Debbie was the 2019 Artown poster artist and has been featured on PBS “ArtEffects” and several other media publications. Carson City’s newest mural is a portrait of Mark Twain that will be unveiled at the Nevada State Museum on Wednesday, April 5 at 11:00 a.m.
In conjunction with the Inaugural Mark Twain Days festival taking place April 21 - 23, Visit Carson City partnered with the Nevada State Museum to commission a Mark Twain Mural that is being installed on the Robinsons Street exterior wall of the museum.

Part 1 of “Artist In Residence” — Solo Exhibit of Contemporary Mokuhanga: Japanese Woodblock original prints by Jackie Pias Carlin at the Atrium Gallery, Western Nevada College opening March 6 through May 11, 2023.
Japanese Woodblock printing process uses carved negative sketches on woodblocks then rubbed on paper with a baren to produce original hand-pulled prints. Each woodblock produces one color.

In October of 2021, the Everywhen Project hosted its first permitted event in the Mojave Desert near Edwards, California and it was a huge success! Take a look at the video here. This event returns again this year in October and will be our second permitted event in 2022.
While no vending is allowed at the Mojave event (ice and septic services must be ordered in advance) funded artists are allowed to represent their art as they wish, including musicians. No art is burned; the Everywhen strives to be an environmentally conscious event.
