I placed an order last week for a low mileage (25.2K) 2021 Tesla MY LR AWD from Tesla. It's the exact combination I want (White/White, 19" Gemini wheels) and is a late 2021 build (June 6, 2021). I paid $30,400, which seemed reasonable to me. I am now concerned that I'm going to miss out on the AMD Ryzen change in 22, plus build quality improvements that came later in 2022. I took delivery of a Model Y on March 29, 2024. It seemed pretty straight forward untill about a week later when I got a request for an additional copy of the insurance ID card. This was followed by a request for the final payment, which had been made on the day of delivery. They insisted on a cashiers check of which I obliged. I went to the local Tesla store in Warwick RI. Hello! A few months ago I was getting three red lights while the car was charging but slowly. I installed new firmware and that did the trick. Started happening again today, logged online w/ the charger showed no new updates so did an offline update and resintalled firmware. Worked for about 20 minutes now its overheating again. Just picked up a new Quicksilver MYP and loving it. I notice when driving over bumpy roads and looking through the rear view mirror, other vehicles seem to "vibrate/shake" slightly. The rear window has all of the defroster gridlines, so it's very noticeable, but there's no shaking on smooth roads. I find it hard to believe the glass or hatch is loose, and the rear view mirror itself seems tight. Anyone else notice cars behind them vibrating over bumpy roads ..read more

Has anyone used and installed the below sound dampening kit from Soundskins? If so, what are you're thoughts? Did it help with the reduction of road noise inside the cabin? I've gotten my vehicle back from Tesla after 2 months and they readjusted the rear lift gate, and installed the lift gate stoppers but the car is still unbearably loud inside.
