If I was to buy the 12g cdh rims like GW has is there anyway possible I could get one of these products so that it will offset the chain alignment with the engine? I don't know how to re dish the rims like GW did. I did some measuring and if I get those rims and use the disc brake mount for a 36 tooth sprocket it will set to far out by almost half a inch or less. Seems like if I get one of these with it it will offset it enough so the chain would be in line with the engine sprocket. Any... Read more ..read more

Welcome everyone, I recently put together another 2 stroking motorized bike (100cc) and had the worst time doing so. Two months ago, I’ve run into a huge problem that I need help with. The chain on my bike wobbles way too much and skips when the engine is idling. It's pretty much annoying because I want the bike to run smoothly at all times. Here are a few details that might help figure out the issue: The chain is brand new and well-lubricated. I’ve checked the alignment multiple... Read more ..read more

Rear Wheel Hub Bearing heat

Dear Fellow Gearheads, My second build is a 66cc Hyper Cruiser with 46 miles on the odo. I installed a high quality rim brake on the front to assist the coaster brakes. After noticing that the rear hub was warm to the touch, I also noticed that rotating the rear wheel with the clutch disengaged caused the pedals to rotate. I knew that this meant that the rear wheel cone bearings were a tad tight. I removed the wheel from both chains and loosened the bearings until there was a little... Read more ..read more
