Henderson, Nevada, has announced plans for a $70 million indoor sports complex has been presented for final approval at a July 2 City Council meeting. The planned 180,000 square-foot, two-level complex is anticipated to have basketball courts that can convert to other uses such as volleyball and pickleball; hybrid turf fields for indoor soccer, box lacrosse and indoor football plus family entertainment areas. ASM Global has selected Andy Gorchov as general manager of Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the home of the NFL’s Raiders and host of the 2024 Super Bowl. In his role as general manager, Gorchov will oversee day-to-day operations at the 65,000-capacity venue.
