What Makes an Event Amazing? - SoundCloud
(2801 secs long, 27 plays)Play in SoundCloud

There is no doubt that in person events can provide incredible value. However, attending, exhibiting or sponsoring an event requires investment such as time, energy and money. It’s critical to do your research to ensure you achieve a positive return on your investment.

For event organizers it’s even more challenging as they must find a way to stand out from the crowd and attract sponsors, powerful speakers, exhibitors and of course sell tickets to fill seats.

What makes an event or industry conference amazing?

Is it the…

  • venue
  • location
  • speakers
  • content
  • ability to connect with others
  • promotional opportunities
  • food and drink
  • comfortable seats
  • ease to get around conference sessions and special events
  • entertainment
  • personality and tone of the event
  • service
  • volunteers
  • efficiency
  • leads required
  • all the little details

Is it all of the above? My belief is yes it is all of the above and more. An amazing event creates an amazing experience for all who are part of it.

I have spoke and trained at hundreds of events, conferences and workshops. Every one of them has a unique personality. Many of them have been amazing, and a few not so much.

The best events have founders, organizers and volunteers who have a heart to serve, not just monetize. They must care about their speakers, sponsors, attendees and their own team supporting the event.

Creating an engaging, memorable and amazing experience should be a top goal for any event or conference organizer.

Amazing events don’t just “happen.” They are seeds that are planted by someone or a team who has a “why” bigger than selling seats.  These are the events that become amazing over time with the investment of many who are involved.

At the core of being human we want to connect with other humans who have the same beliefs, goals and dreams as us. Events can do exact this when done right.

The Midwest Digital Marketing Conference (MDMC) can teach us a lot about running and event. I was a keynote speaker at the Midwest Digital Marketing Conference in 2018 and I must say it was one of the best events I have spoke at for many reasons.

I am excited to be returning this year as the emcee and master of ceremonies. I’ll also be hosting a 2.5 hour Personal Branding workshop as well as facilitating a personal branding panel. Bottom line, I’m thrilled to be returning and love being part of the community.

I recently interviewed the 2 founders of MDMC, Perry Drake and Brianna Smith. Perry is MDMC Founder and Assistant Professor and Executive Director of the Marketing and Sales Leadership Institute of the University of Missouri of St Louis.

Brianna is Director of Digital Marketing at TeraRecon, Executive Director of MDMC and Adjunct Professor of Social Media Strategies and advanced Facebook Advertising at the University of Missouri of St Louis

Take a listen to episode 262 of the Social Zoom Factor podcast to learn the exact strategies MDMC has used since day one to create an event that is now a Top Conference to Check out in 2019 by Forbes and will attract more than 2000 attendees, 100+ speakers including Adobe, Johnson & Johnson, Purina, LinkedIn, and more.

This success doesn’t happen by accident. It certainly doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of smart work, late nights, collaboration, and devoted hearts to build something that we can all be part of together that is bigger than any of us can do on our own.

The best part is tickets are affordable so that everyone can attend, and bring their entire marketing team so they can maximize the value.

MDMC is a nonprofit event and all proceeds go to MDMC Marketing Scholarship Fund, an UMSL Undergraduate Marketing Scholarship made possible by the MDMC

Grab your ticket to the Midwest Digital Marketing Conference here -> Midwest Digital Marketing Conference

261: Franchise Digital and Social Media Marketing in 2019 - SoundCloud
(975 secs long, 28 plays)Play in SoundCloud

Franchise organizations are built on the foundation that there is power in a tribe. It’s in the DNA of successful franchisor founders to empower their tribe of franchisees and customers to be the best brand evangelists in the world.

Why is it then that many franchisors and franchisees shy away from social media and digital marketing in 2019? Many franchisors will state they are a big fan of digital and social. However, when you do the double click, you see that it’s mostly “lip service.”  They may be a “fan” of social and digital technologies, but they are not truly investing in empowerment of their teams and integrating these technologies into the DNA of their organizations.

Unfortunately, many franchisors are afraid of risk. They fear the technology mostly because they often don’t understand it. They fear that putting the technology in the hands of their franchisees will open up their brand for more risk.

Here’s the truth and reality that franchise organizations MUST embrace for success in 2019…. digital and social media marketing is your friend. It’s not going away. It’s here to stay. Most importantly, your franchisees are using and will continue to leverage these digital and social technologies regardless if you take the time to train and empower them properly.

Franchisors Must Lead Their Digital Strategy

Franchisors must step up and take leadership. Franchisees must also take ownership and require that your franchisor lead your tribe.

The reality is that the more the franchisor takes the lead with their digital and social marketing strategies, the more the risk can decrease. Empowering franchisees to properly represent the corporate brand promise, learn how to have authentic conversations with their local market and community, the more consistent the brand will be across different locations.

It is not about control. Instead franchisors must think of it as empowerment. Avoiding the inevitable is a recipe for disaster. Instead franchisors and franchisees should take a driver seat and leverage social and digital marketing to stand out from the crowd and zoom straight past their competition.

The truth is that regardless if a franchisor, franchisee or brand of any type or size decides to engage on the social web, there is a conversation happening in their honor already. The question is do they want to be a proactive part of the conversation.

Our agency Marketing Nutz has worked with franchise organizations since the month we opened doors almost 10 years ago. We have worked with franchise organizations of all shapes and sizes – from organizations in startup phase up to franchise organizations with thousands of franchisees and locations. We help them not only implement social media, adopt new technologies but also setup an infrastructure including customized and co-branded virtual learning academies that empower the franchisees while also ensuring brand consistency, streamlined communication and ensuring the corporate organization and franchisor is consistently providing value and partnering with franchisee teams.

Franchise Social and Digital Marketing is about Empowerment, Not Control

Franchisors must learn that it is their responsibility to empower, not pull franchisees away from the most powerful technologies they have to ignite their brands and touch the hearts of their local communities.

Take a listen to episode 261 of the Social Zoom Factor podcast to learn how Franchisors and franchisees can leverage social and digital marketing to amplify their brand, empower their tribes and grow revenue! I share strategies and tips to help franchisors setup an infrastructure and culture designed to ignite collaboration, brand amplification and risk management.

257: 2019 Content Calendar Template - 10 Reasons You Need One - SoundCloud
(1348 secs long, 153 plays)Play in SoundCloud

Big news today for my family of little (and big) Marketing Nutz! Yes this includes you!

Our 2019 Content Marketing Calendar template is here and better than ever. We have added some incredible features you don’t want to miss out on, trust me. (Download our 2019 Content Calendar Template here.)

For some of you, the sound of a new content calendar template be a really exciting thing. For others it may bring a feeling of “oh great, another download that you ned to use, but just never get around to it.” Then others of you may be thinking you have no idea what a content calendar really is or how it will help you.

The fact of the matter is this – the students we teach in our Social Profit Factor academy and the companies we consult with to help them leverage a content calendar often beat the socks off those that don’t. They win when it comes to engagement, community growth and of course also leads and sales.

Here is the thing – any marketing plan has two words… First is “marketing”. We are all pretty good at that. Yet the other word that may be scary to some is… “plan”.

If you have never used a content calendar before, I suggest you read this blog post so you can learn the basics of why and how the PLAN component of your content can be both easy and successful. Yes, I said both easy and successful in one sentence.

This is the first in a series of blog posts and other educational content assets we are creating designed specifically to help you get your content marketing plan working for your business and delivering the results you dream of for your content marketing.

Why do you need a content calendar?

Let me convince you as to WHY you need a content calendar. Here are 10 of my favorite reasons.

1. Increase the ROI of your content.

If you like to receive a positive return on investment of the content you create and publish, then you should use a content calendar. Just like anything in life or business, the better you plan, the better your return on the time and money invested will be. Using a content calendar helps you leverage evergreen content that has a longer shelf life and can serve your audience for weeks, months and even years to come, versus simply wasting time and money on one hit wonders. By focusing and planning you also are better able to integrate your content across multiple mediums, thus increasing your reach, audience, and ROI.

When you use a content calendar, you can implement a “create once, use many” approach that embraces the power of evergreen content. Imagine creating a few pinnacle pillar pieces of content and then have a healthy flow of content that can come directly from them, without having to re-invent the wheel every time.

2. Serve your customer and audience value that leaves a lasting impression.

If you care about serving your customer consistent value, you should use a content calendar. When you use a content calendar that is aligned to the needs of your audience, you will be serving them value always. Of course, this also assumes that you are using an audience first approach to marketing. If you don’t know how to do this, we can help you with this too inside of our Social Profit Factor academy.

Your goal should not be to simply throw random content at the social wall, hoping it sticks. If you want to stand out from the crowd in the noisy social and digital world of today, you must inspire your audiences to connect with you. As advertising prices soar on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and even LinkedIn, value is what will attract your dream customers to you. The old tricks don’t work like they use to. If you want “sticky” customers that come back again and again for more as well as tell all their friends how awesome you are, then you better be serving them value as a top priority.

3. Align your content to the needs of your audience and business goals.

When your content finds that middle magic spot aligned to both your business goals and the needs of your audience, this is where the magic happens. Content is a waste of time and money without serving both your audience and business, period. Don’t believe me? Try creating random content that is not focused on your audience or business for a year and then come back and tell me how that worked out for you.

4. Establish a rhythm and cadence to your content marketing.

Consistency, predictability combined with agility is where you want to be when it comes to content marketing. A calendar enables you to do all three. Your audience needs to know you are dependable. This helps set expectations which when done right will lead to increased trust and authority if your content is worthy of such.

Establishing a continuous drumbeat with a planned rhythm and cadence to your content can help keep your audience coming back for more.

A healthy cadency of flowing content also empowers you to better forecast budgets, tools, technology and even people resources to manage the production and distribution of content. This keeps you out of fire drill mode and enables you to also be more agile when you need to create heat of the moment type of content to hop on trends and even those shiny objects.

5. Reduce stress in creating and publishing content.

If you want to reduce stress you should use a content calendar. How many days have you woke up to find your blood pressure soaring because you have no idea what you are going to post on the social web, your blog or your podcast or YouTube to keep your audience engaged and new customers flowing in to your business?

Creating a content calendar that you actually use reduces the daily or weekly glazed looks of “what are we going to put on Facebook today?” If you are questioning what you are going to publish on any social network, you are already falling behind your competition, sorry.

For many of us it would be a HUGE relief to know for a fact that you have two weeks of social posts scheduled, thought out and integrated with your programs as well as plugged in to a plan of your market events and happenings.

6. Get your team on board with your plan.

If you ever struggle with getting your team, CEO, management or board of directors on board with your plan, then you need a content calendar. If you lack the necessary budget or buy-in to actually plan and implement a real content plan and strategy, then starting with a content calendar and content asset inventory analysis (worksheet also included in our calendar template download), then a content calendar may be just what you need to get the needed budget and buy-in. It can kick off the needed discussions in a simple, friendly way. When done right, it can help facilitate the buy-in and you will eventually have those once not so supportive team members begging you to do more. Trust me this works. We have helped teams in organizations ranging from small business up to Fortune 10 brands win the needed support, budgets and even outside investments they need.

7. Work more efficiently.

One of the best benefits of a content calendar is to allow you, and any teams you are working with or leading to know what the planned content flow for your brand should and will look like. It’s a much better method than a file or document with a list of random links and posts you have written. These posts and links can and will be used but need to be put in a structured content calendar to see the flow. It allows you to have a solid view of what TYPE of content is being posted – when and where and for what purpose.

This may seem like overkill for a small business, or individual – but I’m telling you its not!  Like anything, if you plan and execute your tasks in work blocks, it allows you to focus on other areas of your business while the time you invested developing and executing your plan is working for you in the background.  Business of all sizes use a content calendar. It’s not just for large corporate organizations with huge teams.

8. Fuel innovation and idea generation.

When you leave the stress of inefficiency behind in the dust, you will have more time to actually innovate and think. Headspace is important when it comes to content creation. For content to stand out from the noise it needs to be creative, well thought out and full of value. Find a way to give your team more time to create, innovate and watch what their creative juices will do to attract even your most dreamy customers!

9.Create better content.

Bottom line, when you plan your work and work your plan you create better content. I could write a book (and maybe should) of the benefits of planning your content ahead of time. Remember, you are creating content for a reason, not to just throw it at the wall for someone to slap up. Create the best content you can at least most of the time. Nobody is perfect and yes, sometimes you just need to hit publish. However, the better we can make our content, the better the results will be.

10.Think further than today or tomorrow.

When you take the time to create a content calendar the right way, it will force you to think more strategically than just today or tomorrow. It guides you to think about your business, customers, future dream customers, goals, objectives and overall mission. Where do you want to be in 3 months, 6 months, 18 months? What does success look like to you? What is your overall mission for why you are creating content in the first place?

What do you think? Are you sold? Are you ready to create your content plan today? If not, what will it take to get you there?

Your next steps.

Download our content calendar template today. You need it, trust me.

252: Stop Listening to Social Media Gurus Build Your Own Plan - SoundCloud
(851 secs long, 152 plays)Play in SoundCloud

How much time have you spent the past 12 months watching videos, reading blog posts, listening to podcasts, attending webinars, participating at live in person industry events with a goal of hoping to learn the path to success in the online world?

There’s no doubt you could spend your every waking hour listening and watching others to learn what they suggest you should do to be super successful, rich and famous (or so they say.)

No doubt there is value in saving time and improving results by learning from others who have already been down the path you are wanting to succeed at.

Here’s the challenge though… we all have a different path. We all have different goals, objectives, customers, audience, strengths and weaknesses.

Learning from experts in your industry can be extremely helpful. However, particularly when it comes to social media and digital marketing, it is very easy to quickly fall into a rabbit hole or wild social media goose chase where you wind up chasing some shiny new social object that could drive you to wasted days, weeks or even months of your time.

While it may be tempting to sit all day and listen, watch and engage with the self proclaimed social media “gurus” as they are also often the loudest, this may not be the smartest approach.

Here’s why.. just as you are reading this blog post, it is only ONE blog post. It’s not an entire strategy or plan. It doesn’t and can’t give you everything you need to build out a social media, digital marketing, or branding strategy, plan, metrics or path to success for everything you do online. It’s simply one blog post on one topic, designed to help you think differently about how you leverage the suggested path forward from others.

The same thing goes for most of the content you will find in the digital and social space… it’s often one-off content. It’s “how to do this” or “what you shouldn’t and should do.” There is definitely not a lack of “advice” out there.

The key to success with consuming 3rd party information to develop your strategies, plans and tactics is that you must first focus on your own goals and objectives. You must know your audience. You must know how you can position yourself in a unique way to stand out from the noise.

It’s not about being first on a social network that your target market and ideal customer is not on.

A great example is to think about all the hype about platforms such as Snapchat. Yes, I know it is great for some brands to connect with their ideal audience who is in fact hanging out there.

However, the sad truth is that over the last couple of years many Snapchat social media “gurus” were preaching that Snapchat was the next big thing for all businesses and that “you need to jump on Snapchat now.”

This mentality of get on the platform or your business will die” is a joke. You need to do what is right for YOUR business. You need to know where your audience is hanging out and why.

The challenge is that many gurus who are preaching one platform or another, have one goal and that is to be the “go to leader” for that social network. So yes, you can learn the tactics and strategies from them, but be careful how much you listen to them. One platform should not define your entire strategy or priorities unless you have fully thought it through and you know 100% that is where your target audience is hanging out and what will help you achieve your goals and objectives.

Our training and consulting agency, Marketing Nutz does a ton of work with small businesses up to corporate Fortune enterprise brands. It doesn’t matter the size of the business, we are seeing marketers of all experience levels falling for these “jump on the new shiny object” bandwagon only to find they waste a year of time, resource and money when they could have been focusing somewhere that their audience is actually hanging out.

A great example of the Snapchat scenario is in the beauty industry. We do a lot of work with successful Loreal and Redken salons (as we are digital and social marketing training partner of Loreal).

Many salons have experimented with Snapchat only to find that it attracts an audience who can not afford their high end services. The client ends up coming into the salon and getting frustrated how expensive the service is. If the communication with the client is not managed properly, the client leaves angry and then posts a bad review. As a result, many salons are seeing Snapchat actually hurt their business because it is attracting an audience that wants but can’t afford their services.

Snapchat does work for some depending on the specific geographical location they live in and other demographic and psychographic behaviors of their audience. Many salons are at times starting to see the same thing happen on Instagram. In this scenario it’s proper targeting and communication that will drive the desired results.

Plan your work and work your plan

This is a big reason why we launched our social media training academy, Social Profit Factor. It’s not about a social shiny object that will get you rich and famous overnight. It teaches you step by step what you need to do to be successful building your business and brand online and leveraging all of the great tools and technology available to us via social media and supporting technology today.

The technology we as marketers have at our fingertips is unbelievable if you really think about it. In simple terms, social media is simply a medium for you to connect with your dream customers, friends and anyone else you desire.

It’s not what the technology can do FOR you, but what YOU can do WITH the technology!

Plan your work and work your plan. Take the time to slow down to speed up. Be careful who you listen to. Learn from them but make sure you build your own strategy and plan that will help you achieve your goals and objectives.

Listen to my latest podcast episode to learn more about why you shouldn’t listen to the gurus, and should instead build your own plan

250: 3 Reasons You Can't Get Your Boss to Approve Your Budget or on Board With Your Social Media, Digital or Branding Plan - SoundCloud
(1373 secs long, 86 plays)Play in SoundCloud

Ever feel as if your boss, c-suite and colleagues just don’t “get it?” Do you have what you think is an amazing social media or digital marketing plan? However, you just can’t seem to get the budget approval nor the buy-in you need to be successful?

You may have even been hired or specifically tasked with creating this fantastic plan, yet it seems nobody wants to support you to make it a reality?

If this is you, you are not alone. You definitely landed on the right blog post today as I am going to help you.  The good news is I have the answer for how you can get your budget and plan approved, guaranteed.

This blog post includes the following:
  1. Top 3 reasons your social media budget and plan are not getting approved
  2. Podcast with more in depth explanation of these top 3 reasons
  3. Replay of a webinar I recently hosted with 3 Easy Steps to Get Your Social Media Budget Approved and Boss on Board with Your Plan (grab a seat to the replay).
Here are the top 3 reasons your budget is not getting approved. 1. You don’t really have a solid plan.

You don’t have a plan that aligns to business goals and the needs of your audience.

Though you may think you have a plan, the truth is you don’t. Is it really aligned to the needs of your audience? Have you aligned it to tightly to specific business goals where it can have the greatest impact?

Are you able to clearly articulate to your boss and other stakeholders how the investment will positively impact the business? Do you know what success looks like and how you will measure it?

If you answer no to any of these questions, then you need to go back to square one and create a real plan if you ever want to see the light of day for approval and buy-in of your “plan.”

A social media plan is far more than throwing pretty visuals at Instagram or Facebook. It’s more than hopping on Facebook Live and hoping to get famous.

It’s time to get real with understanding exactly how your plan is going to help your business achieve the goals that have been established. You must get in the head of both your management as well as your audience.  Your social media plans should include a laser focus on both of these if you want to succeed.

My recommendation is that you always take an audience based approach to any type of marketing on or offline. If you can’t clearly articulate who your audience is, how you are going to serve them and how doing such will help your business, then you missed the most important pieces of your planning.

2. You are not speaking the same language as your management.

It could be you are talking apples and your management is talking oranges. Are you talking in geek speak and your boss is talking in business revenue and performance numbers?

Too many new social media managers get all hyped up about vanity metrics such as followers, likes, etc. Even though Facebook may be pushing you to over focus on engagement, it doesn’t mean it should be a top key performance indicator for your business. You must clearly be able to articulate if and how these metrics will impact the business. Your boss and other stakeholders are likely far more interested in revenue, brand awareness, customer satisfaction, sentiment, word of mouth, share of voice, insights achieved from learning what others are saying about your brand on the social networks and the list goes on.

We have worked with 100’s of businesses and 1000’s of students to help them get their budgets and plans approved. I have seen marketers take the fast track in their social marketing and digital marketing careers as a result of proper planning and understanding of how the social and digital ecosystems of today can help support their business. I’ve also seen a fair number of marketers lose their jobs (get fired) for lack of this knowledge and ability.

You can’t afford to not communicate with your management and stakeholders effectively. You need to lead proper communication and ensure you are facilitating buy-in from day one. Complaining that “they just don’t understand” is not going to help you grow in your career.

3. Your management doesn’t understand social media and as a result is “afraid of it.

Could it be that all your management sees when they look at the social web is risk? Do they not understand the value or the real risk? Do they not understand that there is also risk by ignoring social networks where their current customers, dream customers and community is hanging out?

Often times executive management and organizational leadership may not clearly understand how they can use social media, digital marketing or even personal branding for business advantage.

Unfortunately, they are also embarrassed to speak up and ask what they think may be “dumb questions.” I always tell our clients and students “the only dumb question is the one that doesn’t get answered.”

Here’s the other tough part… An executive often does not feel comfortable asking a newly hired social media manager, “what is social media?” Or “how can social media really impact our business?” They know they have fallen behind but they don’t know what to do to fix it.

It is critical that you understand the skills and understanding of social media within your organization. Enhancing skills and shifting mindset may be a critical component to your success. Skipping this step is not an option if you want the proper budget allocation and support to implement your plan and ensure it is a success.

Be patient and understand that your management may be more comfortable working with a 3rd party consultant or agency that can help coach and guide them.

We have done this type of work with many executives and business leaders. They often feel more comfortable working with us as their partner than they do having a new college graduate teach them the social and digital ropes. Thinking you can be the one to teach them the world of social media may be a pipe dream so it’s time to get a reality check.

246: Number 1 Reason Your Social Media Isn't Working in 2018 - SoundCloud
(1440 secs long, 373 plays)Play in SoundCloud

Do you feel stuck in a rut when it comes to achieving your business goals and utilizing social media to help you do such?

If so, you are not alone. Even some of the most savvy social marketers are finding themselves ready to throw in the towel with social media for business in 2018.

According to a recent study from the DMA, only 48% of marketers believe they are receiving a positive return on their investment in social media. This is disappointing in that 77% of marketers are using at least one social network for business.

The truth is that although many marketers are “doing social media,” far fewer are utilizing social media in a way that brings positive result or return on investment.

The goal is not to “do social media.” Marketers need to shift their mindset to “how can we LEVERAGE the technology to achieve our business goals.”

Yes, the social networks have a lot of power given the billions of active users they have visiting their platform on a daily basis. However, business leaders and marketers are still in the driver seat. They have a choice every day of how exactly they are going to utilize these powerful technologies and capabilities that are at our fingertips daily.

Our agency works with brands across the globe, from startups to large enterprise brands. We consult, train and I speak internationally on the subjects of social media, digital marketing and transformation, branding and much more. We work in both B2B and B2c and have found the challenges though different are often the same.

Social media is not rocket science. There are foundational requirements that are true for any size business in any industry.

We all have the same challenges with how to allocate media spend, a crowded noisy social web, far too many trends and changes to keep track of and the list goes on. Yes it’s work. However, it’s possible to achieve a positive ROI if you work smart, not just hard.

Take a listen to episode 246 of the Social Zoom Factor podcast where I share with you The Number One Reason Your Social Media Has Zero Return on Investment and How to Fix it.

Facebook 2018 News Feed Changes: What You Need to Know With No Fluff or Fear Mongering - SoundCloud
(1660 secs long, 72 plays)Play in SoundCloud

Unless you have been hiding under a rock or too busy to do the double click, you likely know by now that Facebook recently announced some big changes to their news feed algorithm that impact every business, brand and publisher using Facebook for business purposes.

It is imperative you take the time to understand these changes if you plan to do any business marketing on Facebook in 2018. You need to do your research and get the facts. Do NOT believe everything you read, watch, or listen to. Make sure you are getting your information from trusted sources that you know have a vested interest and a top goal to share truthful knowledge and information that can help you achieve your goals.

Just as quickly as Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg announced these changes, the Facebook fear mongers and fake news writers got to work publishing blog posts, Facebook posts, and even Facebook ads to drive fear so that you will pay more attention to them. Could be they want you to feel sorry for them, attend their event or spend your life crying and complaining like they do.

Yesterday I saw a Facebook ad from a large social media industry event host with an image and big words reading “Facebook Apocalypse.”  If this isn’t bad enough, I even saw a recent article and “survival guide from a top publisher blaming Facebook for “publishers becoming more vulnerable to ad fraud.” However, once you do the double click on their data and justification, you find that Facebook has nothing to do with it and that they are referring to publishers buying services from bad brokers etc. Can someone please tell me why this is the fault of Facebook if a publisher chooses to be irresponsible in their due diligence and accept money from fraud advertisers? If this isn’t an attempt at media manipulation to drive an agenda, I don’t know what is.

The reality is many brands, publishers, bloggers, course creators, podcasters, and event hosts will lie to you so that you can join their pity party and complain of how Facebook is so bad. Or they may want you to think they have the answers so you will buy their super secret course with super secret tips.

In the latest episode of the Social Zoom Factor podcast I share with you exactly what you need to know about this latest announcement from Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg, I break down the announcement into bite size chunks that you can quickly grasp even if you haven’t had the time to even read one blog post or scan a Facebook message on the topic. No worries, I got ya’ covered. No fluff or fear mongering, guaranteed.

Take a listen to episode #243 of the Social Zoom Factor podcast and learn how you can get a grip on not only the recent announcement, but also how to get a grip on your Facebook marketing in 2018.

I also recently hosted a Facebook in 2018 webinar that goes even deeper. Grab your seat here -> How to Get a Grip on Facebook Marketing in 2018: What You Need to Know About the News Feed Changes
