Chad, along with many other small business owners, recognize the importance of online business reviews. 92% of buyers regularly or occasionally rely on reviews when making a local buying decision. Some buyers (about 88%) trust that online review as much as a personal recommendation from a friend or family member! Some bad reviews are inevitable though, and you realize that you cannot please everyone. But a bad review shows that you are not paying for your reviews, and how you respond to that nasty review shows the quality of person you really are.
However, with the bad, comes the good! And we feel so satisfied when our clients are happy with our company. That means you feel fulfilled and happy with your investment, and thus you are confident to recommend us to others. Weather you write another online review, tell a friend, or shout is from the rooftops! This recommendation is huge for us as a company, because if we don’t do a superb job for your friend/family member/client, that reflects poorly on your credibility. After a long weekend full of cooking, shopping, stuffing your face and creating new memories with friends and family it can be hard to get back into your normal routine at work. Here are some great ways to help keep yourself productive until you can get back into the full swing of things.
Beginning November 1, 2018 we are updating our cancellation policy. You must provide notice via Phone/Email within 24 hours (on a weekday) to cancel a scheduled service appointment without charge. (IE: You must let us know by Friday at 9am if the appointment is Monday at 9am. Or you must let us know by Tuesday at 2pm if the appointment is for Wednesday at 2pm.) If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be responsible for the Service Call Charge that is attached for the zip code of the service property.
