Homily from the 16th Sunday in Ordinary Time. St. Paul talks about his suffering filling up what is lacking in the sufferings of Christ. How is that possible? What could be lacking in the suffering of Christ? How can St. Paul, or any human being, fill up anything that might be lacking?
You are a missionary. Whether you think so or not, you are a missionary. But, what are you a missionary for? If you don't decide, you will end up being a missionary of something less than what you are made for, less than what you are tasked for. Listen up!
Homily from the 14th Sunday in Ordinary Time. Jesus sends his disciples out on mission, making sure they won't get distracted along the way. We, too, are called to sacrifice so that we may not get distracted from our mission to transform the world.
