Three years ago, Teddy and I went on a quest at sunset in search of the famous and beautiful Glass Beach in Fort Bragg, California. We found it, and it was other worldly. It is definitely worth a drive to Northern California if you visit the state.
I was so honoured to have this collection featured on the Dusty Blue wedding blog in the Netherlands! See their feature HERE.
An Okanagan Valley rehearsal dinner; earth tones, mango, papaya, and lush organic florals, paired with terra cotta details set the perfect tone for an intimate rehearsal dinner for a couple’s family and friends on the eve of their wedding day. Then set this glorious tablescape in a Mediterranean-style estate like God’s Mountain Estate in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, on Skaha Lake in British Columbia, and you have a breathtaking scene to celebrate your upcoming nuptials.
It is always nice for a couple to sneak away before their guests arrive to take some photos, it is a wonderful time for them to relax and unwind in front of the camera before their big day.
We had a beautiful sunset on the evening of Joseé and Brad’s engagement session. It always warms my heart when the weather surprises us with golden light. In less than 3 months, these two will share their vows, and we can’t wait to be there to capture it.
I visited British Columbia for the first time this past spring. I stayed in Pentiction at this beautiful estate called God’s Mountain. Needless to say, the light was magical.
I loved the delicate details of this shoot, and I loved photographing this beauty. I was able to use a film camera for this trip, can you tell which images were taken on a medium format Camera with Fujifilm 400?
