Its almost summers and I am always so excited to see how my garden fills up with flowers. Its the best time of the year and I love spending time in my backyard with my family and friends. Givenchy truly captured the essence of garden blooms in this limited edition Couture Collection featuring Le Rouge in 315 Frambiose Velour and my all time favorite loose powder, Prism Libre in Shade 1. Both shades are permanent and now available for limited time in this glamorous floral printed case. I absolutely love how Givenchy beauty presents their products. The packaging is always luxurious and their limited edition cases can be reused on any of the Le Rouge lipsticks or Prism Libre loose powders. More on these beautiful products in today's blog.
Couture Edition 2018 - Le Rouge Lipstick in 315 Frambiose VeloursThis beautiful satin finish, deep berry plum shade is a perfect addition to my spring/summer wardrobe. 315 Frambiose Velours is a complexion brightening shade that makes me look 10x happier and satisfied with my life :D I think it would look beautiful on most complexions and its one of those shades that truly encapsulate the spirit of summer time. I love wearing a punchy lip color for garden parties and this shade looks perfect on most outfits. Even though this shade lasts all day and leaves a berry stain on my lips, I never miss an opportunity to pull it out of my purse for touch ups. The printed genuine leather case is a conservation starter and what a wonderful way to convey my love for luxury makeup. Givenchy always does the best packaging with the highest quality products. The texture of Le Rouge lipsticks is so creamy and easy to apply that lasts a full work day and keeps my lips moisturized. Absolutely love this!
Prism Libre in Mousseline Pastel for Couture Edition 2018
This is my favorite loose powder and especially the shade 1- Mousseline Pastel which has four color correcting powders to give a flawless appearance to my complexion. I am always looking for ways to even out my complexion as it includes redness, darkness under the eyes and what not. This powder never looks chalky and always adds a little radiant glow on my skin. I apply it to set my concealer under the eye and all over my face after foundation and it looks perfect every time.
I used to shake off some powder in the lid and then apply with a brush, however over time, I have started to use the puff, included in the packaging, to apply to my skin and then I blend it out with a brush. I feel it minimizes wastage and delivers the perfect amount of powder in skin. Its a beautiful natural finish that also makes my foundation last longer.
GIVENCHY Couture Edition Le Rouge (C$48.50) and Prisme Libre (C$75) for Spring/Summer 2018 are available at Sephora for a limited time.
Loccitane's body care products are my all time favorite and they are in a constant rotation all year round. My favorite is their Shea Butter products because they work beautifully for my dry skin. I love baths and you might have already seen this Lavender Foaming Bath a million times on my Instagram and that's purely because I love it so much. Every time I soak in with the Loccitane Lavender Foaming Bath I feel so relaxed - its creamy bubbles not just cleanse but also hydrate my skin which feels very soft after bath. Love the heavenly lavender scent which is actually a lot better than my garden lavender or any of the essential oils I own. I always keep dried lavender flowers in my bath because of its calming effects on me and also a lavender essential oil roll on that I rub on my wrist before bed. This is the perfect bath before bed, or just about anytime of the day when I am feeling a little overwhelmed. Working from home really does take its toll on me and its the little things like this that makes it a bit more bearable.
I posted the picture above on my Instagram and in reality, I have never kept my Macbook on my bath tray but it was just a fantasy I wanted to live and I did...like for 2 minutes ... before I took it off because those things are not waterproof!! Hahaha! Anyways don't we all wish to work from my bath?!! I hope not! :D
Jokes aside, take a look at those glistening bubbles! I love how quickly it foams up and lasts for 20 minutes or more. I usually bath for about 20-25 minutes and it relaxes me completely. There is no residue on my skin nor any colour staining on my bath tub. I only rinse with water and my skin feels amazing!! Sometimes, I would use a body scrub after a bath for extra exfoliation or before a major event but mostly, its only this foaming bath that gives me hydrated, smooth and soft skin.
I would highly recommend Loccitane's Lavender Foaming Bath for the ultimate calming experience that relaxes all my senses and energizes me to take on the whatever life throws at me. I look forward to half an hour of alone time, without any interruptions from technology or family and just focus on my self and my well being and I am extremely happy how this bath helps me achieve that.
Lets talk hair today! I have been loving these Tangle Teezer recently and they have been perfect for my long hair. I regularly use the Ultimate Finishing Brush (the pink one below) on dry hair and I love the longer teeth and how gently it detangles my hair. This weather makes my hair very dry and I often find it hard to keep my hair looking shiny and healthy. Can't wait for this dry, cold weather to end! It has wrecked havoc on my skin and hair. The Thick & Curly detangling brush has firmer teeth that grips on to hair and detangles with minimal breakage. My hair is not curly but it frizzes easily and this brush works for my thicker, long hair. As both brushes can not be used with heat, I make sure I only use them after drying my hair or as needed throughout the day. More on this wonderful brushes in today's blog.
The Ultimate Finishing Brush
I just love brushing my hair with this brush and even though it smooths out hair pretty fast, I keep combing because it feels great on the scalp! It a beautiful hairbrush and the pink color adds to the 'barbie' feels. I totally enjoy this brush and I use it everyday on my long hair.
Detangling Hairbrush for Thick & Curly Hair
This brush is designed for thick unruly hair but it still works for my hair type, which is normal-dry and relatively straight. My hair is mostly manageable with most brushes, however, I always keep this one in my gym bag or in my carryon luggage when travelling. It doesn't take up a lot of space and quickly combs through all the tangles.
They nourish my winter skin like nothing I have ever used before. I love the L'occitane Intensive Hand Balm which contains 25% shea butter and I still use that everyday but the new Melting Butters are much more nourishing and they work wonderfully on hands, knees, heels and anywhere else I want to protect and soften skin. I have seen a noticeable improvement on my cuticles and heels, which otherwise were cracked no matter what I applied or how much I exfoliated!
I love the scent in L'occitane's Shea Butter and absolutely enjoy the new Jasmine scent. These body butters look like a whipped cream in the jar that literally melts on skin and when massaged for a little while, it absorbs completely!!
More on this very important winter beauty essential in today's blog...
This season my hands took the most brunt of the cold dry winter season and since we have six months of snow, it is impossible to keep skin looking its best all season long - especially on my hands and feet. I love indulging in a bath every few days because that is the most effective way to keep skin looking healthy and moisturized. Every since I started using the Loccitane Melting Butters I noticed a huge difference in how my skin felt and looked.
My cuticles looks much more moisturized and softened. There are no white flakes around my nails that you might have noticed in my nail posts this season :P Truth is that winters are never easy on a person with naturally dry skin! Even if you do not have dry skin, this dry weather greatly affects how our skin looks and feels. I started using these Melting Butters at night time and my hands and feet were always moisturized in the morning. Even after a shower, I could feel the effects of the Melting Butter on my moisturized skin. It works like magic on dryness!!
Wonderful Jasmine melting butter, quickly became my favorite, because the scent reminded me of the jasmine garden in my childhood home. It is such a beautiful scent that invigorates all my senses and I feel so pampered and relaxed. Melting Butters from L'occitane contain 70% shea butter and it literally just melts on skin - just like butter would! They feel oily initially but withing minutes of massaging them on skin they completely absorb in skin. Its one of the few body butters that do not leave greasiness all over my body. These easy to apply and quick absorbing shea body butters from L'occitane is everything I need, to take care of my dry winter skin. If you haven't tried these yet, I would highly recommend you try the Melting Butters form L'occitane and feel a difference yourself.
Being a huge fan of the La Prairie Skin Caviar line, I always wanted to try this dreamy, luxurious Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation. Its one of the most coveted foundations in the beauty industry because it promises not just a beautiful full coverage, but also skin firming and anti-aging benefits of caviar extract. So, it doubles as a skincare product with sunscreen and also features a color matched concealer! So there is a lot in this jar of ultimate luxury! I got color matched to the shade Honey Beige which is the closest shade for my skin tone and I think it will look perfect once I get my summer glow. More on this in today's blog!
La Prairie Skin Caviar Foundation in Honey Beige (30ml) is a full coverage foundation that looks beautiful on skin and in pictures and gives a natural finish to skin. The packaging is luxurious, just like other products in the Skin Caviar collection by La Prairie and it looks very pretty on the vanity. The foundation comes with a stand that holds the foundation jar and the concealer brush. It has a mirror in the lid and a complementary concealer that offers very high coverage. I find the little 2x magnification mirror in lid very handy for touch ups on the go.
The formula of the Skin Caviar Foundation is like whipped cream - its not runny but still airy and light. It spreads easily on skin with fingers, which is my favorite way to apply this foundation. I also like to use a damp sponge (included in the packaging) to get a light-medium coverage. I love how the coverage can be built up to a medium or a full coverage depending on the look I wish to achieve. Its very hydrating and comfortable on skin, like the Skin Caviar skincare products from La Prairie.
I really like the SPF 15 protection but like most SPF formulas, the foundation tends to oxidise slightly within the first 30 minutes or so. It never looks bad and there is not much of a white cast in most lighting and photography.
What I love most about this foundation is that it does not budge at all. It stays fresh all day long and I did not notice any transfer to my clothing. Not even my black winter jacket!! That is super amazing and if you find every foundation to transfer from your cheeks to your collars, then you must try this one out because it never shows up on clothing. It stays where you applied it and it looks perfect the whole day long.
The Skin Caviar Concealer (2gm) is housed in the lid of the foundation, which makes it compact for travelling and for everyday use. I love concealers that are creamy and lighter than the foundation and this one is perfect pairing for the shade Honey Beige.
I love it on my face but for my dark circles, I like to use a color corrector before applying this one. It is great for highlighting, so to avoid ashy undereye area, I use a peach corrector and tap and blend this concealer with my fingers. For everyday use, I would only use this on my face to cover blemishes. It blends easily and I prefer to tap it in with my fingers and blend with a damp sponge for the most natural looking coverage.
The texture of the Skin Caviar Concealer is very creamy and it sets to a velvety matte finish which works with the foundation. I also felt that the concealer clings on to dryness on skin, so if a blemish is surrounded by some dry flakes, then this concealer would accentuate it. Therefore, I always apply it over the foundation which is so smooth and hydrating that it covers every skin issue and then the concealer looks flawless over it.
The swatches below are for La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation. On the left is the foundation and the right is the concealer.
You can see that the texture of the foundation is light, airy and still medium to full coverage. The concealer has a thicker creamy texture and very easy to work with.
In the swatch below, you can notice that the foundation oxidizes to a slight orange tinge within the first 30 minutes of application and stays that way for the rest of the day. It literally lasts all day without breaking apart on the nose or forehead. I have mostly used this foundation without a primer and I love that my skin can soak up all the benefits of the Skin Caviar extract throughout the day with this foundation.
Overall, I absolutely love this foundation. It looks beautiful in pictures and gives my skin the flawless, luminous coverage, that I need. It works beautifully with other products on my face and even though it oxidizes slightly on me, it redeems by staying fresh all day long without transfering to my clothing. The concealer does a great job in camouflaging the imperfections on my face and works wonderfully as a highlight. The entire packaging is so luxe and practical for everyday use and travel. I absolutely loved this foundation and I would recommend you to try it especially if you are looking for a foundation that offers skincare benefits and works to improve skin's texture and elasticity while also providing a luminous full coverage finish.
The all new Gloss Interdit is extremely shiny, deliciously fragrant and long wearing! Probably the only time I used the word "long wearing" for a lip gloss because I was shocked that I had absolutely no need to touch up for 5 hours! The two shades I am sharing today can be used as a topper or on its own. I like to use it as a topper on lipstick and that is how I get the most longevity out of these. They intensify the lip color and makes it luminous and shiny, especially with the shade 16 - Noir Revelateur, the results are stunning!! Both shades are described as made-to-measure color boosterthat enhances lip color by reacting with skin's pH so everyone gets a different result. Review and swatches of these beautiful Gloss Interdit by Givenchy Beauty is in today's blog!
ROSE REVELATEUR This clear gloss enhances the natural lip color and adds a rosy tint to my lips. I love how it adds a little bit of color to lips, whle it looks completely clear/colorless in the tube. The G applicator makes it so easy to spread this gel-like texture all over lips and especially on my fuller lips, I love a bigger foam tip to apply. I usually go with just a single coat of 01 Rose Révélateur and it works nicely on bare lips or lipstick. Whenever I use it on top of a lipstick, I make sure I wipe clean the applicator, to avoid adding any color in the gloss tube.
NOIR REVELATEUR This shade was a little bit of a surprise because I didn't know how I could make it work, as it is black with multicolor shimmer in it and I am not a fan of either on my lips. My views changed completely when I applied this on my lips! It is a lip color enhancer, so the black is quite sheer and it makes my bare lips look as if I am wearing the perfect nude lipstick for my skintone! The shimmers are not noticeable but only adds to luminosity and shine. I can't even tell there is shimmer on my lips on a lipstick or bare lips. 16 Noir Révélateur makes any lip color more intense and
As you can see from all the swatches above that they are extremely shiny and they look lovely on their own and as a topper. The texture of these glosses is very different from the other glosses, I have tried. It has a gel like feel and that makes the application very controlled and precise. The new foam tip applicator does an amazing job in applying it neatly on lips and I never had any issues with the formula. Its non sticky, it smells good and the extreme shine looks beautiful on lips. Its the one thing that brightens up every dull and grey winter day! The Gloss Interdict in shade 01 and 16 enhances the natural tone of lips and that makes them perfect for travel as well, because I could be wearing the same lipstick during the day with 01 Rose Révélateur on top and again at night with 16 Noir Révélateur on top. Also, I think lip glosses are more forgiving when it comes to using makeup while travelling because they can be applied without a mirror and pursing the lips makes the application even. I also noticed that 16 Noir Révélateur not only intensified the lipstick shade on my lips, but also acted like a stain, so even after wiping it off my lips, I had a pinkish/plummy stain that I absolutely loved. Givenchy Gloss Interdit is available at Sephora for C$37 and comes in a beautiful range of colors to choose from.
Just in time for #ManiMonday, are these beautiful, longwearing polishes from Prim+Proper. This Canadian brand, exclusive to London Drugs, is so impressive in terms of wear time. There is literally no chipping and it lasts a full week. And I love that packaging!! Its looks very high end at an affordable price. More on these, on today's blog!
WHISTLER WINTER This icy pinkish white is beautiful and reminds me of winter weddings. Its a lovely shade that goes to full opacity with three coats and is reminiscent of the glistening snow when sun shines on it.
It is creme finish, blush pink nude that is so hard for my camera to fully capture in the swatches below. This shade, like every nude shade, had slight issues with brushing. I needed to be careful to avoid that from happening. This needs 3 coats to get opaque and its the kind of nude that I can never get bored off. Its not very taupe, not very blush, just the right amount of both shades and it looks beautiful! Every coat dries pretty fast so its easy to reach 3 coats within 15-20 minutes.
This stunning creme finish violet shade was part of London Drugs' UltraViolet collection to celebrate Pantone's Color of the Year for 2018. I love this shade! It goes with every outfit and it is so spring like, yet sophisticated and wearable for any occasion.
Each of these polishes are easy to apply and are long wearing and chip resistant. They dry pretty fast on nails, which allows me to quickly apply a second or third coat and get done with my manicure in 15-20 minutes. The quality of these polishes is comparable to more higher priced nail lacquers and I strongly feel that Prim + Proper has much better quality and performance than my OPI polishes. I was looking for an affordable nail polish brand as I got sick of the underperformance from OPIs and other medium range brands of nail polishes. I am so happy to discover these because it makes doing my own manicures so much more affordable and fun. They have an amazing range of colors to pick from and I already have my eyes on the maroons and reds! :)
Every Chanel product I use has such an amazing story behind it, whether its the secret pockets in the 2.55 handbag or the bottle of Mademoiselle parfum, there is always something that makes me connect with the story of Coco Chanel. This tweed blush is inspired by the iconic Chanel tweed fabric and it is nothing less than the luxury I wanted to experience. Its a soft textured, easy to apply blush that brings a beautiful matte radiance to complexion. Its the kind of blush I could layer on for night time, or wear lightly during the day. Tweed Evanescent is a warm medium pink shade that is pigmented enough to work for most skin tones. Review and swatches of this stunning blush is on today's blog!
SWATCHES The photo below shows Les Tissages de Chanel blush directly on skin and you might be able to observe that the powder, even though soft and finely milled, catches on to the dryness on my wrist and looks a little patchy. I never wear blush directly on skin but its something to know, if your skin is prone to dryness or dry patches on cheeks.
In the photo below, the blush is applied over a light layer of foundation and it not only looks more even and well blended but it also appears deeper and more saturated. Its definitely true to the color in the pan and I love this blush for that!
Les Tissages de Chanel blush in 130 Evanescent is a beautiful medium pink shade that screams spring/summer. Every time I wear it, I can't help but admire how it brightens my dull winter complexion. It blends easily on skin and gives a luminous matte finish on skin. It has a silver shimmer overspray that wears off after a couple of uses and then its mostly matte but in sunlight, I am still able to see some silver flecks that otherwise are not noticeable. Described as a "sheer blush harmony ‘woven’ with shimmering powder for a refined radiance" this soft textured powder blush looks and feels luxurious. The shade Evanescent looks exactly the same on skin as in the pan and I am a huge fan for blushes that have an amazing color pay off. Its totally worth the expensive price tag! Also, its comes with a fluffy small brush that I can actually use. I always use the little applicators that comes in palettes and I find them of incredible use while travelling. Les Tissages de Chanel blush duo in 130 Tweed Evanescent is available at The Bay, Holt Renfrew and Chanel for Spring 2018 for C$50
Whether I am travelling internationally or going to the gym, travel sized beauty products play a huge role in keeping me looking and feeling my best. I always pack light, with only the bare essentials in my carry-on luggage or my handbag. Today I am sharing with you my skincare, hair and makeup picks for travelling which includes my favorites in small travel friendly size.
I never buy travel size makeup because I find it hard to work with so I always pack full sized products but keep them to the bare minimum and only my favorites and in neutral colors that would work with every outfit. I usually would shop for more makeup wherever I go, so this habit allows me to do more shopping and be able to bring more stuff home, without adding much to the luggage weight.
Also, I try not to carry powders because they can crumble or break while travelling and get messy, so its always a cream blush, cream highlight and liquid foundation along with other products.
You might have noticed that there are no eye shadows and eye liner. That's because on vacation, I do not care for cat eyes, or the perfect blending on my eye shadow. I just apply my favorite Givenchy Noir Interdit mascara and put on my sunglasses and it looks perfect. I do not use a lot of makeup on vacation and rely on skincare products to give me that 'vacation glow'!
HAIR As a person with long hair, I carry my own shampoo and conditioner that works for my hair type. I even carry my own mini shampoo and conditioner to the gym and currently I am loving the L'occitane Aromachologie shampoo and conditioner. It smells so refreshing and adds shine to my otherwise dry hair. And I never forget my favorite brush from Tangle Teezer. Its the original detangler and its great for thicker, wavy hair and works for my wet hair too. Since it has no handle, it is much easier to fit in to my beauty case.
SKINCARE Skincare products bulk up the most while packing and I always get travel sized products. This kit from Belif Canada is made for travelling. It has everything I need to keep my skin looking and feeling beautiful. I absolutely love everything in this little zip case that is sturdy enough for carry on luggage and its transparent so everything can be easily seen. It contains five skincare essentials and a little blue box. I initially thought, that blue box only part of packaging, but it is a sturdy little box that perfectly fits, ear buds, cotton swabs and floss! This kit has everything sorted out!! The five products included in the belif travel kit are, a creamy cleansing foam, a bergamot herbal extract toner, Hungarian water essense, moiturizing and firming eye cream and the world famous, The True Cream!! Each of these products help me achieve moisturized, healthy skin that is ready to take on any harsh winter weather conditions and travel in general is so dehydrating, so, high quality skincare products like these is a must for travel. I have been a fan of The True Cream but I couldn't find it easily in Canada. Thankfully Belif Canada has an online store at www.belifcanada.com , where I can easily stock up on my skincare essentials. This travel kit is only C$25 in case you are wondering.
Another thing I wanted to mention is that the zippy belif travel kit pouch can fit a lot more products. I was able to fit in my shampoo/conditoner, shower gel and hand cream in it. Its definitely a must have for travelling. You can get the Belif Travel Kit online from Belif Canada or in store at Sephora
Hope you enjoyed my travel essentials and how I pack beauty products. I absolutely love all the products I mentioned in this post and hope that if you are packing up for travel then picking some of these products will help you look and feel your best!
I am always excited to see the new technology in beauty and how empowering it is to be able to treat your skin at home with high quality, professional grade products that deliver results. I have been using the Silk'n Titan for almost two months and today I am ready to share my thoughts on it. Silk'n Titan is a smoothing, tightening and lifting device that helps reduce wrinkles and lifts facial contours. It is designed to be used on face and neck and you can even go around your eyes with this device! Silk'n Titan uses a technology that "delivers energy to precise areas beneath the skin to activate your body’s natural restoration process". I was so curious to see this in action because if this device works, that means we can rejuvenate our skin and get our bodies to make the collagen and elastin for us as we age and would never have to worry about sagging or wrinkles. There is no downtime and I could apply makeup and get out of the house right after using it on my face. It sounds like the perfect solution for busy lifestyles and a little bit of treatment, literally 10-15 minutes in two weeks, could change the way my skin ages. I am quite happy with it, even though, there wasn't much of a drastic difference I could feel but then, I do not have deeper wrinkles and the fine lines around my eyes are not are troublesome at this point, but I could definitely use it to prevent sagging. My mom has no wrinkles but her skin is sagging. She maintains a strict no chemicals/toxin skin care routine, but looking at her, I can imagine that I may have more sagging issues than wrinkling. I have already started to notice my jaw line changing in appearance! More on how to use the Silk'n Titan, what to expect and what this new technology in at home beauty tools is all about, on today's blog!
It is recommended to start using the Silk'n Titan device twice a week for 5 weeks and then use it only once every two week. I had a small forehead wrinkle and a fine line between my eye brows that I wanted to treat and it is where I mostly used it. I was a bit scared to use it on my cheeks or jawline because that is where I break out the most. However, over time, my acne cleared out and I was able to do a full face routine with this. In future I would use it on my jaw line to prevent sagging and to make my skin firmer around the lower cheeks area. Below, you can see what is in the box. You can a zippered travel case with the Silk'n Titan device, instruction manual and the warranty info. You also get one tube of the slider gel. Sadly, the slider gel does not fit in the case and has to be kept separately.
What's in the Silk'n Titan Box
The Silk'n Titan device is very easy to use. You simply plug it in and press the energy level button to select the level you would like to treat your skin with - 1 being the lowest and 5 is the hottest. If you have sensitive skin like me, I would highly suggest starting at level 1 for the first 10 minutes and moving to level 2 for the last 5 minutes of treatment. This device gets hot - like almost as hot as sauna, so if you are used to facial steams, sauna treatments, then the heat shouldn't bother you much. It never burns and it stays at a safe level of heat for facial skin, but always listen your body and know when to stop, if you are uncomfortable. After the first four treatments (two weeks) I could move on to higher levels, so I could start at level 3 and go on to level 4. Always remember to set the energy level BEFORE putting this device on skin. After the first five weeks or 10 treatments, I started using this once very two weeks.
After selecting the right energy level, you apply the slider gel on the area you are treating. Then place the Silk'n Titan on that section of your skin and the red light activates (see pics below), so you can start moving your device in circular motion or upward motion. Remember to always keep moving the device so the heat is not concentrated in one area and also read the instruction manual for dos and donts. Also, this device does not work unless the slider gel is on your skin which I believe is a safety feature. On HSN's website you get a list of skin colors and health conditions that prevents use of this device. Generally speaking, if you have dark brown skin or deeply pigmented dark brown to darkest brown skin then you can not use this device. Please read the manual before using this device for more precautions.
I keep massaging my treatment area for 5 to 10 minutes and with subsequent treatments I increased the energy levels. It makes my skin look red, right after the treatment - like it would look after a facial steam and then I wipe clean the slider gel and rinse my face with warm water and continue with my skincare regimen. I use it right after cleansing my skin, so my skin is free from any makeup residue or dirt. I regularly used Silk'n Titan Skin Tightening and Lifting on my forehead area. The warmth of the Silk'n Titan is so relaxing and makes me want to go to bed and I usually always use it at night.
I wanted to treat my laugh lines with this as well, but since I was always breaking out on the cheek area, I couldn't do the treatments regularly and with any skincare treatment, routine is everything. So, after two months, the lines on my forehead vanished! Like completely gone! I was so surprised and then I thought, maybe its the sleeping mask, or my downward dogs that helped me achieve those results but truth is, I have been doing all that before I started the Silk'n Titan treatments and its now that I had results!
I would give credit to this device for plumping up my forehead skin again and it helped me get rid of that unsightly line between the brows and the fine line on my forehead. I do not have deeper wrinkles on my face and it worked great on the fine lines on my face. I hope that keeping this device as part of my skincare routine, would help prevent wrinkles in the future. The combination of bi-polar RF energy, LED light energy and IR heat energy work to stimulate cell renewal. You can find out more on Silk'n Titan's website to understand how it works on a cellular level. Below you can find a description of how the Silk'n Titan works to stimulate collagen product. All of these images are from the Silk'n Titan box.
I have tried using it on my hands and my décolleté as well, even though this is designed for face and neck and I love the warming massage of this device. Its feels amazing and almost instantly plumps up skin and makes it feel soft and smooth. I did not use the Silk'n Titan Skin Tightening and Lifting this week and my forehead looks the same so I am hoping these results are permanent which means that I do not have to worry about the same area again! Yay!
I will continue using the Silk'n Titan Skin Tightening and Lifting device because its super easy to use and it works for my skin type. I got results in two months but for deeper wrinkles or more mature skin, it may take longer to see any visible improvement. However, since this is a at home device that I use for only 10 minutes on the area I would like to treat, before going to bed and only once in two weeks - I feel its highly doable and something anyone can easily do. Its not messy, the slider gel wipes off the face and the device with a damp paper towel. The benefits definitely outweigh the little bit of 'extra' in the skincare routine and it saves me a trip to the derm office for a filler!
