pluto at 20 degrees of Capricorn and Pluto is retrograde.

The Sun will also oppose Pluto and this powerful energy relates to come type of crisis, 0r turning point or both, for many. Some things, situations and relationships will end to create a new beginning. At best, this eclipse can signify a regeneration of something as Pluto rules change, transformation and regeneration.

Look for people to be angry, argumentative and upset over the days before and after the eclipse. This eclipse will bring a theme of loss for many, unfortunately. This is not the best time to bring up controversial subjects unless you want a fight or argument.

Pluto rules the dark undercurrent, things that are secret and hidden, sex, death and regeneration, power struggles, decay. Powerful forces are at play involving the subconscious mind, personal and collective power, abuse, and ultimate change, all of which may not be within our control. It could intensify deep seated fears and issues within the subconscious mind and absolute obsessions over personal situations. Family and the emotional state will be front and center. There will be a deep desire to let go of that which is no longer beneficial. Pluto is the ultimate harbinger of change, frequently change that is out of personal control.Nothing with Pluto is superficial.

Sun-Moon-Pluto oppositions can relate to emotional breakdowns, out of control emotions leading to dangerous situations, danger and violence or abuse, and skeletons coming out of the closet, and information being revealed.

This eclipse falls on fixed star Castor at 19.8 degrees of Cancer. According to Robson, 'Castor gives distinction, a keen intellect, success in law and publishing, many travels, a fondness for horses, sudden fame and honor but often followed by loss of fortune and disgrace, sickness, trouble and great affliction.'

This eclipse symbolizes change as a result of crisis, and we must turn to our own inner resources to resolve the crisis. In some ways this eclipse represents the death of many situations, and death may be a theme either literally or figuratively.

A loose grand trine pattern falls within the eclipse linking Jupiter (expansion/grace), Neptune (compassion/creativity) and the Sun/Moon (ego, emotions). As a result of the trine we can have an easier time finding help, solutions and compassion for ourselves and others.

Venus trine Uranus can give the urge to try something new, romance and affections.

Saturn trine Uranus lends the impetus for positive and eclectic change, patience, planning and a new way to approach old problems.

We experienced a lunar eclipse at 20 degrees of Cancer, January 9, 2001. But this eclipse was not in opposition to Pluto which changes it significantly. Look back at this time and you could have a clue as to what this eclipse may affect in your personal chart as solar eclipses repeat themselves every 19 years.

Pluto urges transformation of the negative, destructive parts of life and transformation to a higher and better realm of living. The grand trine and Uranus shows potential outlets but not without work and effort, and the possibility of change as a result of crisis.

Those most affected by this eclipse will have Cardinal planets-Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn at 18-22 degrees.

This eclipse will bring about crisis situations in the world. Pluto deals with absolute power, nuclear situations, abuse of power, destruction, crime at high levels, attacks on the media, issues involving media, potential destruction, mass anger, and transformation. It falls on the 2nd/8th house axis of the US natal chart (Sibly chart) which rules money, debt, finances, death and endings. As it falls on Mercury, this rules children and young people as well as communication and we will see issues related to these subjects and issues which will be impacted.

The chart of Japan stands out as this eclipse squares Uranus. At the time of this post 155 people are dead as a result of flooding and a major storm is expected to hit Japan and surrounding countries. Uranus is often associated with unexpected weather disasters, volcanoes and the like.

We could hear of issues relating to oil and we will certainly see those in the news who are prepared to force their will on others.

In two weeks we will experience a lunar eclipse at 4 degrees of Aquarius on July 27.

This week may bring some stress and for some obsessive thinking as the Sun and Moon (eclipse) approach an opposition to Pluto. The solar eclipse occurs the evening of July 12, so heads up here.

As we approach this date look for events related to the eclipse to begin to happen. Many things will end as the Sun and Moon oppose Pluto the planet of death, bullies, absolute change and regeneration.

We should not fear the eclipse but rather be aware of our circumstances and what is working in our lives and what is not working, which in some cases may fall away during this time.

The family and immediate circle will be the focus at this time, and it is almost certain there will be many changes for many people.

July 10, Jupiter finally turns stationary direct at 13 degrees of Scorpio. This is overall good news as the planet of gain and expansion picks up steam in the sign that rules other people's money, changes and regeneration.

It does however square Mercury as it turns direct and things, situations and communication can get blown out of proportion or some people may seem arrogant. This will only last a few days however, and as Jupiter turns direct some situations and moment matters may increase or get better, especially if this is aspecting something in your personal chart.

On the night of April 18, 1775, hundreds of British troops set off from Boston toward Concord, Massachusetts, in order to seize weapons and ammunition stockpiled there by American colonists. Early the next morning, the British reached Lexington, where approximately 70 minutemen had gathered on the village green. Someone suddenly fired a shot—it’s uncertain which side—and a melee ensued. When the brief clash ended, eight Americans lay dead and at least an equal amount were injured, while one redcoat was wounded. The British continued on to nearby Concord, where that same day they encountered armed resistance from a group of patriots at the town’s North Bridge. Gunfire was exchanged, leaving two colonists and three redcoats dead.

Afterward, the British retreated back to Boston, skirmishing with colonial militiamen along the way and suffering a number of casualties; the Revolutionary War had begun. (from Ask History)
The shot that was fired April 19, at 5:00 A.M.,1775,  later became known as, "the shot that was heard around the world," otherwise known as the Battles of Lexington and Concord. Thus we have the chart for the start of the American revolution.

The Sun is at 29 degrees of Aries, the anaretic degree, typically coinciding with critical moments. The ascendant is at 22 degrees Aries, making Mars (guns/war) the chart ruler.
Mars (the shooter) is at 26 Leo, falling in the 5th house of young people (who fought the war) and square Venus (22 Taurus), Jupiter (23 Taurus) and Uranus (0 Gemini). This shows money and assets as a key motivation in the revolution and (Mars-the shooter) had enough and reacted suddenly out of anger-agitation.

The moon of this chart fell at 13 Sagittarius,  in the 8th house of death, other people's money, taxation, and change or transformation. As the Moon was square Neptune this shows an ideological bent, and by the next day there were numerous causalities, not to mention the causalities of the war itself, and this was the start of the revolution that would change the world.

Pluto, the planet of power, manipulation and control, lies in the 10th house at 26 Capricorn quincunx Mars (the God of War). Astrologer Donna Cunningham describes a quincunx as "a juxtaposition of ideas or situations that just don’t fit together."

Thus, you have the stress of the shooter (Mars) finding himself in a situation that cannot be reconciled, which was  the idea of British rule and unfair taxation of the colonies. Mars in Leo could not contain himself and fired the first shot. Or, as we don't know which side fired the first shot it could have been just the opposite scenario.

Mars in Leo is big and bold and likes attention and it squares Venus and Jupiter in the first house, which tells me that money/finances played a large role in the revolution and as it squares Uranus things started suddenly. There was a great deal of stress over money, finances and assets/ownership.

Pluto is square the Sun at 26/29 Capricorn/Aries and this shows a power struggle between 'the authorities,' British Crown versus economic freedom of the colonies, which would end, or forever change the situation.

Saturn at 3 Libra opposed Mercury at 2 degrees of Aries from the 6th to the 12th house, showing what would be considered at the time "subversive' activities or those against British rule. This shows stern opinions and beliefs as well as determination. Saturn (Libra) is about the 7th house of those considered open enemies, the law and Libra rules laws and governments, and Saturn in this sign is considered exalted. Those opposing the British operated in secret and were determined to break away from British rule, not to mention fear of arrest or apprehension.
Libra (Saturn) is portrayed by the scales of justice. The US would be set up by a system of checks and balances, and while nothing is ever perfect the laws would reflect freedom, and justice for all.

The US is still a work in progress.

In the 1700's the sixth house concerned servants, as opposed to how we view it today. It's possible the man who fired the shot was tired of feeling like a 'servant' to the British crown or vice versa.
Uranus at 1 Gemini falls in a money house, and as it sextiled Mercury, shows an idea (Democracy) that was powerful in its effect, if not inspired.

It takes Pluto 248 years to make its way through each sign of the zodiac, making a full circle. Each time Pluto squares or opposes the US Sun (natal chart) we as a nation will see many challenges and changes. Pluto is opposing the US Sun at this time, and since Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008.  Pluto will return to its placement in this chart in 2021 for the first time. Will we see another revolution? That will be the subject of another blog!

During July five out of ten planets are retrograde, or six if you want to include asteroid Chiron. This is a summer to slow down, and we will be forced to backtrack in many areas of our life, and re-plan and re-do. This is not the month to rush forward, full speed ahead.

We will experience a grand trine in water the first week of the month, which is a powerful configuration for the good, as well as a grand cross, which is more stressful and we will be pulled in many different directions.

Two powerful eclipses, and Mercury retrogrades July 26, but Jupiter the planet of gain and expansion will turn direct on July 10.

Eclipses are like wildcards, and one of the ways we learn how and what we need to change and evolve. An eclipse can seem good or bad, depending on what it aspects in your personal chart, and often an eclipse is dramatic, or reveals important information if it aspects a significant point in your own chart/life.  An eclipse often brings news pertaining to life's biggest events. The energy of an eclipse can go for months and in some cases years.
With an eclipse we have both endings and beginnings. A solar eclipse is more like a new beginning, and it is always a new moon. A lunar eclipse can being more news of endings and it is associated with a full moon.
Almost always unexpected information comes to light and at this time something may be eclipsed completely out of your life, or into your life. Eclipses can bring positive or negative events depending on what it aspects in your personal chart.
An eclipse can clear away the emotional baggage and re-set your emotional life.
The first eclipse on July 12, and is a solar eclipse at 20 degrees of Cancer, which peaks at 10:48 PM, EDT. Most of this eclipse occurs over the Pacific and Indian oceans so it will not be visible in the US. This solar eclipse/ new moon is considered a Supermoon, which means it comes closer to the earth, and the effects of a Supermoon are known to affect global earth and weather conditions.

The eclipse is in Cancer which rules the home and emotional life, and it is here we will be focused one way or another.

This is a powerful eclipse which opposes Pluto. This is a harbinger for change and transformation on major levels.
Moon-Pluto contacts can be obsessive in nature and we can have a strong desire to get to the bottom of something at this time.

The Sun will also oppose Pluto at the time of this eclipse and this powerful energy relates to come type of crisis or turning point or both. Some things, situations and relationships will end to create a new beginning.
Pluto is the ultimate harbinger of change, frequently change that is out of personal control.
This eclipse symbolizes change as a result of crisis, and we must turn to our own inner recourses to resolve the crisis.
A grand trine is a positive aspect involving three planets that are in harmony with each other. During this eclipse there are two grand trines that become part of the eclipse, one in water, the other in earth. These positive aspects will help us discover solutions to the changes that are inherent in the eclipse.
The second eclipse is a lunar eclipse that falls at 4 degrees of Aquarius, June 27. Aquarius rules the 11th house of the collective, friends, groups, hopes and wishes.

This eclipse forms a t-square, or an energy that involves three sets of planets: Uranus (sudden, unexpected change), the Moon and Mars, (emotions, action), and the Sun (the ego energy).
Many things will change and some things will change suddenly and without much warning. There could be something you or someone else wishes to break free from.
As Mercury is retrograde at this time, events connected to this eclipse could be delayed by days or weeks.
This is volatile energy in the world and we will see a great deal of anger and frustration.

Other transits in July include:
July 5, Mercury opposes Mars. This energy peaks in the early morning and much of it will be felt the day before on July 4. Watch traveling and driving, and this is accident and argument prone. This transit makes July 4, a somewhat dangerous holiday this year, and watch yourself in crowds and be aware of surroundings. The Sun also trines Jupiter, and this energy is much more positive and expansive and can help with the latter transit.

July 8, the Sun trines Neptune. This is a compassionate and creative transit, prone to dreaming rather than action.
July 9, Mercury squares Jupiter and this is typically positive except things can be blown out of proportion or you could overindulge. Also, Venus enters Virgo and love energy changes again.  While Venus in Leo lends itself toward bold and dramatic gestures, Virgo tones things down to the more practical.
July 10, Jupiter turns direct! Finally, the planet of gain and expansion picks up steam and turns stationary direct at 13 degrees of Scorpio. If you have water sign planets in your chart at 10-16 degrees you will feel a burst of positive energy in some way. Jupiter rules money, and gain in whatever house it is transiting. This is a positive change!
July 11, Venus trines Uranus. This is an exciting, upbeat transit that encourages the desire to meet new people and try new things.
July 13, Venus trines Saturn. Positive for business, social activities and connecting with those from the past.
July 22, Venus sextiles Jupiter. Great for business, social connections and love.
Also July 22, the Sun enters Leo which rules the fifth house of love, friends and children, Time for summer fun.
July 24, Venus opposes Neptune. This can be confusing and Neptune is the planet of illusion, confusion and delusion. Matters concerning money, social activities and love may not be clear.
July 25, the Sun squares Uranus. This is prone to sudden and unexpected events and Uranus can be explosive, especially this close to the lunar eclipse.
July 26, Mercury turns stationary retrograde at 23 degrees of Leo. Leo rules the fifth house of  love, friends and children. The stationary retrograde period is when most glitches and mix-ups occur.

Summer will be a time of reflection, re-evaluating, and re-designing our lives in many different areas. Five planets will retrograde, or six if you count Chiron, the asteroid known as the 'wounded healer.'
It's rare that half of the planets in Western astrology are in retrograde, and summer will be a time to make the most of the long, hot summer days. By fall we will be amazed at the changes that have occurred.
Many don't like when things slow down, but it's time to re-access and review rather than start new ventures. If you do begin new projects, expect delays, obstacles, and know that the project may not get off the ground just yet this summer. Once the planets turn direct again, the project may change in significant ways.
There is magic in the stillness and slowdown of activity, if you take the time to reflect and remember that which you thought you had forgotten long ago. The world can seem still, peaceful and reflective. This is the time to re-connect with the past, pick up old projects and decide what could be changed for the better, and simply dip your toes into the water as often as you can. There is more to life than always rushing forward, full-steam ahead.

This is not negative, but part of the natural cycle of life. Some things will be uncovered that need to be known, and you may experience a sense that you should have known something you didn't previously realize. Live each day and find good in it. Let go of those things that show themselves to be false, make peace with the rest, and know all things serve a purpose.
Many situations will come to a conclusion, and while things may seem slow, there is a lot going on underneath! It's like watching a flower grow. It starts as a seed and nothing happens for a long time, and then one day you discover there is a bloom.
To help guide you through energy shifts over the next few months, here is a look at this summer’s planetary calendar:
June 26 - August 27: Mars in Retrograde
Mars will retrograde at 9 degrees of Aquarius.  On August 14, it moves back into Capricorn where it will turn direct. Mars’ retrograde affects energy levels and we become accident prone.  Frustration and anger can arise because things aren't moving quickly and seem stuck.
This is not the time to have elective surgery, start a business or new ventures. As Mars rules men, they may seem to go retrograde as well, in some cases. Mars also rules action, the police and military, conflicts, guns and anger. Issues or people may become more manipulative and angry at this time or we could experience this ourselves. Many things will change quietly and beneath the surface.
Mars and the South node will oppose each other twice this summer and this relates to letting go of situations that no longer serve your life.
If Mars stations retrograde or direct on a planet in your personal chart, there can be an expression of combative energy, headaches and other complaints. This is definitely the time to step back for a few days and relax.
The 'shadow period' of retrograde Mars will last until October 9, when energy finally resumes its normal pace.
July 10 - Jupiter Turns Direct
This is good news! The planet of gain and expansion turns direct at 13 degrees of Scorpio.
While in retrograde, things promised by the planet of expansion may never transpire, or do so in a lesser manner. As Jupiter turns direct in Scorpio, issues connected to money and finance may pick up as Jupiter rules the 8th house of sex, money, taxes, inheritances, mortgages and insurance, or court cases. You will see gain in whatever house Jupiter is transiting in your personal chart.

July 26 - Mercury in Retrograde
Mercury will retrograde at 23 degrees of Leo, and turn direct again on August 19, at 11 degrees of Leo. Leo rules the 5th house of children, friends and love affairs. Issues may arise in these areas. This is definitely a time to step back, observe as though from a distance, and at times we must retrace our steps.
Misunderstandings may be common and its is best not to take them too seriously. Some relationships will end if they are tottering on the edge, and other relationships from the past may come back together, or you can connect with those you have previously known.
You should not marry, get engaged, buy high-ticket items, cars, or make long lasting decisions. If possible, you should not start a job.  If you need a job however, it is better to take one than not have one. In the future the job could change, or you could move again.
August 7 - Uranus in Retrograde
Uranus retrogrades every year and is not as apparent as the faster moving planets like Mars and Mercury. You will notice this transit more if Uranus is aspecting a planet in your personal chart at 0-2 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius.
Uranus rules innovations, unexpected events, shocks and surprises, new concepts and ideas. It involves the higher levels of communication and thinking.
September 6 - Saturn Turns Direct
Saturn is in Capricorn and is considered at home here making it very powerful. Situations may seem heavier and more restrictive during the retrograde, especially if it affects your personal chart.
While in retrograde, Saturn slows down the normal rate of activity so better methods can be developed and organized. Saturn rules the structures in our lives and allows us to develop our personal boundaries.
As Saturn turns direct, this can be good news for many issues and situations that have been stuck. This is true for both the individual and the collective.  Saturn can represent a reality check in many areas.
While summer may seem slower at times, it will be an amazing thing to see the planets turn direct once again, and the timing will all be perfect.'

We experienced a lunar eclipse at 20 degrees of Cancer, January 9, 2001. But this eclipse was not in opposition to Pluto. Look back at this time and you could have a clue as to what this eclipse may affect in your personal chart.

This eclipse will bring about crisis situations in the world.. As it falls on Mercury, this rules children and young people as well as communication.

June's Capricorn full moon falls just after midnight (EDT), June 27-28, at 6 degrees of Capricorn and it is tightly conjunct Saturn.

Moon-Saturn deals with the reality of situations, not what you would wish them or hope them to be. For many this can be a dose of reality and Saturn can represent discouragement and endings of many types especially if this aspects your personal chart, or something else does at the same time. Sometimes a reality check can be a needed thing, and help us to move forward.

Moon-Saturn can deal with women, especially older women. Mother's or those connected to the past.

Saturn deals with boundaries, setting boundaries and being given boundaries by others. It also deals with work, responsibilities, burdens and issues you would rather not deal with. In some cases, certain things or even relationships may come to an end.

Saturn-Moon transits can seem like you have hit rock bottom at times, or you are at the end of the emotional road, but this will soon pass.

The Sun opposes Saturn the day before, and this will add to the Saturn like emotional austerity of this moon, and may bring about events connected to this full moon.

This is a heavy transit that will lower energy, and can seem dour, restrictive and flat. There can be an overload of responsibilities and obligations and things may not move forward. It is typically a negative day in the world. Take care not to get too negative. These are good days to clear your desk, plan, take care of responsibilities and wait for the light of dawn, so to speak. At best, certain things may come together, especially in business you may have been working on. You could be dealing with land, property, buildings, mines or earth related matters.

Many things could seem to stall, go haywire, or even backward as Mars stations retrograde on June 26, and we can prepare to retrace some of our previous steps this summer.

In the (US) we could see issues connected to money, the stock market, banks, financial markets, immigrants, courts, opponents of the US and foreign affairs. This Moon sets off the Saturn opposition to Jupiter in the US natal chart. The stock market had its worst single day drop in history when Saturn opposed Jupiter in the US natal chart in February, 2018. The US market dropped 420 points June 19, and could drop further.

You will be affected to a greater degree if you have planets in your personal chart at 7-9 degrees of Cardinal signs: Aries, Libra, Cancer, or Capricorn.

Mercury opposes Pluto and this transit is exact in the early hours of June 23, so the energy will be felt before it becomes exact.

This may make for a rough end of the week as this transit is obsessive, argumentative, overly intense and prone to revealing information you may not have previously known. Last week Mercury opposed Saturn at 6 degrees of Capricorn-Cancer, and this was heavy for many. We also saw much information revealed about immigrant children being taken away from their parents at the US border. We may see further information this week, and this will be an angry transit in the world.

Pluto is the bully, and this transit can bring them (bullies) out, or someone may try to convince you of something. A cool, calm and peaceful attitude will get you through the day better than the alternative. Or you could encounter other stressed out and argumentative people in your immediate environment.
Sometimes this transit can cause us to focus on a situation to such an extent it is hard to let go of the thought pattern. If you push someone's buttons they will likely push back. This may be a good quote for the day to remember: "Be Kind; Everyone You Meet is Fighting a Hard Battle." Mercury typically involves relatives, younger people, children, communication of all kinds, vehicles and automobiles, sometimes pets. This is a day to be cautious driving or traveling, as accidents can occur. At best some kind of change can occur, as Pluto always presents this possibility, but it would not be without great effort. You will be impacted in a greater way if you have Cardinal planets-Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn at 19-21 degrees in your personal chart.
