Uranus will be at 28, 29 degrees Aries all month, ending its sojourn through Aries next month. If you have a 28 or 29 degree planet or point in your chart this will be noticed. Previous dates for these degrees were between April 28 and May 15 2018. Contact Patty for a quick, helpful interpretation.
February begins within an opportunity cycle that was exact Jan 31, repeats Aug 18 and finishes Nov 8, 2019. Each of the outer planets have a shadow time, meaning the moving planet is in the same degree as the planet it is relating with but is not exact. The exact opportunity of Jan 31 began Jan 24 and goes through Feb 2. This cycle reveals the opportunity to stabilize or secure the idealistic. According to Rex Bill’s book of rulerships, Saturn is the patron planet of the Democrats. Transiting Saturn is in its own sign of Capricorn revealing the Democrat’s current power to organize, stick to the fundamentals to solve an idealistic situation. Transiting Neptune is in its own sign of Pisces and is powerful in its own way, although we usually do not consider Pisces or Neptune powerful. Pisces symbolizes Christianity with its pure ideal of compassion, forgiveness and helping the poor. To me, this indicates the possibly - if the opportunity is acted upon - for the compassion of the American people to help the incoming immigrants. Personally, the degrees are Saturn at 14 Capricorn 54, with Netune at 14 Pisces 55. You can see that 14 and 15 degrees are important, and if you have these degrees in your chart, it will be notices. For your personal interpreting, please contact Patty.
February for the USA begins with the continuation of the challenging cycle that began on Jan 31, repeats Aug. 15, ending Oct. 24. This is a challenge to both the president and the presidency coming from the Democrats.
Also, all the planets are in direct motion, meaning they are effective. Mars is in its own sign of Aries, Jupiter is in its own sign of Sagittarius, Saturn is in its own sign of Capricorn, with Neptune in its own sign of Pisces. Each of these planets are strong, meaning when they have good relationships with the other strong planets, the world has the means to cooperate. When these strong planets are in adversarial relationships, we have a stand-off and tension.
Feb 1: begins with a stand-off between Mars in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn, revealing anger, maybe violence, youngsters are in almost a military mode trying to push the strong established group. Personally, Aries may be pushing Scorpio to no avail; be careful of retaliation. Cancer and Libra may be pulled into a tense situation and would be wise not to be involved in an impulsive, rash action. Leo and Sagittarius can help Aries, with Cancer and Pisces helping Scorpio. All in all this could be a tense day world wide.
Feb 2: opportunity for peace and balance, possibly brought by Sagittarius, the higher court or diplomat. The peacemaker is attempting to calm the revolutionary and proposes a good plan. Personally, a good day for all. Romance is more friendly than intense, friendships abound, perhaps with someone from afar communicating. Sagittarius is making peace, offering friendship and may invite Aries on a trip, maybe asking Leo to join them. Everyone has a good day, with pleasant surprise. Today is Groundhog Day. With most of the planets in winter signs (Sagittarius, Capricorn, & Aquarius) the critter may predict more winter.
Feb 3: Moon goes into Aquarius, the sign of America’s Moon. The plan from yesterday has the opportunity to be expanded and accepted if action is taken. Someone has a new outlook and proposal which is acceptable to the Republicans. (According to Rex Bills Sagittarius and Jupiter represent the R’s). Personally, Aquarius has new scientific ideas that are accepted, perhaps a new patent is announced. Aquarius is giving Sagittarius and Aries the opportunity to listen to or be involved with the idea, Leo may feel neglected. Cancer adjusts to their day not going as expected. Gemini and Libra have a good social day, along with Aries. If Leo can share the spotlight, they have a great day. Taurus also adjusts to being interrupted all day with no time for their plan. Virgo is a little irritated because of the speed of communications with no time for detail. Super Bowl day. The weather is still cold, but the game should be a good one, with friends and family gathering for a nice, good, exciting time.
Feb 3: Venus goes into Capricorn through March 1. Romance is replaced with work and responsibility. Capricorn may be a little more demonstrative or create beautiful, practical objects. Cancer feels opposition, Aries and Libra experience mild challenges. Taurus and Virgo enjoy the practical, Sagittarius and Aquarius are neutral; Leo and Gemini adjust to more responsibility. Scorpio and Pisces have the opportunity to stabilize their projects.
Feb 3 USA: see-saw day but offers an opportunity for good relations with the public and allies.
Feb 4: new Moon in Aquarius. Good day for Aquarius to propose scientific, abstract or group ideas and projects. The atmosphere is detached and group oriented. Leo may seem to be opposed but it is not personal, Taurus and Scorpio may gave control issues which are not personal. Cancer and Virgo adjust to something new which seems to be an interruption but is good when they adapt.. Capricorn and Pisces are neutral, Gemini and Libra enjoy good social day. Aries and Sagittarius have the opportunity to join a group effort.
Feb 5: Moon goes into Pisces. Chinese New Year of the Pig.
Feb 5 USA: State of the Union Address: good news about the homeland and defensiveness over existing laws, foreign relations and trade agreements..
Feb 6 USA: minor pundits, mostly the young, see-saw back and forth with opinions opposing everything that was said, even to the point of bashing the office of presidency itself.
Feb 6: No exact astrological aspects.
Feb 7: The group has the opportunity to accept peaceful situation because of creative and inclusive ideas for the rebels or younger activists. For this to manifest, there needs to be discussion, cooperation and acceptance. Today is an Aquarian day, meaning the group’s ideas are in the foreground. Personally, Aquarius is busy with group ideas and solutions, offering opportunities for expansion, inclusion and cooperation. Gemini and Libra may be invited to participate, again Leo may seem opposed but it is not personal, Aries and Sagittarius have the opportunity for great communication and social day, and again, Cancer and Virgo accommodate interruptions. Capricorn and Pisces are neutral, with Scorpio and Taurus having mild control situations.
Feb 8: Moon goes into Aries.
Feb 9: Innovative proposal from or about the group to solve a problem about a large group. The other possibly could be new ideas regarding a large Union. Aquarius is again communicating new ideas, which is giving the activists or youngsters the opportunity to be included. Since this is an opportunity, it needs to be accepted to manifest. Personally, Aquarius is communicating new ideas which are acceptable to Aries and Leo, with Libra, Gemini, and Sagittarius possibly contributing to the conversation. Cancer and Virgo are challenged and need to adjust; Scorpio and Taurus may sense being verbally controlled. Capricorn and Pisces are neutral.
Feb 10: harmonious Sun and Moon in the signs of Aries and Aquarius, meaning the fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius, and the air signs of Gemini and Libra have a good day. Also, Mercury goes into Pisces through middle of April because it goes retrograde March 5. Communications changes from abstract, scientific, mathematical and groups to the softer, creative imagination and the psychic. Be aware your water-sign friends may be more intuitive than usual and just happen to know what you are thinking. People may be late for vague reasons. Pisces may be more talkative than usual; Cancer and Scorpio more psychic with relaxed communication. Virgo may be irked with the lack of detail. Aquarius and Aries are neutral, with Gemini and Sagittarius irritated with vagueness. Leo and Libra adjust to vague or delayed responses. Taurus and Capricorn have the opportunity to help creative ideas become practical. After 8 pm the Moon goes into Taurus.
Feb 10 USA: an opportunity is received from the base of operations to address financial issues and would go smoothly and be accepted. Supreme court could render positive decision or news about a law regarding the land itself. There is a powerful square or situation involving money, the House and the Senate. Since the budget must be met and passed by Feb 15, this could reveal strong disagreements.
Feb 11: No exact astrological aspects.
Feb 12: quarter Moon in the signs of Taurus and Aquarius who experience control issues, followed by Leo and Scorpio. Virgo and Capricorn can help Taurus, with Gemini and Libra helping Aquarius. Day full of changes related to group activities and the checkbook.
Feb 13: Moon goes into Gemini. Mars conjunct Uranus at 29 degrees of Aries! Hold on! The planet of impulsive activism is joining the planet of revolution. We’ll have to watch the news. Personally, Aries is active stirring things up, throwing Libra off balance and opposed. Cancer and Capricorn experience active challenges. Leo and Sagittarius have a good, creative day, with Gemini being diplomatic and Aquarius having the outlook of the group or greater population. Pisces and Taurus are neutral. Virgo and Scorpio adjust to sudden change. If you have any planet or point at 29 degrees, this will be a busy day to say the least.
Feb 14: Valentine Day. Interesting that Valentine Day is an Aquarian day, which means romance is more about loving friendship than jealous love. Mars goes into Taurus, slowing things down, which may be welcome after the previous innovations. Communication is soft and creative, but with so much Capricorn, love may be understated or muted. Emotions are light and fun and there may be short trips to celebrate. With Mars in Taurus through first of April, the frenzied activity slows, projects turn to the practical and safe, with Taurus being more active or assertive than usual. Virgo and Capricorn enjoy quiet practical projects, Cancer and Scorpio have the opportunity to ground their projects, but Scorpio may have some opposition. Aries and Gemini are neutral, Libra and Sagittarius adjust to slower reactions, Leo and Aquarius experience stubborn delays.
Feb 15: Harmonious day with the Sun and Moon, indicating a good social day with friends for everyone, the Moon goes into Cancer.
Feb 15 USA: Deadline for the budget situation. It looks like it will pass, with the Republicans agreeing for the good of the country. (Transiting Jupiter in Sagittarius trine natal Chiron in Aries in the fourth house). This good situation repeats June 5, ends Oct 13.
Feb 16: No exact astrological aspects.
Feb 17: see-saw day when things do not go as expected, especially for Cancer and Aquarius who have a hard time communicating. Scorpio and Pisces can help Cancer, with Gemini helping Aquarius. Also, opportunity for balancing the practical with the unrealistic. Younger, maybe woman, offers the opportunity to bring high expectations down to earth. Personally, Capricorn may offer the opportunity to Pisces to realize Pisces dream. Within the see-saw, good day for all.
Feb 18: Sun goes into Pisces through March 20. Energy changes from active and catalytic to soft, creative and helping. Time for Pisces to activate dreams or creative ideas. Cancer and Scorpio have a good month, and may help Pisces. Virgo experiences disappointing relationships, with Gemini and Sagittarius experiencing missed appointments or people not showing up. Aquarius and Aries are neutral. Taurus and Capricorn gave the opportunity to help Pisces realize their plans. Leo and Libra adjust to some withdrawing.
Feb 18 cont’d: one in control of the group proposes a plan to the group of activists or rebels. Indications are ideas have been made practical, business like, responsible and have the opportunity for acceptance. What was too idealistic is now more realistic with hopes of stability. Seems youngsters are more practical. Good day for all, except the water signs are in the background.
Feb 19: Moon into Virgo forming the full Moon in Virgo and Pisces, who experience most of the energy. A lot of Pisces energy, so Virgo cannot delve into the details. Gemini and Sagittarius irritated because of the lack of substance. The areas of the body for this full Moon are the duodenal area of the abdomen, eyes, feet, allergies and drug overdoses. Also today, very idealistic ideas or communication that could be compassionate and helping or downright unrealistic. However, if the ideas are combined with responsibility for self and ask responsibility from others, there is the opportunity for them to manifest.
Feb 20: No exact astrological aspects.
Feb 21: Moon goes into Libra, forming a see-saw day when things do not go as expected, especially for Libra and Pisces. Gemini and Aquarius can help Libra, with Scorpio and Cancer helping Pisces.
Feb 22: news, communication are vague, misleading and may be untrue. Be very careful making decisions or judging only from the hasty news. It may take a few hours, but the hard, true facts will come out. The established entity is able to stabilize the situation.
Feb 23: Moon goes into Scorpio to form harmonious relationship with the Sun, calming yesterday’s over-reaction. Also, there is an opportunity for the news to correct any overreaction from yesterday. There is an opportunity for a creative idea to be accepted by the established entity. Pisces and Capricorn may cooperate for successful publicity.
Feb 24: No exact astrological aspects.
Feb 24 USA: first date of a cycle that repeats May 26, ends Oct 24. Opposition towards several things: existing (gun) laws, homeland security, or trade agreements. Negations with or about both allies and enemies.
Feb 25: Moon goes into Sagittarius
Feb 26: quarter Moon in the signs of Sagittarius and Pisces. Be careful again! Emotions are high but overreacting. There is no common sense today, the energy is exaggerated and incomplete. Pisces, Sagittarius, Gemini and Virgo out of sorts. Aries and Leo can help Sagittarius, with Cancer and Scorpio helping Pisces.
Feb 27: good day with opportunity for harmony. The one in authority has softened and offers the project manager a creative solution to a practical job or project. Good for Pisces and Taurus to cooperate to produce Pisces’ creative idea under budget. Creative projects also involve the movies, Youtube and other visual activities.
Feb 28: Moon goes into Capricorn and forms a harmonious relationship with the Sun, indicating a good and practical end of February. Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio and Pisces enjoy the day. Cancer may feel mildly questioned, but the Pisces energy helps. Everyone else neutral to mildly good.
Feb 28 USA: first date of a cycle that repeats June 22 ends Jan 1 2020. Thankfully, this is a good one that indicates cooperative efforts regarding the higher laws - Supreme Court - the media, foreign relations and international trade.

This image from Parker Solar Probe's WISPR (Wide-field Imager for Solar Probe) instrument shows a coronal streamer, seen over the east limb of the Sun on Nov. 8, 2018, at 1:12 a.m. EST. Coronal streamers are structures of solar material within the Sun's atmosphere, the corona, that usually overlie regions of increased solar activity. The fine structure of the streamer is very clear, with at least two rays visible. Parker Solar Probe was about 16.9 million miles from the Sun's surface when this image was taken. The bright object near the center of the image is Mercury, and the dark spots are a result of background correction.
Our Sun's influence is far-reaching. The solar wind, its outflow of material, fills up the inner part of our solar system, creating a bubble that envelops the planets and extends far past the orbit of Neptune. Embedded in its energized particles and solar material, the solar wind carries with it the Sun's magnetic field. Additional one-off eruptions of solar material called coronal mass ejections also carry this solar magnetic field — and in both cases, this magnetized material can interact with Earth's natural magnetic field and cause geomagnetic storms. Such storms can trigger the aurora or even power outages, and other types of solar activity can cause communications problems, disrupt satellite electronics and even endanger astronauts — especially beyond the protective bubble of Earth's magnetic field. The site has more information, with a video of the Sun’s magnetism.
From Patty the Astrologer
If you go to NASA’s site, the picture is much larger, letting you see the particles of sunlight, indicating that your radiation has particles, too, intermingling with others’ particles. The NASA picture of the sun’s streaming is profound to me, letting me see that our radiation is actual substance, with that substance intermingling with others.
How does apply this to the Sun/you in your horoscope? The Sun nourishes all life on planet earth, including us. When we bask in the sunlight we are unaware of the energized particles, but they are there. The photo shows that the sunshine is substance. That means sunshine envelopes the earth and us with it is substance, matter or essence. The Sun is the most important “planet” in your horoscope, which represents you. The sign your Sun is in reveals how your life force - sunshine - specifically radiates from you. As you read above, the Sun is so strong, it envelops the entire solar system. Your solar system is symbolized by your horocope, with the planets inside the boundary circle of the zodiac signs. The planets represent your different ways of expression, and the houses they are in show where that expression happens. So... you – as represented by the Sun in your chart – radiate all through your system or life shown by your horoscope. The affect of your radiation is revealed by the relationship the Sun has with the other planets in your chart. All this reveals how you chose to create and experience your soul’s purpose, or contracts, for this lifetime.
Now look at little Mercury, the patron planet of communication, which is the white circle in the stream of sunlight. One can wonder how it even exists within the Sun’s stream of energy. But it does, and quite well. You can see in the picture how close Mercury is to the Sun. This means the Sun and Mercury work together, helping you communicate. In working with astrology for over 38 years, I have seen Mercury’s thinking influenced by its sign and relationship with the Sun and the planets.
No matter how the Sun and Mercury relate with the other planets: as the Edgar Cayce readings said, “no planet is stronger than the will.” The planets suggest, they do not impel. It is your choice how you decide to live your chart or your soul's purpose with its contracts, so to speak. Of course, Patty can help you understand your chosen path, with its contracts as shown in your horoscope. For your personal, accurate, helpful reading, Please contact Patty.

Virgo can be irritated because of lack of or too much detail Pisces goes along with the changes.
Jan 8: Challenging communication, especially between Capricorn and Aries, followed by Cancer and Libra. Disagreement between the practical and impulsive, creative ideas and projects. Taurus and Virgo can help Capricorn; with Leo and Sagittarius helping Aries.
Jan 8 USA: Tuesday. Congress is back in session, with subjects continually changing, nothing agreed upon, and emotional opposition to everything.. Even if it is raucous, it is only based upon emotion.
Jan 9: Moon goes into Pisces.
Jan 10: No exact astrology.
Jan 11: Sun conjunct Pluto at 20 degrees Capricorn 56 minutes; strong Capricorn energy meaning work, responsibility and consolidation. However the Moon is softening the force. Capricorn is again ambitiously directing, with Cancer again experiencing strong relationship issues; Taurus and Virgo have good practical endeavors; Scorpio has opportunity to lend their financial management talent; Pisces believes their creative is accepted; Sagittarius and Aquarius are neutral; Aries and Libra experience challenges; Gemini and Leo adjust to either the practical or consolidation.
Jan 12: Moon goes into Aries.
Jan 13: Mercury is conjunct Saturn at 12 degrees Capricorn 51 minutes, with communication being direct, maybe bossy and very practical. People are talking about work and responsibility. Jupiter is square Neptune revealing much precipitation, devious or vague situations ans possible financial fraud. Sagittarius and Pisces should be especially on guard for things not as they seem, Gemini and Virgo should be on the alert, too. Any financial decisions should be postponed until the situation is very clear.
Jan 13 USA: transiting Jupiter comes out of hiding, meaning conjunct the ascendant. Seems the immigrants come out of hiding and reach the border, further overwhelming resources. As of this writing, Dec 29, immigrants have been released into the USA because there are too many to be accommodated in shelters.
Jan 14: quarter Moon in the signs of Aries and Capricorn who experience the most challenges, followed by Cancer and Libra. The impulsive one is stopped by the practical one or the boss. Leo and Sagittarius can help Aries, with Taurus and Virgo helping Capricorn. After 1 pm ET, the Moon goes into Taurus, calming things. Also today, communication or news is more realistic and practical giving opportunity to clearly interpret yesterday’s situation. Capricorn can help by presenting the down-to-earth facts.
Jan 15: No exact astrology
Jan 15 USA: last date of the cycle that began March 27 and repeated Oct 2 that I had interpreted as the migrant situation, but could also be the chaos in the White House. Also: there is a new cycle beginning today for the USA which portends political cooperation. This is an opportunity which needs to be offered and accepted for it to be realized. The opportunity is between the Republicans and the Democrats and possibly offered by the Republicans.
Jan 16: harmonious, practical day which should be calm. Great day for Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn., although everyone should be happy. About 8 pm ET the Moon goes into Gemini.
Jan 17: No exact astrology.
Jan 17 USA: strong opposition to the rule of law and possibly foreign ally or foe. It could be strong opposition about the migrants because they are from other countries and can be called foreign. This could also be the death or resignation of a Supreme Court judge.
Jan 18: See-saw morning when things do not go as expected. Moon goes into Cancer after 10 am ET when it should go right again. Creative projects go well and conversation turns to how to make them real. However, there are challenges from the one in authority who wants everything to be realistic and do-able. Young people could be traveling, with the older or responsible ones staying home or in the office to direct.
Jan 19: No exact astrology.
Jan 20: From space.com: “Overnight from Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, into Monday, Jan. 21, millions of people in North and South America will have a prime view of a total lunar eclipse. During a special nocturnal hour, the full Moon will become fully tinted with the red-orange color of sunset. The Jan. 21 total lunar eclipse will be the last one until May 2021; the most recent total lunar eclipse previous to this one appeared in July 2018. Here, learn more about what makes lunar eclipses so special. [Rare Super Blue Blood Moon Eclipse Thrills Millions Around the World] https://www.space.com/42830-supermoon-blood-moon-total-lunar-eclipse-2019.html”.
Jan 20 continued: the eclipse is at 00 degrees 51 minutes in the signs of Leo and Aquarius who will have the strongest relationship control issues, followed by Taurus and Scorpio. Also, a vague situation when people cancel or don’t show up, difficult for Sagittarius and Pisces, followed by Gemini and Virgo. Seems like it will be one of those crazy days. The areas of the body symbolized by this full Moon are the heart, upper back, calves of the legs with the veins and blood pressure.
Jan 21: challenging day all around for projects; not a good day to rush things because it is stopped by practical reality. Especially difficult for Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Leo and Sagittarius can help Aries, with Taurus and Virgo helping Capricorn.
Jan 22: Moon goes into Virgo. Venus is conjunct Jupiter in Sagittarius, indicating a great day for travel, especially for Sagittarius. However, with the Moon in Virgo, pay attention to the details. Gemini may think they are opposed, but they enjoy verbal sparring; Pisces may feel overwhelmed by a lot of activity. Aries and Leo have an enjoyable day. Virgo can help the situation by administering the details. Scorpio and Capricorn are neutral; Cancer and Taurus adjust to a lot of activity, perhaps visits from traveling friends. Libra and Aquarius have opportunity to be included in travel.
Jan 23: see-saw day when things do not go as expected, asking you to accommodate minor changes. Also, challenging communication with directors disagreeing. The radicals or rebels refuse to listen to what is possible. Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn have the most challenges. It is best to postpone decisions.
Jan 24: Moon goes into Libra, with emotions more cooperative. Mercury goes into Aquarius through Feb 10. Good time for Aquarius to express their inventive or group ideas. Leo experiences control issues, along with Taurus and Scorpio. Gemini and Libra enjoy social or plans for groups; Aries and Sagittarius have opportunity to be included; Capricorn and Pisces are neutral; Cancer and Virgo adjust to abstract or scientific communication.
Jan 24 USA: First date of a cycle which repeats Aug 5, concludes Nov 26, 2019. This is major adjustment or change that could be a volcanic eruption (in the NW?). If not an earth change, beginning of adjustments with trade between allies or foes. The first date calls our attention, the following dates show us the processes.
Jan 25: Good day! The new project goes forward and may include travel or interaction with foreign entities; and with the Sun and Moon getting along, cooperation with the group happens. Aries, Sagittarius and Leo have a good day with creativity and no budget constraints; Libra, Gemini and Aquarius enjoy good communication and personal interaction.
Jan 26; No exact astrology.
Jan 27: Moon goes into Scorpio and forms a quarter Moon with Aquarius. Control issues about group finances that could draw Taurus and Leo in. Busy, challenging day. Cancer and Pisces can help Scorpio, with Gemini and Libra helping Aquarius.
Jan 27 USA: almost unnoticeable adjustment to the soul’s purpose of the USA. The north node, or purpose, of the country is Leo, meaning pay attention to the self or Supreme Court law, and less to large groups. However, the nodes try to balance, so perhaps this adjustment will balance the needs of groups with the resources of the country. Leo rules the ninth house of the Supreme Court, so there could be a case that seems minor, which has a balancing effect.
Jan 28: No exact astrology.
Jan 28 USA: last date of the cycle that began March 27 and repeated Sept 17. The migrant caravan began in March, with attention upon the children’s situation, resulting in the previous law being ignored. Perhaps on this date the law regarding the immigration crisis can be adjusted.
Jan 29: Moon goes into Sagittarius; Sun and Mercury in Aquarius. Activities with groups to plan the future. Scientific, mathamatic abstract subject abound today, possibly initiated by Aquarius. Leo may not be obeyed, with Taurus and Scorpio having control issues; Gemini and Libra enjoy a social day; Capricorn and Pisces are neutral; Aries and Sagittarius have opportunity to be included in the group; Cancer and Virgo adjust to the impersonal.
Jan 30: Sun and Moon getting along indicating a good day, continuing yesterday’s communication and activities. Especially good for Aries, Leo and Sagittarius; and Gemini, Libra and Aquarius.
Jan 30 USA: first date of the country’s Saturn square, which repeats Aug 15 and completes Oct 31. In a personal chart this indicates a challenge to what your job or responsibilities would be. According to Rex Bills’ The Rulership Book, Saturn rules or is the patron planet of the Democrats. This situation could be contention between the D’s over leadership. Saturn in the USA chart rules the house of money, so contention could produce a lack thereof, which could manifest as a refusal to fund infrastructure.
Jan 31: New cycle that repeats June 18 and Nov 8. Seems the established one is willing to cooperate with ideals to bring together what can be realized. Capricorn is willing to cooperate with Pisces to establish something realistic. Taurus and Virgo may be included to ground the project, with Cancer and Scorpio invited to add leadership and financial management. Since this is the first date of the cycle, the inkling will be present and needs to be recognized so the opportunity can be in full operation and focused June 18 for completion Nov 8. The degree is 14 degrees 54 minutes. Your personal experience may be interpreted for you when you contact Patty.

Sorry to be so late; this past Mercury retrograde was one of the worst, with all my computer devices malfunctioning. The email provider downloaded over 100 deleted mails from 2015, and the computer itself reverted to a more-than-one previous update. Thankfully, all the documents are default-saved on the separate hard drive so everything of importance is saved. I publish books on Amazon for a friend and Create Space sent everything to Kindle, and was and is not functioning properly. All this means trying to write the December forecast is delayed.
MARS INSIGHT LANDER SHOWS OFF FIRST IMAGE FROM MARS
"Raise your hand if you’re in this new photo from #Mars!" NASA wrote in a Dec. 6 tweet. "These two tiny chips contain the names of more than 2.4 million people who signed up to fly with me. We’re ON MARS, you guys. You’re all honorary Martians!" This means those of you (including me) who signed on to “fly to Mars.”

Happy Thanksgiving to you. I am grateful you for enriching my life with your presence in my life.
Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 22 this year, the same day the Sun goes into Sagittarius. Sagittarius and the planet Jupiter are symbols of abundance, learning and travel. Thanksgiving is the time of year for the most travel in the USA.
How will it go? The Sun joins Jupiter and retrograde Mercury in Sagittarius, which foretells a lot of travel. With a retrograde Mercury, you know to expect surprises in your plans. The planets “say” Thanksgiving day itself should be good but may be cold.
Mars, the planet of action, will be in the very wet, emotional sign of Pisces, meaning some plans may not happen or someone just wants to retreat and be alone, With both Mars and Neptune in a challenging relationship with Sagittarius,(although not exact), some invitees may not be able to attend. Be flexible and don’t take it personally. The Moon will be in its exaltation in Taurus, Venus sill be in its own sign of Libra, Saturn will be in its own sign of Capricorn and Neptune will be in its own sign of Pisces. This suggests the day will go well. It could also mean Cancer, Taurus, Libra, Capricorn and Pisces are happy.
Sagittarius should be the catalyst, Cancer may need to adjust plans and also have an important interaction, Gemini should have stimulating conversations, Virgo may be inwardly irritated because of what they consider chaos, allow yourself to enjoy. Libra should be their charming self, Taurus is practically helpful, Pisces is humourously creative and appealing; Scorpio may have a quiet, nice interaction, Leo has a good time if they realize they be flexible, Capricorn brings quiet stability, Aquarius seems neutral, but will help manage the situation if asked and enjoys the day. Aries may stir things up using their humor.
Thanksgiving is early this year. It is usually in the sign of Sagittarius and this year is on the cusp. The Sun does not return to an exact place of birth yearly, it can be a day off. The Sun goes into Sagittarius on Thanksgiving Day 2018 at 04:01:24 a..m. ET. If a baby is born before this time it will be a Scorpio, on or after this time will be a Sagittarius. One of my sisters’ birthday is Nov 22 and she is a Sagittarius. A friend’s birthday is Nov 22 and she is a Scorpio. They are born in different years.
May you all have a blessed and abundant Thanksgiving, and Sagittarius a very happy birthday.
Nov 16: Venus goes direct at 25 Libra 14 and will be at 25 Libra degrees through November 21. Any relationship or financial discomfort may be “fixed” after today. If you have a 25 degree planet, your ascendent or midheaven at 25 degrees, it will be affected. Libra is activated, Aries is asked to be in a partnership, Cancer and Capricorn have relationship or financial challenges; Gemini and Aquarius enjoy social events; Virgo and Scorpio are neutral; Pisces and Taurus adjust to possible relationship or financial situations. This is only if the 25-degree point is activated.
Also, Mercury goes retrograde Nov 16 at 13 Sagittarius 29; at 08:13 p.m., and goes direct Dec 6. Travel plans may go awry during this time, especially for Sagittarius, Gemini and Virgo. If you have plans, triple-check them before leaving and again at arrival. I’ve traveled frequently under a Mercury retrograde and was resilient. The “mishaps” ended up pleasant adventures. A note for those of you with a retrograde Mercury in your chart: this is a good time for you to plan, communicate and make agreements. The rest of us need your help at this time.
Enjoy. You may read the entire November forecast at: https://pattytheastrologer.blogspot.com
Nov 6 The transiting North and South Nodes will have just retrograded (their normal path) at 1;22:32 pm ET into 29 degrees Cancer and Capricorn from Leo-Aquarius, subtly changing the tone. The tone had been focus on large groups and causes, look at me and my own point of view. The tone is now more towards using past responsibility and stability for family or national harmony. Let us hope the south node in Capricorn does not reveal more hate and desire to defeat at all costs. The Democrats are symbolized by Saturn/Capricorn and their past actions may come to light. Perhaps the Cancer north node will bring attention to the family and our nation. The USA is a Cancer country, the sign of the transiting North Node. Since this change is early afternoon Eastern Time, it will be interesting to learn if the tone of the electorate changes.
The long-term background transit or cycle for the USA is that of the Democrats continual opposition to Republicans. Sharp focus dates were Feb 12, June 26, lastly Nov. 12, 2018.
Neptune the confuser is in a cycle indicating dissolving the borders, rule of law, confusion of the voters, and the Democrats adjusting.
Another cycle is the Democrats trying to change the outcome of the elections.
Nov 6 The mundane or inter-planetary relationships, not related to the USA chart, indicate ease and harmony with a big turnout early; possible disruptions between 5 and 8 pm ET followed by a settling and Democrats leading.
Uranus retrogrades back to Aries late on November 6, indicating changes, more action, and perhaps violence. Very late in the day more emotional outbursts about the election process.
Planetary relationship to the USA chart:
Nov 6: process does not go as expected, possibly because machines malfunction. As the day goes forward, early harmony, then contention then harmony with many women and young people voting, more contention. Then the Moon goes into Scorpio, revealing more serious or introspection about the issues followed by more harmony. Later it seems the Republicans are ahead, but there are more changes. Perhaps the day ends with nothing definitive.
If the counting and controversy continues, the aspects to the USA chart:
Nov 7 reveals mild adjustment to the counting, with nothing resolved.
Nov 8 Looks like the results are contested. However, Jupiter goes into Sagittarius on November 8, favoring the Republicans. At the end of the day, opportunity favoring the presidency. Nov 9, The Moon reveals times of harmony, stress, opposition, adjustment, opportunity for the Democrats.
If this still goes on Nov 10 shows opposition, some fraud, adjustment and no resolution. However the Moon goes into Capricorn, favoring the Democrats.
Nov 11, Democrats oppose the presidency, activation of crowds or groups, emotional challenge to the presidency, opposition to the Republicans, followed by adjustments.
Nov 12 is the last date of the cycle of the Democrats opposing the Republicans, but mild opposition and the Senate and House votes resolved.
Nov 13 another adjustment or mild change from the Congress.
Nov 14: if the process went to the higher court, it is resolved.
Who wins? It is so close it is hard to call.
According to Rex Bills’ The Rulership Book: Democrats are ruled by Saturn/Capricorn Republicans are ruled by Jupiter/Sagittarius Elections are ruled by Uranus The voters are ruled by Neptune.
Inter-planetary aspects and the USA USA chart used is the Sibely chart with 14 Sagittarius 25 Asc. For your personal reading, please contact Patty.
Transiting Neptune is focusing on the USA ascendant in what is called a “hard aspect” or challenge. I am interpreting this as the caravan heading toward us. Neptune can be compassionate, confusing, deceitful, victimizing and expect to be taken care of. From what I’ve read in the news, the people in the caravan are escaping horrible conditions in their countries, and are looking to work in the USA, meaning they are not trying to be welfare recipients. However, the numbers in the caravan are overwhelming and cause confusion, both to them, Mexico and the USA. The nation has a choice of being compassionate and accepting them all with blind faith, or use some discernment to avoid having the nation taken advantage of. I am asking for everyone to pray for the highest good of all to come out of this situation. Neptune began its focus March 17 this year, repeated Oct 2 and will end Jan 15, 2019. There is a wonderful cycle representing integration beginning February 2019. More about this later.

Nov 6: Tues: Uranus retrogrades at 00 Aries until Jan. 6 when it goes direct at 28 Aries 36. For those of you with a planet or point at 28, 29, and 00 degrees, change will be noticed. The retrograde movement backtracks over these degrees, asking you to evaluate what changes are happening - or should be happening - in your life. This is the time to direct the changes. When Uranus goes direct in Jan, and traverses these degrees again through first week in March 2019, the changes should be complete. Remember, if you do not take action and direct the changes, the changes will happen to you without your direction.
Nov 6: USA mid-term elections: This will be longer than expected, so a separate article will be sent to you.
Nov 7: Wed: new Moon at 15 Scorpio 11. Good day for Scorpio to reveal plans. Cancer and Pisces will help; Virgo can lend details, Capricorn quiet, practical leadership. Taurus may experience money control issues. Libra and Sagittarius are neutral. Aries and Gemini adjust to intensity or requests for financial accounting. Leo and Aquarius experience a mildly tense day.
Nov 8: Moon goes into Sagittarius.
Nov 8: Thurs.: Jupiter retrogrades at 00 Sagittarius through Aug 11 when it goes direct at 14 Sagittarius 30. The retrograde movement backtracks over these degrees, asking you to re-evaluate areas of expansion, joy or excess. For those of you with a planet or point between 14 and 29 and 00 degrees, use this time to discover what was happening so you can direct or correct. Jupiter represents travel, and if you traveled the previous cycle dates, you probably will travel again. Or... learn something new.
Nov 9: Fri: Relationships are good, with cooperation, balance and friendship the key. Great day for Libra, Aquarius and Gemini. Aries may be asked to cooperate; Leo may experience male opposition or insistence; Sagittarius sees an opportunity for inclusion. Other signs are neutral, although today is a good, harmonious day.

Nov 11: Sun: opportunity for financial and other negotiations; ask for a loan, etc. The one in power offers the other one in power cooperation in a new deal. Good day for Scorpio and Pisces, Taurus and Virgo. Cancer may feel mild opposition or a powerful relationship; Taurus may sense being pushed.
Nov 12; Mon: Sun and Moon in harmony, meaning a good day for everyone, but especially for Capricorn, Scorpio, Virgo and Pisces. Yesterday’s opportunity may be presented again.
Nov 12: USA: last focus date of a process that had dates of Feb 12 and June 26: opposition to expansion of either or both the population or dealings with allies and business partners.
Nov 19: USA: last focus date of a process that had dates of Feb 19 and June 17: adjustment to the soul’s purpose of the USA, which is focus on America financially and curb excess expenditures to other nations. (Folks, this is in the chart, not my opinion.)
Nov 13: Tues: Moon goes into Aquarius.
Nov 14: Wed: No exact astrological aspects.
Nov 15: Thurs: quarter Moon in the signs of Aquarius and Scorpio, who experience control-issue relationships. Leo and Taurus have control issues. Gemini and Libra can help Aquarius, Cancer and Pisces can help Scorpio. Also, there is an opportunity for a new group project. This is an opportunity for an idea to be revisited, worked on, and accomplished after Uranus goes direct Jan 6.
Nov 15: Thurs: Moon goes into Pisces. Mars goes into Pisces through Dec 31. Great time for creative presentations, such as music, dance and theater. Strong Pisces energy (if Pisces energy can be strong!) and time for Pisces to put creativity forward for acceptance. Your male mate becomes softer and romantic, especially for Cancer and Scorpio. Virgo, though, may be irritated from being taken away from tasks and work for either romance or an escape. Taurus and Capricorn have the opportunity for romance or escape from work. Aquarius and Aries neutral. Gemini and Sagittarius adjust to changes, but enjoy this.
Nov 16: Fri: Venus goes direct at 25 Libra 14. Any relationship or financial discomfort may be “fixed” after today. Mercury goes retrograde at 13 Sagittarius 29; goes direct Dec 6.
Nov 17: Sat: No exact astrological aspects.
Nov 18: Sun: harmonious Sun and Moon, revealing a good day for everyone and especially for Pisces, Scorpio and Cancer. Late morning the Moon goes into Aries.
Nov 19: Mon: Very busy day. In the car, on the train, or the ship. Expect too much to have been planned with things being late, even into late evening. Cancer and Scorpio may help Pisces, with Aries and Leo helping Sagittarius.
Nov 20: Tues: quincunx, see-saw day when things do not go as expected, but when you are flexible, it is better. Aries and Scorpio do not understand each other, with Aries pushing Scorpio, who esists. Leo and Sagittarius can help Aries with Cancer and Pisces helping Scorpio. Early evening Moon goes into Taurus.
Nov 21: Wed: another quincunx, see-saw day, but more intense. The money manager demands financial accounting from the group. Globally, the one in power demands accounting for the ill-planed rebel group who is forced to adjust. Scorpio pushes Aries for financial accounting, with Aries having to adjust. Leo and Sagittarius can help Aries, with Cancer and Pisces helping Scorpio.
Nov 22: Thurs: Sun goes into Sagittarius at 04:01:am through Dec 21. Happy birthday Sagittarius. This is Sagittarius’ time to travel, whether physically or mentally. Gemini enjoys verbal sparring; Leo and Aries enjoy a creative month. Virgo and Pisces challenged by fast, unexpected happenings and perhaps visits from traveling friends. Taurus and Cancer adjust to unexpected visits, too, with your schedules awry. Libra and Aquarius have opportunities for travel or educational adventures.
Nov 22: USA: something happens behind the scenes causing an adjustment to the office of the presidency and the president himself.
Nov 23:Fri: No exact astrological aspects.
Nov 24: Sat: Neptune goes direct at 13 Pisces 41, revisiting 14, 15 and 16 degrees. If you have these degrees in your chart, they will be focused again. This cycle began April 2017, with the end of the focus Christmas 2018. Neptune in the positive gives creativity, spiritual benefits or what house Neptune rules in your chart. In the difficult, Neptune brings confusion, chaos, betrayal or deceit. Look to the last time Neptune focused on the planet at those degrees to learn how to direct this energy for the highest good of all. If you want personal direction, please contact Patty the Astrologer.
Nov 24: USA: an opportunity cones to the presidency for good expansion or good news regarding the populace itself.
Nov 25: Sun: Moon goes into Cancer to create a quincunx, see-saw day with Sagittarius. The books say Cancer and Sagittarius are at a natural quincunx relationship and should not get along, but we do. Jupiter is exalted in the sign of Cancer, bringing celestial harmony and friendship between the signs, I am a Cancer and have found friendships with Sagittarius wonderful. Sagittarius and Cancer both love adventure, with Cancer directing Sagittarius’ enthusiasm.
Nov 26: Mon: a Sagittarius day, meaning travel, higher education and higher religion or spirituality. Sagittarius has a great day promoting their ideas or traveling, with Gemini perhaps experiencing their partner “flying away.” Leo and Aries an enthusiastic day. Libra and Aquarius have the opportunity for enthusiastic social events, Scorpio and Capricorn are neutral; Taurus and Cancer adjust to the happy unexpected. Also today, a lot of enthusiastic communication or news, which continually changes and is incomplete. If there are arguments, realize the information or ideas are spontaneous and not thought out. Sagittarius is trying to communicate to a fog, meaning people do not understand. Aries and Leo can help Sagittarius, with Cancer and Scorpio helping Pisces (if needed).
Nov 27: Tues: Moon goes into Leo, and creates a harmonious relationship with the Sun in Sagittarius. Happy, enthusiastic day. Also, the lack of communication from yesterday clears up. Any incomplete communication or news becomes clear. Opportunity for a compassionate or creative project or plan to be accepted by the ones in charge. Pisces has the opportunity to work with Capricorn for a practical application of their dream. Much positive communication and especially good for Sagittarius. Gemini may think they are being opposed, but they are being asked to look into the future; Virgo may be overwhelmed by the speed of news; Leo and Aries enjoy the day; Cancer and Taurus adjust (again) to interruptions. Scorpio is neutral. Libra and Aquarius have the opportunity to be included.
Nov 28: Wed: No exact astrological aspects.
Nov 29: Thurs: American Thanksgiving: Moon goes into Virgo creating a quarter Moon in the signs of Virgo and Sagittarius. Expect plans to be changed or people to be late. Details may be changed, to the chagrin of Virgo, Gemini and Pisces also affected by changes. Taurus and Capricorn can help Virgo, with Leo and Aries helping Sagittarius.
Nov 30: Fri: Relationship independence between Libra and Aries, with Cancer and Capricorn challenged with independence issues. These signs love challenges, so today may be fun for them. However, Gemini and Aquarius can help Libra, with Leo and Sagittarius helping Aries. At the very least, a busy day with relationships.
