Regardless of whether you are working for a secular company or a religious organization, working as if God is your employer is a great way to manage job stress. This is because it helps you to look up to God for your reward even if your earthly employer ignores your efforts, places unreasonable demands on you or stressed you in any other way.
Therefore regardless of your actual job, Whatever you do, do it well as if you are doing it to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of inheritance because you serve the Lord Jesus Christ. (Colossians 3:23-24)
Give God 10% of the total amount of money you make from your job because He tells to “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so that there may be food in My house and try Me now in this," says the Lord of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.
And I will rebuke the devourer for your sake, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field. ” says the Lord of hosts. (Malachi 3:10-11)
We can see the effect of a person's tithe ensuring that his vine bears fruit in his field even if he is working in a stressful field from Isaac. This is because he promised to give God a tenth of everything at Bethel if God would be with him, keep him and give him food and clothing. (Genesis 28:20-22)
Isaac then landed a very stressful job working for Laban because Laban cheated him and changed his salary 10 times. (Genesis 31:7) However, God blessed Isaac in the midst of his stressful job because when Laban set his salary to be the speckled flock, all the herd bore speckled animals. If he changed the salary to streaked animals, all the flock bore streaked animals. Regardless of what Laban did to ensure that Isaac did not succeed at his place of work, God ensured that he prospered so much so that by the time he was leaving, God's Angel told Isaac to look at the flock and see that all the rams were speckled, streaked and spotted.
God did this for Isaac because He had seen how badly his employer was treating him for He said, "I have seen all what Laban is doing to you." (Genesis 31:12) God had also remembered Isaac's promise for He said to him, "I am the God of Bethel, the place where you anointed the pillar and made a vow to Me." (Genesis 31:13)
Therefore, ensure that you pay your tithe by giving a tenth of all that you make to your Church so that God can bless you and help you prosper even if you are working in a stressful place.
Meditate on Bible verses so that you can renew your mind and stop feeling stressed because of the things going on in your workplace. You can meditate on job Scriptures as you commute to your job and during your breaks at work.
Bible verses that you can meditate on to manage stress at work include: Isaiah 49:4 which declares Surely, my just reward is with the Lord God and my work is with my God.
This means that even if you are not being remunerated fairly at your place of work, you have to believe that God will reward you fairly for the work that you are doing.
Therefore do not work half-halfheartedly because of the meager pay you are receiving. Put in your best effort with the expectation that God Himself will reward you.
Ecclesiastes 9:1 which declares that the work of the righteous and the wise is in the hands of God.
This means that even if the source of your job stress is a supervisor scheming to terminate your services unjustly, the final say is not from them. It is from God.
Therefore, do not let the fear of being sacked stress you as long as you are doing the right thing in the sight of God and behaving wisely at your workplace.
Psalm 75:6-7 which states that promotion does not come from the east or the west or the south. It comes from God.
Therefore, if the source of your work stress is a boss who has refused to promote you or who ignores your good work or takes credit for it himself, remind yourself that God can still cause you to be promoted miraculously.
So, keep working faithfully and keep believing that God will promote you.
Jeremiah 31:16 where God tells you to stop weeping and dry your eyes because your work shall be rewarded.
Therefore stop crying and complaining because you are not being rewarded for your good effort at your place of work.
Continue working while being certain that your efforts shall be compensated by God.
Wear your Armor
When Nehemiah and the Israelites were working on the walls of Jerusalem, they faced such strong opposition from their enemies that they had to be armed as they worked for he says, The builders who rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem had swords girded at their sides as they built. (Nehemiah 4:17-18)
Therefore put on your spiritual armor before going to your workplace so that you are ready to fight back spiritually. To learn how to do this read How to Put on the Armor of God.
Commit to exercising for at least 30 minutes four times a week and preferably each day, and you will be able to manage stress at your workplace more effectively. This is due to the fact that aerobic exercises cause the body to release endorphins which make you feel good even if the situation at your workplace is still far from good.
Physical exercise also helps your body reduce the levels of circulating stress hormones which lowers your risk of developing stress related illnesses.
Therefore ensure that you exercise regularly by walking briskly, spinning, jogging or even by dancing and gardening.
Mothers Day Bible Verses that can teach us lessons from mothers in the Bible include:
I prayed for this child and the Lord granted me the request which I asked of Him. 1 Samuel 1:27
Hannah asked God for a child and God answered her prayer by giving her baby Samuel.
Therefore, if you would like to increase your family, pray for a baby while believing that God will answer your prayer the way He answered Hannah's.
If all is well with me, why am I like this? Genesis 25:21
After Isaac prayed because his wife Rebekah was barren, God answered his prayer and she conceived. However, the twins struggled withing her womb and she asked why she was feeling that way if everything was okay. Rebekah then did the right thing and Went to inquire from God (Genesis 25:22) who told her that she was carrying two nations in her womb.
Therefore emulate Rebekah when you have any concerns about your health and inquire from the Lord why you are feeling the way you are feeling even as you ask your doctor.
This is because gaining the spiritual insight to your problem from God will help you cope better with the physical effects of the problem.
It is well. 2 Kings 4:23
The Shunammite woman conceived a miracle child after Elijah had prophesied to her and one day, the boy died. She then asked her husband for a donkey to go and consult Elijah and when her husband inquired why she was going, she told him "It is well." (2 Kings 4:23)
When Elijah saw her approaching, he sent his servant to inquire of her and she replied, "It is well." (2 Kings 4:26)
When she finally met with Elijah, she told him of her problem and he prayed for her son and his life was restored.
This mother therefore teaches us that we should not speak negative words about negative situations that we do not want to be entrenched in our lives. She shows us that we should continue making positive confessions about our situation until we get to the presence of God or meet with His servant.
So continue having faith by believing that what you are hoping for is what will happen since Faith is the substance of things hoped for (Hebrews 11:1) and speak out this faith whenever you are asked about the situation that you are believing God to help you with.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Day is celebrated on May 12 each year.
If you suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, this is a good day to do something to improve your symptoms.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Symptoms
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is also known as systemic exertion intolerance disease (SEID) or myalgic encephalitis (ME).
The cause of chronic fatigue syndrome is not known but it is thought to be triggered by viruses, stress, hormonal imbalances and poor immune system functioning.
Chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms include extreme fatigue which does not improve with rest and which is not caused by a medical condition like diabetes, hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid), anemia, anxiety or depression.
This extreme fatigue which can last for 24 hours after physical exertion, can also be associated with muscle pains, joint pains, headaches, insomnia and "foggy brain" which includes memory loss and inability to concentrate.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Day Activities
There is no cure for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and its treatment aims at relieving symptoms. This can be achieved by using the following natural therapies: 1. Aromatherapy 2. Bible therapy 3. Cognitive restructuring therapy 4. Nutrition therapy 5. Relaxation therapy 6. Sleep adequately
Aromatherapy for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment
Aromatherapy essential oils that are used to treat chronic fatigue syndrome include eucalyptus, geranium, lavender, lemon, peppermint and rosemary.
The following are some aromatherapy recipes that you can use to treat some of the symptoms of CFS:
Eucalyptus 10 drops
Lemon 10 drops
Rosemary 15 drops
Mix these essential oils in a dark bottle.
Add 12 drops of this essential oil mixture to a cup (250ml or 8oz) of sweet almond oil to create a massage oil.
Apply this mixture on your body to relieve physical exhaustion.
Lavender 15 drops
Roman chamomile 15 drops
Clary sage 10 drops
Mix these essential oils in a dark bottle.
Add 3 drops of this essential oil mixture to a cotton ball and place it inside your pillow case.
Inhale the soothing oils and drift of to a restful sleep.
Bible Therapy for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment
Bible therapy for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome treatment includes:
The Bible offers prayer as the answer for suffering for it asks, “Is anyone of you suffering? Let him pray.” (James 5:13)
Therefore pray if you are suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome because it is the Lord Who heals all your diseases. (Psalm 103:3)
Since studies have shown that prayer can reduce the symptoms of some diseases, Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) until God heals you.
As you do so, ensure that you use Scriptures since the sword of the spirit is the word of God (Ephesians 6:17).
Scriptures that you can use as prayers to be healed of chronic fatigue syndrome include:
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to heal me because my body is troubled by chronic fatigue syndrome. (Adapted Psalm 6:2)
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to heal me and I shall be healed of this condition. (Adapted Jeremiah 17:14)
Heavenly Father I ask You in the name of Jesus to heal me because it is written that if I serve You, You will take away sickness from me. (Exodus 23:25)
When you pray, believe that God can heal you because we are told to Ask in faith, without doubting because the person who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. Let not that person suppose that they will receive anything from the Lord because they are double minded and unstable in all their ways. (James 1:5-7)
Having faith is also important since Jesus told many people who had been healed of their conditions that“Your faith has made you well.”
Therefore, since Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1), you have to feel the substance of the thing you are hoping for and see it with your mind's eye.
So as you pray, feel yourself energized and see yourself as strong and healthy.
Cognitive Restructuring Therapy for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment
Cognitive restructuring is discarding the wrong thoughts (cognitive distortions) that contribute to feeling fatigued. These cognitive distortions include:
Shoulds and Should Nots
This wrong thinking pattern causes a person to hold themselves to a set of strict rules of what they must and must not do. Failure to keep those strict rules results in feeling guilty and frustrated.
For example, they can think, "I should have walked for 30 minutes."
To correct this wrong thinking pattern you can think, "I am glad I walked for 10 minutes and I will try to walk for 30 minutes tomorrow".
This wrong thinking pattern causes a person to magnify the negatives while ignoring the positives.
For example, they can think, "I am a total failure because I sat down three times during my walk."
To correct this wrong thinking pattern you can think, "Even though I sat down three times, I finished my 10 minute walk.'
Relaxation Techniques for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment
Psychological stress is one of the factors that is strongly linked to CFS.
Regularly practicing relaxation techniques like the following can therefore help in its management:
Abdominal Breathing Abdominal breathing is one of the easiest ways to counter the body's stress response. It is also the simplest relaxation technique since all it involves is taking a deep breath through your nose, holding your breath for a few moments and then exhaling completely.
Therefore, sent a timer and take 5 abdominal breaths each hour you are awake to ensure you remain relaxed throughout Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Day and all other days.
Meditation Meditation is another very effective relaxation technique which has been shown to be beneficial for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
To meditate, loosen your clothing, lie down in a quiet place and focus your mind on healing Bible verses like the following:
I have been made well. (Adapted Matthew 9:21)
By His stripes I am healed. (Adapted Isaiah 53:5) He sent His word and healed me. (Adapted Psalm 107:20)
Exercises for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment
Gentle exercises can help you feel more energized. Therefore schedule five minutes each day to do stretching exercises and low impact aerobic exercises like walking and swimming.
As the fatigue reduces, increase the minutes you spend doing the exercises until you are able to exercise for 30 minutes four times a week.
Diet for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment
Diets that are said to be beneficial for managing chronic fatigue syndrome include those which are rich in the following nutrients: B complex vitamins Studies have linked low levels of the B complex vitamins to chronic fatigue syndrome. Therefore increase your intake of: Vitamin B12 rich foods like chicken, eggs, fish, milk, cheese Vitamin B9 rich foods like dark green leafy vegetables, broccoli and oranges Vitamin B6 rich foods like bananas, beef, sweet potatoes, wild salmon If that is not possible take a Vitamin B Complex Supplement.
Vitamin C Vitamin C is another important nutrient in a CFS diet and it can be obtained by eating oranges, tangerines, lemons and other citrus fruits as well as red bell peppers.
Sleep Hygiene for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment
Chronic fatigue syndrome day is the perfect day to improve your sleep hygiene so that you can sleep promptly at night and wake up refreshed in the morning. To do this: 1. Dedicating your bedroom for only sleeping and making it conducive for sleeping by getting a comfortable bed, reducing noise levels, keeping it dark, maintaining it a your ideal temperature.
2. Establish a relaxation routine to help you wind down before you sleep each evening. This can include turning off electronics, lighting aromatherapy candles, taking a warm bath, listening to calming music and reading a soothing book like the Bible.
Candles are used for stress relief because candlelight is known to have a calming effect on the mind. This soothing effect can be used to manage stress at the end of a rough day by simply taking a warm, aromatherapy bath while surrounded by a sea of restorative candlelight as you meditate on Scriptures like Walk as children of light for the fruit of the light consists of all goodness and righteousness and truth. (Ephesians 5:7-14)
Candles can also be incorporated into a bedtime relaxation routine that includes doing gentle stretching exercises to loosen tense muscles in a room lit by calming candlelight while meditating on Bible verses like Your Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. (Psalm 119:105)
For optimum results, create an aura of tranquility by playing Christian worship music, lighting several candles and placing them in front of a mirror to reflect their soft illumination around the room to help your mind relax. After setting the ambiance, lie down on a mat and take several deep breaths to relax you body. Then, meditate on light Bible verses like the following:
Jesus spoke to them saying, “I am the light of the world”. (John 8:12)
This is a wonderful Bible verse to meditate on if you want Jesus to illuminate your dark, stressful situation.
The unfolding of your word gives light. It gives understanding to the simple. (Psalm 119:130)
This is an awesome Bible verse to meditate on when you need God to help you comprehend something that is baffling you.
The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear? (Psalm 27:1)
This is a good Bible verse to meditate on when you want to overcome fear.
The people living in darkness have seen a great light and on those living in the land of the shadow of death, a light has dawned. (Matthew 4:16)
This is an excellent Bible verse to meditate on when you are trusting God to come through for you and help you resolve your stressful situation.
Your light shall break forth as the morning. (Isaiah 58:8)
This is a fantastic Bible verse to meditate on when you are praying and fasting for a breakthrough.
Let your light shine before people so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
This is an awesome Bible verse to meditate on when you need inspiration on how to maximize your gifts and talents.
Arise and shine for your light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. (Isaiah 60:1)
This is a great Bible verse to meditate on when you need motivation to achieve your goals.
God is light and in Him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. (1 John 1:5-7)
These are great Bible verses to meditate on if you want to clean your ways and live right.
You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people so that you should show forth the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. (1 Peter 2:9)
This is a magnificent Bible verse to meditate on when you need want glorify God with your life.

After casting the situation to God, believe that He can change it for the better.
This having faith in God's ability to change your situation is very important because All things are possible for the person who believes (Mark 9:23) and it was faith that enabled this woman to be healed for Jesus said to her, "Your faith has made you well." (Mark 5:34)
Therefore simply decide to believe that God can improve your situation for you.
Since The tongue has the power of death and life (Proverbs 18:21) use your God given power to change your situation for the better.
The woman with the issue of blood did this for she spoke to herself saying, "If I touch His garment I shall be healed" (Mark 5:28) and she did touch his garments and was cured.
Therefore, speak faith words and tell yourself and your situation what will happen.
For the best results, speak Scriptures to your situation since The sword of the spirit is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:17)
To learn Bible verses you can confess to yourself and declare over your situation to change it for the better read Christian Affirmations.
4. Physically do Something
After mentally placing your hope in God and spiritually placing your faith in Him and prophesying over your situation with His Word, physically do whatever you can to improve it since Faith without works is dead. (James 2:26)
The woman with the bleeding disease did something physical because she mustered strength to leave her home even though she was hemorrhaging and pushed through the crowd until she touched the hem of Jesus' garment.
Therefore instead of drowning in depression, decide to do something physical to improve your situation.
After making your decision, know that for your physical activity to be most effective, you first have to strategically position yourself the way this woman placed herself next to Jesus. To learn how to do this read How to Choose a Strategic Place to Position Yourself.
David expected to defeat not just Goliath, but the entire Philistine army.
Therefore when you are faced with a similar challenge, expect to defeat not just the enemy who is standing facing you but also their entire network.
4. David wanted to glorify God
David wanted to defeat Goliath and the Philistine army so that he could glorify God by proving to the world what He could do without using physical weapons like swords and spears.
Therefore when you are faced with a similar challenge, make glorifying God the motive of defeating your enemies. Have the desire to prove to the world that God can defeat them even without using physical weapons.
5. David confessed that the battle was God's
David admitted that God was going to fight that battle since it was His and not David's.
Therefore when you are facing a similar challenge, confess to yourself and to others that God is going to fight the battle since it was His. As you do this, ensure that you use Bible verses as your affirmations since The sword of the spirit is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:17) To learn how to do this read How to Make Powerful Affirmations.
6. David expected to win
David expected God to give him victory. Therefore when you are faced with a similar battle, emulate David's words and attitude and expect God to give you victory.
The following are tips on how to fast according to the Bible:
Help the Less Fortunate
God asked the Israelites, Is this not the fast that I have chosen … To share your food with those who are hungry? … That you invite to your home the poor who are cast out … That when you see a person who is naked you cover them …. That you do not hide yourself from your own flesh and blood? (Isaiah 58:7)
Therefore ensure that when you are abstaining from food for spiritual reasons that you also provide food for those who do not have something to eat, provide shelter for those who do not have somewhere to live and provide clothing for those who do not have something to wear.
You can do this by physically taking food and clothing to shelters for the homeless or giving money to organizations that support the less fortunate in your society.
God reiterates the importance of helping those who are suffering because He says, If you extend yourself to help the hungry and satisfy the needs of those who are afflicted, then your light shall arise in the darkness. (Isaiah 58:10)
Do Not Engage in Pleasurable Activities
When the Israelites asked God “Why have we fasted and You do not see? (Isaiah 58:3), He told them, “On the day you fast, you engage in pleasure.” (Isaiah 58:3)
Therefore if you want God to acknowledge your fast, do not engage in pleasurable activities like reading your favorite magazines or watching your favorite TV shows.
In addition, if you are married, abstain from sexual pleasure for the Bible advices, Do not deprive one another except if you agree to refrain from sexual relations for a limited time so that you can devote yourselves to prayer. (1 Corinthians 7:5)
Do Not Publicize your Fast
When the Israelites asked God “Why have we fasted and You do not see? (Isaiah 58:3), He asked them if the day for fasting was A day for a person to only afflict his soul, to bow his head like a bulrush and lie on sackcloth and ashes?(Isaiah 58:4)
Therefore if you want God to acknowledge your fast, heed Jesus’ advice for He said, When you fast, do not be like the hypocrites who put on a sad countenance for they disfigure their faces to show other people that they are fasting. Surely I tell you that they have received their reward.
But you, when you fast, apply oil to your head and wash your face so that you do not look like you are fasting to other people but only to your Father who is in the secret place. And, your Father who sees what you do in secret will reward you openly. (Matthew 6:16-18)
So when you abstain from food, abstain also from putting on a sad face, carrying yourself with a miserable demeanor and wearing sackcloth to show people that you are suffering. Instead, take a shower and anoint yourself with oils so that only God can see that you are denying yourself and He will reward your publicly for your private fasting.
To learn more about how to fast according to the Bible, read How to Fast Effectively.
How to Fast Effectively uses examples from the Bible to teach you how to abstain from food and achieve great results. This Christian fasting book also teaches you the different types of fasts according to the Bible and explains the spiritual benefits of not eating food.
Topics covered in this Biblical fasting book include:
Hagar found herself as a single mother through very unfortunate circumstances. This was because she was an Egyptian maid of Abram's wife Sarai (Genesis 16:1) and when Sarai realized that she could not bear children, she asked her husband to get children with Hagar. Abram obeyed and Hagar conceived. (Genesis 16:4)
After Hagar's conception, her relationship with Sarai did not remain rosy and she left Sarai's home and went to the wilderness. (Genesis 16:6) It was while she was there that God visited her by sending His Angel to her.
Therefore if like Hagar you are in a personal wilderness because you are: * single * pregnant * without social support * without a job * hurting because of how you have been treated understand that God hears your pain for His Angel told Hagar, The Lord has heard your affliction. (Genesis 16:11)
Know that God also sees your suffering for Hagar Called the Lord who spoke to her, "You Are The God Who Sees" for she said, "have I also seen Him Who sees me?" (Genesis 16:13)
Therefore, do not despair.
Take heart by believing that you are not alone for God is Jehohave Roi the God Who Sees and He has also promised you saying, I will never leave you or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5)
Pray and ask Him to show you what you should do about your situation the way He advised Hagar through His Angel to go back to Sarai and serve her in humility. (Genesis 16:9)
To help you deal with your situation more effectively this Single Mother's Day, ask yourself the two God Questions that the Angel asked Hagar in the wilderness for He said: "Where have you come from and where are you going?" (Genesis 16:8)
Where am I coming from?
Evaluate the circumstances that have led to your current circumstances and if you have made any mistakes, confess your sins to God, ask Him to forgive you and believe that He has forgiven you because If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
The stories of Jesus, Joseph and Eve of temptation in the Bible can teach us the following tips on how to flee temptation:
1. Redirect your Eyes
When the devil tempted Eve with eating the forbidden fruit, Eve was unable to resist the temptation because When Eve saw that the tree was GOOD for food and that it was PLEASING to the eyes and a tree DESIRABLE to make one wise, she took its fruit and ate it. (Gen 3:6)
Therefore, when you find yourself in a tempting situation, stop looking at the temptation. Direct your gaze to another part of the place you are in so that the temptation does not begin to appear good, pleasing and desirable.
2. Redirect your Mind
When the devil tempted Jesus in the wilderness, Jesus quoted Scriptures and He was able to resist the temptations successfully. Thrice Jesus said "It is written" before He quoted the relevant Bible verses. (Matthew 4:1-10)
Therefore, when you find yourself in a tempting situation, redirect your mind from the temptation and direct it to what is written in the Bible about the specific temptation you are facing. In other words, stop thinking about the temptation and start thinking about what God's word says.
For example, in Eve's situation she could have directed her mind from the fruit and redirected it to what God had told them about it which was You shall not eat it and you shall you touch it (Gen 3:3)
Other Bible verses of fighting temptation that you can use include: No temptation has overtaken me except those which are common to man. But God is faithful and He will not allow me to be tempted beyond what I am able to bear because with each temptation there will also be a way of escape so that I may be able to bear it. (Adapted 1 Corinthians 10:13)
I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)
Marriage is honorable and the marriage bed should not be defiled (Hebrews 13:4) if you are being tempted to commit adultery.
If you cannot think of a specific Bible verse for your specific temptation but you know what you are being tempted to do is wrong, simply meditate on and confess Abhor what is evil and cling to what is good. (Romans 12:9)
3. Redirect your Body
When the Potiphar's wife tempted Joseph to commit adultery, Joseph redirected his body from the place where he was being tempted for He left his garment in her hand and fled. (Genesis 39:12)
Therefore, when you find yourself in a tempting situation, make haste to physically leave the place where you are being tempted.
This three-pronged approach of redirecting your eyes, redirecting your mind and redirecting your body will help you resist different types of temptation because All that is in the world - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life - is not of the Father. (1 John 2:16)
Pray Without Ceasing
As you do all this redirecting of your eyes, mind and body, ensure that you are praying and asking God to help you because We do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesess because He was tempted just as we are and yet He was without sin.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace so that we may obtain mercy and grace to help us in our time of need. (Hebrews 4:15-16)
