Hi I'm Nay, Young Loving Mommy & Wife. I am a full-time stay at home mom. I created this blog with a vision to build a strong empowering community of mamas raising wonderful and beautiful children. Our family was recently blessed with a baby boy! We are extremely excited to be walking down this amazing journey of parenthood. I know I can expect ups and downs. Join us on this roller coaster..
Eek! We will be discussing such a contradicting topic. How many of you mommies and house wife’s came across this question? To all married mamas, Is it okay for your husband to watch porn? When I dug deeper into this topic, I was in shock of how many opinions went in all different directions. Porn is one of the most searched terms in google. Any device that has internet access, will have access to porn. According to google there are over one billion websites world wide. Porn is easily found and is everywhere. Porn is many things, but for now we will define it as the visual content of two or more individuals of the same or opposite sex having intimacy.
Follower of Jesus..
Having said that I am a follower of Jesus, I want to quote Matthew 5:29 “And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should cast into hell”. A man, your husband made a commitment to you the day you both united in marriage. This commitment was to love and respect you forever. No other woman shall be in his life but you, not even visually. As a wife, I find porn to be rude, disrespectful, nasty, and many more unpleasant things.
A male brain..
A man is and will always be visual. Women are more emotional. We talk about feelings, we like romantic gestures, and so on. A man will always be captivated by sight. Media proves my statement, why is it that much propaganda shows attractive women to get customers. Why is there restaurants and bars who only hire young thin and attractive waitresses?
Not everyone agrees..
Although many women will say, “I don’t mind my husband watching it once in a while”. A small amount of something bad won’t stay small! It will rise to get worse. Many men begin to encounter problems with porn. Watching porn becomes an addiction, this leads to constant masturbation. Where does this leave you mama? What happens when the situation gets out of control and your husband no longer want to be intimate with you.

What was it like for you to leave your baby for the first time?
I recently attended an event with friends from church. For this event I would be gone from 9 am to 3 pm and just to clarify there were babies allowed, but I preferred not to take him. It was going to be many hours and I didn’t want him to get fussy.
We decided to let dad take care of him….
This was HUGE for me!
This was a big step in my motherhood journey. From the day my son was born until now, day and night he had been by my side. I knew that he would be safe with my husband. It was me,who didn’t feel like I was ready to be without him.
How was your experience leaving your baby for the first time…
When we arrived at the location, I was having second thoughts about leaving him.
I worried, What if he misses me? If he cries, If dad doesn’t know what to do, Will he be okay without me? Holding my tears back I stepped out of the car. I kept walking and told myself that everything would be okay. My husband texted me pictures and kept reassuring me that he was fine.
When they arrived to pick me up I saw Alexander happy to see me, but I also saw that he had been fine all day. I knew that this was going to be part of being a mother, One day learning that our children are just ours for a short period of time.
Things are much easier said than done, and unfortunately I am a mother who does not trust anyone with my child. At least not now, that he cannot speak or defend himself. The only person I trust is my husband, there is too many things that happen to children that parents do not even know.
How old was your little one when he was left alone with someone other than you?
Hello beautiful friends! I have missed you dearly. “What is she talking about?” You don’t even talk to us? I might sound crazy but I already feel like I connect with each and everyone of you. Isn’t technology great? Your message, your opinion is transmitted all around the world.
Today my beautiful friends I wanted to share with you some information that I consider will bring value to your life. When it comes to parenting NO ONE likes to be told how to raise their child. Does everyone agree? Every day we are bombarded with ideas, thoughts and suggestions from other people.
Mothers have an instinct. A month ago, I knew that my son was sick even though he presented no symptoms. When we took him to the doctor they could not tell us his diagnostic.
They even suggested taking him to the ER. You are your child’s mother, you know what is best for him or her. I recently discovered someone who I already admire.
Dr. Meg Meeker
I am currently listening to Dr. Meg Meeker’s podcast, I stopped and thought this is such valuable information that I need everyone to know! You might already know her, but some of us are first time moms. Let’s spread the word! She is a pediatrician and a mother, not only does she transmit love for what she does, but she transmits love for our children.
These are my concerns with my son:
Pornography , Confidence, Self Esteem, Bullying, Insecurity, Sports, Sex, Sexually Transmitted diseases, Drugs, Television, Obesity and the list goes on and on..
Am I being a paranoid mother, maybe. I want to be sure to be the best I can for Alexander, he deserves it. Our children don’t ask to come into this world, we bring them so lets give them the best of us. She covers all sorts of topics in her podcast. Invest the time to listen to her. I will link her down below.
I recommend you to listen to the podcast. Invest time in being a great parent!
Hello beautiful friends! Thank you for stopping by once more! Who wants this week to be productive? Don’t forget to vote and subscribe, Happy Monday. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend full of laughter and joy.
How many of you struggled to get up this morning? I know I did, so I put together some tips and advice to change in your daily routine to have a successful week. Let’s jump right into it..
Down to business…
Make a List Of Goals The Night Before: Trust me it will change everything. Get a small piece of notebook paper, I bought a small colored paper notebook at my local dollar tree and I use that to jot down any goals that I want to accomplish. Another great tool is a white board. At the end of the day when you cross off most of the things you will feel great!
Clean House! This is so extremely important. You must be thinking? Really, with kids do you know how hard it is to maintain a clean house. Yes! Exactly I know how hard it is to have a clean house but it is a must! A clean environment will help you get more done. If you are home like me and see a mess all I want to do is run to my bed and sleep. No no no, clean the night before when kids are asleep. Or wake up earlier and get some cleaning done
Work out: This is easier said than done, I struggle with this one, What can I say? Commit to it, you are the only one who can get up and do it, no one else.
Phone: Put the phone away! Hide it or leave it in a locked room, cupboard, safe etc. Unfortunately this is not new. We know that everywhere we go our phones are taking over. Even smaller and younger kids are only on their devices. Try to use the phone less and less, put this to the test and you will see how much more you get done.
Eat a good breakfast everyday: Make sure you are getting all your vitamins and eating the most important meal of the day. Don’t skip breakfast.
Get pretty: I know this may sound absurd, but getting up and getting pretty motivates you and makes you feel good.
Hope these tips were of great help to you. What helps you have a productive week? Share tips and tricks… Don’t forget to vote Love, Nay
Today Alexander and I had the privileged to visit the Children’s Museum of Phoenix! I had planned this for a while, but postponed it since we werel sick. This morning I decided that both Alexander and I needed a break from the daily routine. My son loves being out of the house! He enjoys observing and watching everything around him. I knew this would be perfect for him.
A friend referred us to this place. When I went online I was shocked, I am still a child at heart. I knew that any child of all ages would love to come here. This place was my dream growing up, unfortunately it was not around when I was 7 or younger. This review is not sponsored, this is my honest thought and opinion. I will link their website for any moms who are interested in price, hours, and location http://childrensmuseumofphoenix.org/.
Parking: The location has a few parking slots with shade cover. The rest are regular parking areas. The parking space is not huge, but is not small. We happened to go on a Wednesday and surprisingly it was not packed.
Cost: Like many of you know I only have one son. He is four months old about to be five months. We were charged $11 dollars.
Crowded: We went on a Wednesday and their wasn’t many children. By this I mean there was space to walk and move. At the moment they have the first Friday of the month free, at a specific time, check website for details.
Cleanness: Honestly the first thing I review for a location is the bathroom, they had paper towels, and they also had toilet paper. The bathrooms were clean to me.
CONS: There was a few things that I did not like. There was no disinfecting wipes, or sanitize slots. There are so many children running around, so I think this a must! Also I am a neat freak, to my liking it wasn’t extremely clean! The baby toys did not look clean. Be prepared with you own cleaning and germ killing wipes. I did not see a security guard, There should be one in case of an emergency. I could be mistaken, correct me if I am wrong?
Other than that, our experience was great!
It is to my concern that the toys be clean. If you have children that are younger than two I’m positive that this is a must! Everything goes in their mouth, the Children’s Museum is huge! At least for the baby areas they should. We spent a total of two hours here. I love that there are places for parents to sit, I have all good things to say about the Children’s Museum.
If you ever come and visit make sure to stop by, let me know your opinion and thoughts! Please don’t forget to vote. Love Nay
