This summer has been so fun! My kids are finally water safe so we have been living at the pool. Clovis is SO DANG HOT, but if you're at the pool or inside it's great.
Took these four crazies to our old babysitters wedding reception. Pure chaos.
Snapchat filter for the win. So dang cute.
Cara and I crashed Tiffany's 4th of July HIGH. She's amazing!
I thought my kids would LOVE the 4th of July this year...not so much. We had FOUR whinny kids all day and left after two minute of fireworks. Crossing my fingers for next year. I LOVE fireworks.
Julie and Scarlett twinning.
First attempt at a family pic with a selfie stick haha!
Took these four to see Despicable Me 3 and they did AMAZING! Thank goodness for popcorn. And Diet Coke.
This kid always wakes up in the morning before the others and comes and climbs in bed with me. This time he fell back asleep.
These three were spotlighted in Primary. It was the cutest thing watching them talk about their favorite things - superheroes, transformers, and the Book of Mormon.
Love my crew!
I found the triplets at 3 AM eating suckers with an empty bag of Oreos, Cutco scissors and a Cutco knife...stabbing holes in the wall! Then the next morning Julie brings out a bag of melted popsicles from her room...dragging behind her melted juice everywhere! Awesome. Little stinkers!
Our friends have THE most AMAZING pool! My kids are OBSESSED!! And yay for no floaties!!
Waiting for me to get out of the shower.
It's so hot here, the only time we can survive at the park is either early in the morning (not happening) or right before bed!
Took Julie on a train ride to Hanford with some friends for ice cream. It was so fun to have some one on one time.
Our ice cream was bigger than her head.
Friends from work!
Her dimples are the best!
And of course a little HIGH session with Shannon and Anica. I love that Curtis comes with me.
One of my greatest blessings is living close to my parents - especially when we brought home THREE newborns. I wish they were 2 minutes away instead of 2 hours, but I'll take what I can get! They are always there for us at the drop of a hat. I definitely scored in the parents department.
Such amazing in-laws! They traveled all the way from Atlanta and Vegas just to be here for our triplets birthday party. How amazing is that?! It meant the world to us!
So fun getting HIGH with family! Loved having them in my class!
The kids were OBSESSED with their cousin Skylar. I'll never forget the first time my kids met her. They kept calling her "Baby Julie" and were looking round the room for Baby Kash and Cruz. It was the cutest thing! I wish I would have caught it on video. We sure love this sweet baby. Oh how I wish Trey would have waited a few years to join our family so we all could have enjoyed it a little more...but everything happens for a reason and I'm just glad he's here.
The cutest little stink!
Julie was in heaven with her "Little Julie" aka Skylar.
Trey practicing his painting skills.
Every time I bring out my camera, Kash makes the weirdest faces.
Kash and his poses!
Escape room fun with friends!
Got Julie's hair cut for the first time - BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! Julie kind of had a mullet in the back and I just wanted her to trim the bottom to even out the length. She all the sudden starts cutting the sides I immediately stopped her and repeated that I just wanted the bottom layer cut off and I didn't want any length cut off the sides. She reassured me that she was just cutting off "baby hair" and it would make it easier for me to crush her hair out. Oh Em Gee!! I should have stuck with my gut instinct and told her to STOP! She ended up with the same hair cut we walked it with, except shorter and WAY uglier! I was devastated!!! Seriously sick to my stomach. But I know it will grow out...so ponytail it is for the next few months. :(
Are you kidding me????!!!! Saddest thing ever.
At least it looks cute in a pony.
Date night with the best!
Love my little family.
Night time Easter Egg Hunt with friends.
Getting HIGH with all the instructors was so fun!
So...we didn't do an Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday. We had early church then came home and took a nap. We went to a friends house for dinner and then it started raining...so that meant no hunt for my kiddos. They could have cared less, but I thought it'd be unto do our own little hunt Monday. They could not believe the Easter Bunny came back for them. LOL
They really do love each other.
They days are long (like really long) but the years are short.
Julie got to come with me to a baby shower. I love me some one on one time.
I'm way behind on this little blog, so it's time to play catch up. Life has been so busy lately, but I want to remember this crazy time in our life.
Taking all 4 kiddos to Trey's speech class is not that fun. Lol
But at least they're cute.
My little mama's boy. Not gonna lie, I totally love it.
We added some built-ins and a fire place to our family room. We also closed off the dining room and made it into another bedroom for Cruz and Kash.
Ripped out some bushes in the backyard and added more grass and cement. We plan to add some bushed next to the house.
Painted the kitchen white. Can't wait to change out the back splash and light fixture.
Picking flowers for Mommy. Melt my heart!
Came to Hollister for my bestie's surprise 30th birthday party. Love this girl!
My little High Fitness boy.
Pinky promising your brother not to pee in your pull-up at night.
Taking these cuties to the gym.
I love that Julie has her little rag in her pocket.
When your babysitter brings cookie dough for the kids to make, and sends you a picture. The cutest!
Park day with these four! Some days I wish I could duplicate myself so I could have 2 extra hands.
The look you get when you tell them it's time to go home..
This morning, Julie asked for eggs for breakfast. I was a little surprised because she typically doesn't like eggs. She pulled my hand to the kitchen and led me to a bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs. I was dying!
Happy St Patrick's Day!
I use dum dum suckers a lot as bribery.
Had three extra kiddos at the park today! My kids had a blast.
October weather in Clovis is my absolute favorite! Warm enough to go for walks at night and play outside all day without a jacket.
We officially potty trained Cruz, Kash, and Julie!! It went WAY better than I could have ever imagined. I did the 3 day method and it worked great.
I may or may not have a slight obsession with Halloween jammies. How can you resist when they are this cute though?
Park day with these little monsters.
How cute are Cruz and Kash?!
Remember that time you bathed all 4 kids, got them dressed, did their hair, loaded them in the car with snacks, and showed up to church 6 minutes early...only to find out it was Stake Conference 3 hours earlier. #momfail
So we took advantage of their cuteness and went to the park to take some pictures.
FOUR bums are better than ONE.
Pumpkin patch...in our jammies of course.
I told the boys if they poop in the potty we would go get a new toy. Well, they decided to both poop in the potty right before bed at 8pm...so I had to follow up on my promise. Off to target we went!
they were so excited!
Dog pile on grandpa!
Little rockstar right here. She hasn't had one accident since the weekend we started potty training. It's crazy!
My little sung bug. Definitely a mamas boy!
Ummm...the most adorable preschool pictures I've ever seen. You do what ya got to do when you're recently potty trained.
Heading to the Big Big Big Fresno Fair!
The animals are always their favorite part!
Neighborhood trunk or treat.
I heard this little kid climb into the dryer. He thought he was hilarious.
2017 is going to be our year! I'm trying to do fun things with the kids - even though a lot of the time it is SO much work - especially going solo. This is such a fun age but also so hard! People always ask if it's getting any easier...ummmmmmm... I don't know. The newborn stage was hard because of the lack of sleep, but I really did have the best babies! I think the hardest stage so far was when Cruz, Kash, and Julie were 2 and I also had a 6 month old Trey. The triplets couldn't communicate very well so they seemed to get frustrated and whine a ton. I still had to find time to breastfeed/pump for Trey. The triplets and Trey were on two different schedules. I definitely am glad that stage is over but I think every stage is a different hard. We'll see how this year goes. I know the days are long, but the years are short. I'm trying hard to soak it all in.
Trey & Kash. Sweetest boys.
Julie and I drove down to Palmdale for my niece Taylor's baptism. Julie was perfect the whole drive and was so excited to see her cousins. Saturday morning she woke up and threw up 5 times. What the heck? It was so crazy. She ended up sleeping through the entire baptism, then woke up back to her happy healthy self. So weird! I'm so glad we made it down there.
Cutest cousins! Skylar & Julie
I LOVE being a nurse. Getting this sweet note completely made my day!
Daddy and Kash at Emma's wedding.
Little Trey Man was super excited about his first day of preschool!
Trey's first drawing! Little artist in the making haha.
I love this pic for some reason. Julie doing her own thing in the back - Cruz and Kash together - and Trey with his big ol' smile in the front.
My bestie Janessa has out done herself once again. I was a little stressed this year with family pics. I thought my kids would be terrible, but they actually did pretty good. She was able to capture all the precious moments before they had enough haha.. I love them all so much.
Took the kiddos to the park (back in October) and took some pictures of them being themselves. Park days are getting easier with these four! I remember trying to take them to the park when Cruz, Kash, and Julie were 2 1/2 and Trey was 18 months. Oh man... All four were running in different directions. One was climbing to the top of the slide while two were running over to the swings and the other one was headed to the parking lot. SO MUCH WORK! It's a little better now.
October has become one of my all time favorite months. First of all, the weather in Clovis could not be more PERFECT! Second, pumpkin patches and the fair. And of course...HALLOWEEN - jammies, parties, trick-or-treating, and costumes!! Seeing my kiddos light up is the best! It's such a fun time of year.
Annual skeleton jams are my fav!
Play date! They all fought over who was Jack's best friend that day.
You win Julie! LOL.
I'm dying!! :) When I picked up the kids from preschool they said Julie didn't want to take pictures that day, so I assumed they didn't get any of her. A week later they showed me these and I was cracking up!!
Weekend trip to Hollister...and of course we had to stop by Casa de Fruta!
Cutest little stinks.
I love how much they love her!
Such a fun Friends Fest hosted by Tisha and Amy. Dinner, drinks, and cookie decorating class (by Jackie). So fun!! High Fitness has brought so many amazing people together.
Trying to get a picture with the kiddos...not so much.
My mom and I took the kids on a hike at The Pinnacles. She said it was an easy little trail and we wouldn't get dirty. LOL Yea right! We left sweaty and covered in dirt. But it was so much fun and the kids LOVED it!
"Hey Mom, take a picture of us!"
Fresno Fair was a big hit! Not quite Disneyland though. It's definitely more expensive now that they want to ride all the rides. When they were babies they were happy just walking around and seeing all the lights. This year they loved the Ferris Wheel and the animals. The kept asking to ride the Log Ride but I thought they would hate it since you get wet. I finally said yes and let Cruz, Kash and Julie ride with Curtis at the very end. They all were screaming and crying at the end! They HATED it!
Julie was so confused why her shirt had holes in it.
Our friends annual Halloween party was a success.
It's getting easier to take the kids places solo...but I was still happy daddy could meet up with us towards the end of the night. SO much easier with two people. Especially when you're trying to leave and they all want to stay. All in all the pumpkin patch was a success.
That wave tho. Haha!
The best we could get.
I love the selfies I find on my phone.
I finally got the green light from the Orthopedic Dr. to start teaching HIGH fitness again. My foot is still a little achy, but feels SO much better.
Trey ran a little 400m race. Julie didn't want to run with him but she cheered his name the whole time. At the very end of the race she ran up to him and gave him the biggest hug. It was the cutest thing I've ever seen. She was so proud of him for finishing.
Tyson is seriously the best dog ever and puts up with so much.
When you make cinnamon bread for visiting teaching nd you come back 20 min later and find that vultures (aka triplets plus one) have eaten all the glaze off the top with their little fingers.
If you know me, you know I'm all about comfort. I basically live in leggings because A. they're comfortable and B. they're practical when you're chasing 4 kids around all day. Since I can't wear leggings to church I found the next best thing. This skirt from Cleo Madison is so comfy and cute with just the right amount of stretch to run around with my four kiddos. Go check out Cleo Madison for all your modest style needs - super affordable and really great items.
Attempting a picture lol!
Oh how I love these crazy kiddos.
I'm slightly obsessed with this little girl. She brings the sweetest little spirit into our crazy home. She tells me everyday how much she loves me and she always lets me know how much she's going to miss me when she goes to school. Melts my heart daily! She definitely moves to the beat of her own drum and I love her for it.
Anyone else's kids bug each other NONSTOP? They wrestle, laugh, bug, tease each other ALLLL day. Then they run to me crying about it...and are back playing again 3 seconds later.
Cruz and Kash are obsessed with their friend Jack's old Halloween costumes. They went over to his house for a playdate and haven't stopped talking about them since. Jack was kind enough to let the boys borrow them. This dragon costume is a size 2T so it fits him SO tight haha. He put it on and wanted to wear it in the car, to Cafe Rio, and then asked if he could sleep with it at night. So funny!
BYU vs Fresno State game!
Bugging each other again!
I can't get enough of these faces!
Teaching HIGH with my girl Angie.
I'm obsessed with Christmas jammies - especially footsie jammies! Lol.
A little 80s HIGH for an amazing cause.
No naps equals falling asleep at 5:30pm on the couch.
My sweet friend Eliane made this sign for us. I LOVE it.
Hiking The Pinnacles with grandma and Lieren.
I remember at my baby shower we passed around a calendar to guess when the triplets would be born. Baba (my grandmother) guessed her birthday - April 9th - and she was right!! They were born on her 93rd birthday. She's now 97 and still stronger than ever. Treasuring these moments we get to spend with her...even if Trey set off her Life Alert button as we were leaving! Baba kept yelling, "False alarm! Don't come!" Oh man. A memory I will never forget.
Thanksgiving with our favorite Hawaiian cousins!
So thankful for this family of mine.
Found out Miss Julie needs glasses. She failed her 4 year old vision exam. Turns out she's near sighted in one eye and far sighted in the other.
When sissy is SO over her brothers. Lol!
