Hi there Crafters,

I hope you enjoy our June Card Kit as much as I enjoyed designing it.

I wanted to create something a little bit different to what we usually get up to each month.  So I hope you enjoy the change.

This kit involves some nice easy cutting, and colouring or painting if that is more your thing.  I have given you the option to either use the pre coloured birds that I added a splash of colour to using Dina Wakley's scribble sticks.  Or, you can choose to colour or paint your own.

This kit includes pre stamped leaves from Darkroom Doors Carved Leaves VOL 1 Rubber Stamp as well as the pre stamped birds from  Darkroom Doors Garden Birds Rubber Stamp.   All the pre stamps are intend to be cut out.

I have choosen a selection of happy, bright colours from Celebr8's Core Paper Collection for the background papers.

I have also designed using four of our Tiny Twine colours that co ordinate with the shades and colours in the papers, one of our pink organza's and a cute wooden button with a green coloured centre.

Here is a closer look at each card.

This kit is loads of fun to create and available on our website now!
Happy Creating!

Hi There Crafters,

Today we are delighted to share this beautiful birthday card created by our DT member Joy.   Joy has used a popular favourite, Kaisercrafts Greenhouse collection.   However this card can be created using any one of your favourite paper collections and for any occasion.

Follow Joy's instructions below.

 Double Z fold

Cut the white card to 4 1/4"x8 1/2" and fold in half, and score at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4"
Cut a strip of white card at 1" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4" (from the left end) and 2 1/8" (from the right end)

Cut 2 pieces of the blue/green paper at 4x4" and 2x4"
Cut 3 pieces of the pink paper, one at 7/8"x4 1/2", and two at 7/8"x2"

Cut a 1 3/4" strip off the left side of the succulent paper, and fussy-cut the 4 of the plants out
Cut a 3 1/2" square piece of the succulent paper place the 'happy birthday' die cut onto white card

To assemble the Z fold strip, make a small mark on the card base, on the left panel where you will place the tape to attach to the base, & attach to the card base.
Attach tape to the back of the strip on the right & attach to the card base.
Put tape behind the middle of the succulent cut outs only to attach to the strip.

And VOILA!

We hope you enjoy creating this Double Z fold card at home too.

Browse our range of paper pad collections on our website!

Happy Creating!

Happy weekend Crafters,

I am here today to share this gorgeous card creation by our DT member Sandie.

Sandie has appropriately given this card the title 'Faith'

where the materials used to put this gorgeous creation together.

Sandie shares her steps to create this card at home.

To create the card I trimmed the Have Faith paper to slightly smaller than card front. Adhere in place.

I used a 2.5inch circle die for the Fortunate circle and a 2inch circle die for the Miracles circle.
I used a distress tool to rough up the edges of the circles then added foam tape between each layer.

The centre flower is from the collectables range, I cut away the leaves,  coloured the centre with Copics and added some dimensional magic to the centre.

Cut a stem from the Miracles paper and attach behind the flower. Add two leaves from the collectables range.

Adhere sentiment to card using foam tape. Tie a small bow and attach to sentiment.

Thank you Sandie,

Happy Creating all and thank you for stopping by.

Leigh
