Has your doctor recently told you that your cholesterol levels were too high and that your keto diet could be to blame?

Wondering if they’re right and if you have anything to worry about?

While we can’t give you medical advice over the podcast, the guest speaker of this episode, Dave Feldman, provides some helpful insight on this topic.

Dave studies lipidology, which you’ll learn about, to help people prevent cholesterol problems that can lead to serious conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and strokes.

Dave Feldman -- who has over 50k social followers -- also shares everything he’s discovered through his research and his own personal journey from lowering his A1c down from 7.1.

So if cholesterol is one of those topics you’re unsure of on a keto diet, this is the episode you don’t want to miss.

After researching how ketosis combats seizures in children with epilepsy, Dr. Thomas Seyfried realized that it could have even more of an impact.

This time, he set out to see what the research showed when it comes to combating tumor growth and cancer in patients.

What he discovered was nothing short of incredible.

His research proved that cancer is a metabolic disease -- similar to type 1 or 2 diabetes, not a genetic one.

So your genes, or even genetic mutations, don’t cause cancer.

And since cancer is a metabolic disruption, there are ways to restore balance and reduce the size of cancer tumors.

But those science-backed strategies don’t involve the typical cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation.

Instead, Dr. Seyfried’s research showed that ketosis, fasting, and hyperbaric oxygen were more effective at treating tumor growth.

You’ll hear more about this and everything else he’s discovered over decades of research when you tune into the episode.

And if you haven’t come across Dr. Seyfried’s work yet, he wrote the book, Cancer as a Metabolic Disease, and has over 150 peer-reviewed publications.

This episode is jam-packed with information and it’s one you don’t want to miss.

Most people know just how important it is to check food labels to see if there are any chemical ingredients lurking inside.

But, for some reason, many don’t carry this important step over to other areas of their life, especially when it comes to skincare products.

As you’ll learn in this episode with Andy Hnilo, the founder of an all-natural skincare line, Alitura Naturals, this is a huge mistake.

And we’re not talking about causing more wrinkles or creating crow’s feet twenty years too early.

Rather, you’ll see that many skincare products out there contain carcinogenic ingredients, which means they have the potential to cause cancer.

And that’s just the beginning sadly.

Andy explains the real impact these fake ingredients have on your health, he shares the worst offenders to avoid starting immediately, and why expensive prescription skincare products aren’t any better.

You’ll also discover the truth about retinol creams and how to find sunscreens that are toxin-free.

If you’re wondering who Andy Hnilo is, he’s a former D1 baseball player who suffered a huge trauma that led him down this path of uncovering the truth about skincare products and the harmful ingredients in them.

He’s made it his mission to provide a healthier alternative that’s GMO and chemical-free. You’ll hear about this and so much more when you check out this episode now.
