The shoot took place around the UofM campus in downtown Ann Arbor, one of my favorite places to shoot. It's moments like these that remind me why I love being a photographer. Afterwards, we made our way to graffiti alley. And even through the graffiti is colorful and busy, you will see Alex pops right out of every image, commanding your attention. We decided to use their recently sold home as a backdrop for the photos, which added such a meaningful touch to the session. It was bittersweet to capture their final memories in that house before they moved on to their new chapter. We kicked off the shoot in the heart of downtown Holly, where the charming streets and historic buildings provided the perfect backdrop. Noah was dressed in the cutest little track suite that matched my Easter set up so perfectly! This little guy was a tough nut to crack but he really enjoyed some of the wood props in the studio and by the end I was able to get him to clap while I played an ABC song on my phone.
