Until today, Loupedeck+ users have been confined to the realms of Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Audition if they wanted to use their editing console, but a new update has just enabled the Loupedeck+ to be used in Camera Raw in Photoshop. This will no doubt please those who are more comfortable editing their photos in Camera Raw as opposed to Lightroom, and it means that the Loupedeck+ is even more compatible within the Adobe Ecosystem. The Canon EOS M series of cameras have been around for a while now, and while they aren't class leading devices, and the fact that they use a lens mount with few lens options, they still seem to be selling rather well in some countries. Sigma make some of the best lenses you can currently get your hands on, but while the image quality from the lenses will make your jaw drop, the sheer size and weight of some of their primes is almost comical. There are some new reports that the next prime lens from Sigma may be the Sigma 35mm f1.2 FE, and while this has us giddy with excitement, we sure hope that it's not another repeat of the gargantuan 40mm f1.4 DG HSM. It's been nearly two decades since Louis Daguerre introduced his daguerreotypes, yet the allure of the early photographic process remains strong as ever. In fact, it intrigued an interdisciplinary team of scientists to conduct research on the unique characteristics of the images produced on silver plates, particularly how they can look slightly different depending on the viewing angle. They discovered that this curious optical effect is created by the presence of metallic nanoparticles -- 19th century nanotechnology, as they decided to call it.

The Nikon D5 is a camera that can be seen in the hands of professional sports photographers, and photojournalists alike all around the globe. In the not too distant past it was impossible to find Full Frame cameras for what could be considered affordable prices, but oh how times have changed. Heads up, FileShadow users! The company has recently announced the addition of custom tagging capabilities to the service, through which you can now organize the files and photos stored in your cloud vaults through custom search tags. That means iCloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe’s Lightroom solutions, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and OneDrive for Business. As long as you link those accounts to FileShadow, it will use machine learning to automatically generate a few tags. It also allows editing of the tags added by FileShadow's machine learning algorithms to make your searches faster, fine-tuned, and more accurate.
