Title. In my experience, the current way the scavs work is that, when you have only your head exposed to them, they have about the same accuracy as usual, but they are programmed to make sure that their shot will land when the RNG tells it to, so it will have an infinitely higher chance of one-tapping you if only your head is exposed against a scav. This rewards poor positioning. Tier 3 Last Hero Mode is really fun to play for someone that loves the main game. Being able to practice PvP with fast respawns is such a blessing for improving at this game. Also being able to try all these guns I don't normally get to run is awesome. Played a bunch of matches with the Ash-12 which is a gun I've never used in the main game and realized how much I like it, so I started using it in the main game with a lot of success. Last night I went into Factory as a PMC with a pistol just to try to get some gear. I spawned by the forklifts and heard footsteps running toward me immediately so I ran up by the 2 coats and ducked behind the big wooden roll things. Heard some more running and waited about it a minute more to see if they popped out. No movement so I peeked out and there are 5 or 6 scavs just standing there waiting to melt me. Fun fact, when I was screwing around waiting for my Ref rep to sync up with Arena I found out that you can kinda glitch yourself into a wall by running into a corner and turning left while crouching on the med tent exfil on factory, and succesfully exfil.
