US studio Pelli Clarke & Partners has completed the 57-storey Salesforce Tower along the Chicago River, marking the final stage of the city's Wolf Point development. The city of Chicago has announced plans to convert a collection of empty office buildings in the city's downtown into mixed-used and residential towers.
