In the New York "Hush Money" case, Trump was found criminally guilty of 34 felonies. A jury of his peers, made of 7 men and five women from New York City, convicted Trump. He is now a felon and will be bound by the laws of New York. Trump will not be able to vote because Florida does not allow felons to vote. We need to look at the media and ask why they are making the case that Biden is not fit for office based on his age.
