Congratulations to the selected artists in the 14th Annual Art and Earth Juried Exhibit!
The Juror, Abigail Gomez, Assistant Professor of Art and Design at Shenandoah, selected 48 works by 38 artists out of 131 submitted pieces from 50 artists submitted from 14 states and the District of Columbia.
The exhibit will open on April 24 in the Berkeley Art Works Gallery, 116 North Queen Street in Martinsburg, WV. Plans for a reception and awards presentation will be announced.

Mark Making and Beyond

Mark making uses different lines, dots, marks, patterns, and textures to create artwork. It can be loose and gestural or controlled and neat. We will explore many methods and tools, including found objects used to create marks. The second hour we will apply our findings to create a piece of art. Age range of student 8-100. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
