In a video message released this afternoon, the Princess of Wales has revealed she has been diagnosed with cancer. The video was posted on social media at 2pm EDT, 6pm local time in London. It was taped yesterday by BBC Studios in Windsor and timed to be released after the Wales children began their Easter school break so the children could be sheltered and the family could be together for a period of time. “This, of course, came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.” More from this Telegraph ..read more

I am back with a few news updates and a look at some of your favorite 2023 styles. There is little news to report as the Princess of Wales continues her recovery from abdominal surgery. I am back with a quick update and then it’s your chance to vote on more of the styles worn by the Princess in 2023. In terms of an update on the Princess, there is little to report. As expected, and specified by Kensington Palace, there have been no updates on the Princess’s condition. I have concerning news to share this morning; following is a Kensington Palace statement that was just released.  Kensington Palace has told royal reporters the condition is non-cancerous. Below is the London Clinic in central London, where the Princess is being treated.  It is reported to be the largest private hospital in England. I am back after some extended time off and have a few news updates and the first of our “2023 Favorites” polls. We begin with a Daily Mirror piece by Russell Myers, the paper’s royal editor. In this January 10th story, he writes about an upcoming trip for the Prince and Princess of Wales.  William and Kate are set to make their first tour of 2024 to a foreign country where British armed service personnel are stationed.
