Hailey Bieber is one of this generation’s hottest models with a distinctive er street-meets-glam personal style. Born into the showbiz royalty that is the Baldwin family and now the wife of Justin Bieber, Hailey is known for her charisma and is a natural in front of the camera.
Though she looks deceptively fresh-faced, Xiao Wen Ju has actually built up an impressive portfolio since starting modeling in 2010. Known for her work on the runway, her famous face and magnetic personality have also seen her grace countless magazine covers and fashion campaigns around the world.
Both of them have a remarkable presence and an inimitable sense of style, making them the perfect muses for this bold and contemporary collection. We definitely can’t wait for the full campaign to be unveiled on 23 July 2019!
As for the collection, it takes cues from both the old and the new, resulting in a finish that’s refreshingly modern but with a tasteful nod to the past. You can see this concept reflected in the campaign photoshoot, with its minimalist set of clean lines and soft earthy tones as well as Hailey and Xiao Wen’s clean, fresh makeup and simple wardrobe.
Against this backdrop, the new collection of shoes, bags and jewellery truly shines. Based on a pared-down design philosophy without sacrificing versatility, expect a colour palette of pleasing neutral shades with pops of subtle accent hues. A variety of shoes, from thigh-high vinyl boots and heeled ankle booties to classy heeled loafers and houndstooth slip-on sneakers, promise to see you through the colder months in style.
As for the bags, we could not be more thrilled to see mini bags take the spotlight!
The Charles & Keith Fall 2019 collection will be available online and in-stores in July 2019.
Thinking of a beach holiday to escape the unexpected downpours we’re getting these few days?
Boasting cheap escapes and nature’s beauty, the east coast of Malaysia is home to some of the best beaches South East Asia has to offer. And with the area now experiencing the dry season, it’s undoubtedly one of the best periods to be heading off to the east side for a rain-free beach getaway.
Whenever we pack for vacation, we always face a common dilemma: do we want to dress up or keep it simple? Thankfully, we can always turn to social media for some outfit ideas and there’s nothing better than celebrities to give us a quick dose of inspiration before our trip.
Here are five outfit inspirations from celebrities you can rock on your next beach vacation. The best part? They don’t cost a bomb!
1. White button-up
Nothing screams casual yet stylish better than a simple white t-shirt under a button-up. If you’re frequently shuttling between indoors and outdoors, or even just basking under the sun, a light layer does come in handy in terms of practicality and fashion. Lose the big accessories and keep things as simple as possible for a fresh look. On a side note, we thought the actress was vacationing in Langkawi Island before realising it was Laka Como, Italy!
The Longchamp Freeminder sneaker is a first for the House.
Gone are the days where choosing between comfort and style. With fashion making sneakers the object of impeccable design, the most comfortable shoe option is cool again! And now, Longchamp is the latest fashion house to jump on the sneaker trend with their first ever sneaker collection.
Here’s the twist: the entire collection consists of only one sneaker design. Instead of a multiplicity of different models, the House has thought long and hard about what a Longchamp sneaker should be and come up with a single, carefully considered, meticulously crafted style. Dubbed the Freeminder sneaker, it’s set to become Longchamp’s signature sneaker.
The Freeminder treads the line between street and chic with its chunky, wedge-shaped outsole and no-tie elastic lace complimenting the elegant styling and sophisticated details that have become the Longchamp signature. And on the sole, the Longchamp racehorse gallops happily along!
As for options? The sneaker comes in an array of exciting colourways, including an arresting graphic black-and-white combination of python and crocodile-styled calfskin and an exuberant python-styled patchwork, alongside more muted suede combinations , and of course the classic all-white.
Get ready to slip your feet into the Longchamp Freeminder sneaker when it drops globally on 16 July 2019, and in Malaysia exclusively at Longchamp The Gardens.

Copenhagen’s beauty is definitely one that needs to be seen first-hand. From its architecture to landmarks and culture, it’s the perfect city to feast your eyes upon, especially the Nyhavn district where bright and colourful harbour houses are perfectly lined up along the canal. This also happens to be an inspiration source for Danish brand Skagen’s latest collection!
Live in colour!
Named ‘Aaren Kulør’, which means “to add colour and fun”, the playful range stays true to Skagen’s heritage while offering vibrant and saturated colours – much like those harbour houses in Nyhavn – in its iconic Danish style. The bold and adventurous collection features five vivid hues – yellow, red, orange, blue and light blue – in a clean and modern silhouette that’ll surely charm any minimalist!
If you love understated yet elegant silhouettes, you’ll be happy to know that ‘Aaren Kulør’ comes in a 41mm or 36mm brushed aluminium case with a sandblasted dial and smooth silicone straps. It’s got a linear and numerical index with two hand movements and a second tracking sub-dial at the 6 o’clock hour. What’s more is that the silicone straps easily are interchangeable with a quick-release pin construction with any 20mm or 16mm strap. This lets you mix and match the watch heads and straps to your heart’s desire!
But if these core colours aren’t enough for you, then Skagen’s new ‘Aaren Kulør Neon’ range is guaranteed to get you excited! With similar specifications from the original collection, choose from neon blue, pink, orange, yellow and green to suit your personality.

The mother-of-three skillfully transforms outdated and ill-fitting clothing into stunning, fashion-forward outfits.
With pollution, endangered wildlife and global warming heading the news in 2019, many industries are joining in the momentum of sustainability to help save our earth.
The fashion industry is arguably one of the most polluting industries due to its manufacturing process but thankfully, many fashion brands are making the effort to produce more eco-conscious clothing as well as rolling out recycling programs to encourage consumers to reduce the number of clothes thrown away.
Apart from making smarter fashion choices and recycling unwanted clothing, upcycling old clothes is also a great way to help save the environment. Not only is it a good way to recycle unwanted clothes, but you can also update your wardrobe with new fashion designs without having to spend a hefty amount of money. And this is exactly what lifestyle blogger Sarah Tyau has been doing!
The mother-of-three skillfully transforms outdated and ill-fitting clothing into stunning, fashion-forward outfits. With just a sewing machine, she’s able to reimagine shirts, pants, blazers and dresses into entirely new pieces. Sarah’s creations may seem like a professional piece of work but it turns out, she’s pretty much self-taught.
“My skills are actually very basic. Actually, quite a few skills are needed in refashioning since you keep the buttonholes, darts, zippers and it’s mostly just straight stitching. My vision makes up for my skills though, it takes me 15-30 seconds to envision the piece to something I’d want it to transform into,” Sarah told BoredPanda.

If you’re someone who doesn’t like mainstream fashion items commonly found on the streets, ROMMYDEBOMMY is here to switch up your fashion look. The Dutch brand was founded by a former product design student named Rommy who decided to create real-looking food purses after she couldn’t find anything like that herself.
“Making food purses from patterned printing fabrics is too easy for me. I really like to create the impossible and food has always been my biggest interest. Since I couldn’t find purses that look like real food on the Internet or in stores, I started to create them by myself,” Rommy explains on her website.
The 27-year-old artist from Rotterdam takes inspiration from pastry chef accounts on Instagram and Pinterest to create her products. All her whimsical designs are handmade to order using different kinds of clay foam (hard and soft), which is why the processing time varies between two to four weeks.
Whether it’s candies, desserts, Western cuisine or Asian delights, Rommy’s website and Etsy store are truly a buffet for customers to pick the type of food-fashion they like. Not to mention, the details on each product are absolutely remarkable to closely resemble the real products! Apart from purses, she also does unique food bowties for men such as apple core, spaghetti, hotdog and waffle.
Her designs are priced from RM389.67 for men’s bowties and RM803.70 for women’s handbags. However, do expect to pay more than RM3,000 for some items that require lots of detail. Would you choose to purchase these bizarre purses over designer brands?
