The hardest colors to maintain are typically reds as a fade out the fastest. I recommend color refresh in between appointments to keep the color vibrant. Also, trying to maintain a blue black color is very difficult as a blue tone tends to leave hair the fastest as it’s the biggest molecule. A money piece can be lower maintenance, as they can be touched up pretty quickly in salon. If you have a high contrast money piece it could feel that becomes a bit more maintenance as it’s not as seamless to grow out.
