I wanted to share with you how I got very unwell this week, and how things declined quick. I went to the gym (aka work) as usual on a Monday, I had woken up with a scratchy sore throat, and it got worse quickly by the afternoon. I had to cancel all my clients, as I had developed a fever, body aches through my neck and back, and my throat got worse. I figured if I just take the night off, I should be fine by the morning, well was I met with was surprise. Ok, this might be an overarching comment, but let’s be real.
