The CCM Preservation channel exists to uphold the heritage of Contemporary Christian Music from the early days spanning from its humble beginnings in 1969 through the 80's by providing an outlet for the large number of out-of-print and largely unavailable albums out there and concert footage all in high quality.

Mylon LeFevre & Dean Harrington (of Mylon LeFevre & Broken Heart) live with The 77s at The Warehouse in Sacramento, CA on Nov. 6, 1982. The story goes that Mylon's tour bus broke down on their way to California and so he and Dean were the only ones who made it in time to play their concert at The Warehouse in Sacramento. They enlisted The 77s to play with them. Mike Roe recounts Mylon saying that their band (The 77s) was better than his.
