Introduced by my airbnb host, Eugene.
Goodness...I saw the queue from far as I approached the eatery.
It was 4.55pm when I reached here.
Go inside to order and you will be given a no.
My no was 16.

Open at 9am.
I think it was saying last order is at 8.10pm???
Please feel free to correct me.

They called my no. in Korean and I was seated inside at 5.24pm.
My super super love!!
고기국수 Noodle with pork soup 7000won ^^
Noodle was good!
Meat was good!
Soup was good!
The only lacking was the soup.
 It was warm not hot.
I preferred piping hot soup hahahahah

Slurppppppppppp
I was actually contemplating for a 2nd bowl Hahahahhaha

From 유재덕의산양산삼해물라면, I walked out to the main road to take a bus to Jeju bus terminal.
Cross the road to take bus no. 202

I took bus 202 at 12.55pm and reached Jeju bus terminal at 1.33pm.
Came here becos I heard cherry blossoms could be seen near the bus terminal and around the stadium.
I simply walked around the place for sights of the flowers ^^
My heart skipped a beat whenever I see cherry blossoms ^^

The flowers have dropped quite a fair bit but it was still a beautiful sight ^^

Too many almost similar pictures but I cherished these moments lots...

I didn't plan the colors lol

I sat under these canopies of cherry blossoms for quite a while.
Didn't feel like moving at all.
It was so nice and relaxing to be here ^^

Around the stadium.

View outside my airbnb ^^

I chose to walk along the coast to my breakfast place which I think was about 2 bus stops away.

Saw that white & red horse?
That's the lighthouse at Iho Tewoo Beach 이호테우해변.

도착!
Reached my breakfast place.
It took me about 13 mins leisure walk to get here.

As close as possible to the sea of course!!!

Jeju horses are known as the symbol of Jeju island ^^
Omggg...spoilt for choices..
All of them looks so lovely!
I decided to choose the one with my lucky colors, white & green ^^

Actually, seafood ramyeon is very common in Jeju.
But ginseng seafood ramyeon is not common I guess.
I came here were becos I wanted to try if the broth has any ginseng taste and also becos it was near my airbnb.
Wowwwwww......
Although I had seen it many times online but it still made me go wow when I removed the pot cover.
^^
Removing all the mussels, abalones and crabs before I can eat lol
I am not a mussel person but whenever I ate seafood ramyeon in Jeju, there will always be a bowlful of mussels.
Is mussel very cheap in Korea???????????????
I still eat them but wish somebody can be there to help me finish all the musse hahahah
I dunno about you but ramyeon tasted so so nice whenever I ate them in Korea ^^
Well, although mine was Ginseng seafood ramyeon with a big ginseng but I dun think the broth was cooked with ginseng.
It tasted like seafood ramyeon which also mean nice hahahaah
Passed by this tree as I walked to the main road to take the bus to my next destination.
So pretty!!!!

Supper time!!!
Vacation will never be completed without supper!!
Yup this was the take out from the black pork jjampong place.
탕수육 Tangsuyuk (sweet sour pork) with 소맥 Somaek!!!
This Tangsuyuk was black pork tangsuyuk 흑돼지탕수육.
I heated it up with the microwave.
It tasted much nicer than black pork jjampong!!!
Blissed!!!

I took a leisure walk of about 45mins along the coast from the black pork jjampong place, 도두반점 to my previous trip airbnb, previous Airbnb in Yongdam (용담) areaWanted to take a bus from there to check out the Jeju Sara Cultural Street Festival 제주 서사라문화거리축제 but I took a taxi instead cos it was getting late. The festival was somewhere at the area marked by the red circle. Took the taxi at 6.55pm. Starting fare was 2800won. Reached the festival place at 7.02pm, taxi fare was 4000won.
It was really crowded.
There were food stalls and performances.

Too many people...
I preferred Cherry Blossoms in the day time but I still had a good time here ^^
Checking out the convenient store and this caught my attention ^^
I love 깻잎!
This was my first time to see 깻잎라면 (Sesame leaves ramyeon) !!
My Korean friends told me I can buy soju in plastic bottles if I wanna buy back  ㅋㅋㅋ

From Dodubong, I walked along the coast for about 12mins and reached my next destination.
Yup this place.
I thought of checking out this place becos it served black pork jjampong.
Correct me if I am wrong.
I thought jjampong is usually cooked using seafood and this was my first time to see black pork jjampong.
And yes, early dinner though I was not hungry.
Another reason why I came here was becos of its location.
Yup, I love by the sea....

I like jajangmyeon too.
어떻게...???
Looks so tempting but I could not finish them all ㅠㅠ

My black pork jjampong 6500won

Guess what did I ta bao aka take out for supper??

Greeted by Cherry Blossoms as I walked up Dodubong.
I just can't hide my happiness when I saw the flowers!
Although maybe 40% of the flowers have dropped but this was very good enough for me already!
I shall let the pictures do the talking ^^
As always, my pictures will be almost similar but I dun care!
All these were beautiful memories to me!

That's Dodubong in the background ^^
One of my favourite or rather a must to do whenever I come to Jeju is to take a coastal walk ^^

Many reviews stated that Eugene made effort to go through their itineraries.
I did not expect or think of asking Eugene to go through mine cos I did a lot of research.
BUT after Eugene showed me the room, she asked me to show her my itinerary.
She went through and commented my itinerary looked ok, except that the eating places I wanted to go, were more for blog/instagram purposes.
Not so much for good food.
She gave me a list of nice eating places & also suggested a few good ones that were not on the list.
Wowww...I was so touched by her gesture!
She could have just leave the room, you know what I mean?
As it was about 2pm, she offered to drive me to a nearby popular eatery becos she was worried that it will be closed for break time.
It took abut 6mins drive to reach here and I reached here about 2.30pm.
I am only interested in the food that I stated in the box hahahah
I think the first 4 items on the menu are raw food, like cold raw abalone, cold raw fish, which I dun really like/used to it.
Open from 10am till 9pm.
Last order is 8.30pm.
Breaktime to prepare ingredients is from 3.30pm till 5pm.
I think it said you can order till 3.30pm.
Aiyo...that will be like no breaktime...
I took a queue no. from the counter near the entrance.
My queue no.
Waiting area beside the eatery.
I think the staff will shout out the queue no.
The guy who gave out the queue no will also come out to look for you when your number is due.
I was so amazed that he has a very good memory to recognise who took what no.
Nevertheless, stay alert and keep a lookout for your number in case there are too many customers.
There were about 3 groups of customers ahead of me.
I think I waited about 15mins before my number was called.
This guy in the picture was the one with good memory.

성게미역국 Sea Urchin Seaweed Soup is common in Jeju and also one of my MUST eat in Jeju.
I ordered 전복성게미역국 Abalone Sea Urchin Seaweed Soup becos I love Abalone!
Whenever I come to Jeju, I will eat Abalone to my heart content ^^
Super Yummy!!
This seaweed soup had the clearest soup base I ever had!!
Very clean and healthy meal!
Not becos I was hungry but this meal was SUPER YUMMILICIOUS!!!
Highly recommended!!
도두봉 Dodubong is just behind the eatery.
It is like a hill.
Eugene told me since I wanted to see cherry blossom, Dodubong is a good choice near the eatery.I think she said she saw more full blooms a few days ago but no harm trying my luck since I was nearby.
Behind the eatery.
The eatery is really very near to Dodubong.
About 3mins walk to the base of the hill.

Back at Jeju once again!!!
Extremely excited and so looking forward to be back again!!
I took a taxi from Jeju airport at 12.33pm and reached my airbnb 마치민박 at
제주시 내도동 464번지 around 12.45pm.
Taxi fare was 7100won, with starting fare as 2800won.
Nowadays, when I wanted to come to Jeju, I will want to stay in a more ulu aka "deserted" place becos I love the peaceful feeling so much.

March Minbak 마치민박 ^^
My room at https://www.airbnb.com.sg/rooms/609493?guests=1&adults=1
짱~ ~ ~ ^^

The actual room was not as new as what the pictures showed in the airbnb website.
BUT I love this place!!
It was well equipped.
I slept very well to the sound of the waves every nite becos I left the sliding door opened slightly.
It was extremely therapeutic ^^
The surroundings was quiet and serene.
This feeling was something that I could never find in SG.
The host, Eugene was one of the best host I ever come across.
In fact, she was the best host whom I came across for all my Jeju trips, including my Autumn 2018 trip.
Eugene speaks very fluent English and she told me she learnt English though watching English TV programs/movies!
So amazing!!All the English movies etc she mentioned...ermmm I know none of them hahaha
becos I have stopped watching English and Chinese shows since 21 years old!!
Similar to songs, I have not listen to any English and Chinese songs since 21 years old!
So if you tell me any, just any popular English or Chinese songs, I will not know what you are talking about hahahahaa
Yessss...only K drama and songs in my blood.
Eugene owned the whole building, she has a few rooms but not all with seaview.
I only wanted a room with seaview cos that was my intention to stay by the coast ^^
With or without seaview, I noticed Eugene's place including other rooms would be snapped up pretty fast.
Ok back to my room, it was not cold inside the room but if you open the sliding door,
 it will be very cold.
Unlike previous airbnb, whenever I opened the sliding door, I will get big nasty mosquitoes bites.
For Eugene's airbnb, I did not get any mosquitoes bites ^^
Nevertheless, I will still recommend my previous airbnb to my friends despite mosquitoes bites & slow response from host during my stay.
Mainly becos that airbnb is convenient and comes with great seaview ^^

There is no stove for cooking but there is microwave.

Eugene also provides bread, butter and jam!
Cos she told me most of the eateries nearby does not open early for breakfast.
Snack supplies lol
So much of supplies isn't it??
Maybe becos I will be staying for quite a few days?
I checked in on 1 April and checked out on 7 April.
Not enough....
Many friends felt my stay in Jeju is too long.
Nope. Seriously no.
After you stayed and experienced the slow pace living, you will not say I stayed many days.
Look at this.
The road beside Eugene's airbnb building.
So cool and quiet!!
Well, the only shortcoming is, such ulu place tends to get very dark when evening comes.
The street lights are not very bright.
Left my luggage and off for exploring!!
